Poroshenko reprimands oligarch Kolomoisky
In the wake of Igor Kolomoisky’s night raid on the national pipeline operator and his subsequent verbal assault against a journalist, Petro Poroshenko expresses displeasure with the appointed governor, master of a private army and his fellow oligarch.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has reprimanded Dnipropetrovsk Regional Governor Ihor Kolomoiskyi following the oligarch’s offensive remarks against journalists.
According to a statement released on the president’s official website Friday evening, a relevant presidential decree reproaches Kolomoiskyi “for violating the rules of professional ethics, an act that defames him as a public servant.”
