Ukrainian PM proposes jail for debtors of utility bills

[…] The other day the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk again showed all his passionate “love” for the people – he suggested that municipal debtors be prosecuted.
“In other words, that people be put in prison for unpaid utility bills, for such failure, according to the head of government, should be treated as theft and consequently punished with the utmost rigor of the criminal law.
This statement was made by Yatsenyuk at quite a serious event – a meeting of the anti-crisis headquarters of energy, which included foreign experts in the attendence, promoted by the government for a joint search of ways to stabilize the Ukrainian energy sector.
But Arseny Petrovich [Yatsenyuk], a lawyer by training, is not troubled by the fact that by his statement he showed publicly, including to foreign guests, a basic ignorance of Ukrainian legislation.
After all, the relations “debtor – supplier of utility bills” are civil legal relations. They are not mentioned in the Ukrainian Criminal Code. […]

From the very first time I saw this man he looked deluded.
So full of hate for Russia every time he spoke.
Hatred is not a policy- but a whole govt was set up on this basis supported by the EU and the U.S.
Now the reality Is that he has driven the country to near bankruptcy and there is still a way to go before complete collapse
They will start the war again to act as a distraction, to unite the country against the non existent Russian invasion, but the reality can’t be hidden they are a failed state.
