Martin Berger: “The ‘Shadow Aspects’ of the Paris Massacre”

another in our series challenging the narrative of the “new 9/11”. Here Martin Berger brings together what he sees as connected strands of western strategy

A series of bloody attacks in Paris exposed a handful of aspects that have so far been hindered by the official rhetoric of Western politicians and media sources in order to show the so-called “success” of “anti-terrorist campaign” unleashed by Washington. But first one must ask the question – who benefits from the Paris attacks?

Let’s start with coverage of the unprecedented wave of migration that has struck Europe in recent months. The Western media has already begun to gradually leak information that there’s no way that this flow could be unprovoked or uncontrolled, so there can be little doubt that there’s certain financial and political circles behind this crisis. Ultimately, these criminals have struck gold, cashing in on the desire of displaced residents of Africa and the Middle East to pursue a better life in Europe.

A series of investigations that were being carried out in this field would have uncovered certain Western politicians behind this trafficking, so the Paris attacks were necessary to create a handful of problems for private investigators, while strengthening the position of far-right political forces in Europe, especially in a situation when these attacks were carried out by incredibly young terrorists, as it has been reported by the French press.

Recent opinion polls in France and several other European countries indicate that the refugee crisis and the ongoing Washington wars have pushed right-wing forces to the center stage of European politics, that may become obvious during upcoming French elections.

The ongoing crusade that has been carried by US neoconservatives for over 15 years now, in a desperate attempt to establish US hegemony over the Middle East has virtually obliterated the electoral support that the ruling political establishment in Europe enjoyed for decades. European nations want to preserve their cultural identity, therefore, they object to the prospect of being forced into a modern tower of Babel, created by millions of refugees forced from their homes by Washington’s wars. This situation strengthens the position of right-wing forces in France and in Europe in general. There’s no need to explain that the recent attacks in Paris will strengthen the position of those who have called to close the borders for migrants, especially in Germany and Sweden.

The EU has been searching for a “decent way out” of the migration crisis, especially in a situation when EU member states started fighting over migrant quotas, reluctant to suffer any more economical damage. After all, no one would genuinely believe that French security services, once they were provided with unlimited capabilities to spy on any resident in the country, would “miss” terrorists planning to slaughter the civilian population with AKs, especially during such days when the French president is holding a meeting with the honorary guest of a neighboring state.

However, special attention must be paid to the US response to these attacks, that is not simply exposing the true role of Washington in this tragedy, but also reveals the true face of Western hypocrisy.

As always, while trying to fool the public with American pseudo-success in the field of ‘combating terrorism’, on Friday November 13, Barack Obama in an interview on ABC News made a “sensational” statement that the United States “due to its decisive actions” has managed “to contain the terrorists of the Islamic State.” It’s noteworthy that the Washington Times commented on this statement with a short note about the terrorist attack in Paris being carried out hours after this statement.

However, this was not the only “revelation” made by US officials, as US Secretary of State John Kerry at a meeting of foreign ministers in Vienna, has publicly stated that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad “… is closely affiliated with ISIL .. since he buys crude oil from ISIL”. Someone would want turn a blind eye to such remarks made by Kerry, since his apparent “fatigue” caused by numerous trips in recent years is now apparent. It all must be really difficult for a man of his age, especially when his military background is taken into account. But it’s obvious now that at times he cannot read the speeches that were written for him by his aides. Or maybe he hasn’t been interested in the international and American media lately, that has been revealing the involvement of the United States in the creation of ISIL, while the crude oil stolen by ISIL is being sold by American allies – Turkey and Ukraine.

While trying to stay out of direct military involvement in Syria, the US has urged Paris to send an expeditionary force to Syria for it to fight the Islamic state. This call has been voiced by Stratfor, which is often labeled as the “shadow CIA”. In particular, Stratfor noted that the sky over Syria is packed with Syrian and Russian warplanes, so France may engage the Islamic State on the ground in Syria, Iraq and in other countries, including Libya. Stratfor anyalists are convinced that this engagement would be no different from the French operation in the African Sahel region, which was aimed at suppressing various extremist groups. As for the US, Stratfor states, it would assist France with transport aircraft.

It is possible that in the next weeks we will learn of even more “shadow aspects” of the brutal attack on Paris, and about the role Western elites played in it. It may be that we are witnessing a repeat of “Operation Gladio“, due to which hundreds of innocent Italians perished in CIA-planned terrorist attacks that were aimed at ensuring the success of Western oligarchies.

Whatever the reality behind the Paris attacks, the US government has exploited it for it’s own ends. One such exploitation that has been neatly hidden from light is the release of Pollard, perhaps the most damaging spy the US has ever encountered. He is supposedly out on parole, but his supporters are already pressuring for the parole conditions be removed so he can travel to Israel. Should that happen, he will no doubt be greeted personally by Netanyahu and be feted as one of the great Israeli heros.

I’m trying to work out why the web is awash with the Gladio meme …

Is that a result of independent thinking ?

Because it’s in NATO’s back yard? France is thanks to Sarkozy, a member of NATO.

NATO / Europe / alleged mass shooting ?

Gotta be Gladio.

So anytime a mass shooting / terrorist event happens in Europe and even when the “offficial narrative” tells the world that Paris was Islamic terrorism arriving with terroristic intent 39 days since their alleged ( “honest gov here’s a screenshot” ) transition through Greece …

It’s still Gladio ..

So, I’m intrigued.

Pray, do tell, how do we get from the above supposed, alleged facts of the Paris narrative to Gladio ?

PCR has been stirring it up – he’s a conspiracist – like you. But unlike you he used to edit the WSJ, worked for Washington and his got a doctorate (albeit in Economics so doesn’t really count) so people trust him. He’s clearly exploiting the public trust he has to push some wild theories, which he uses dishonest histories to back up.

But Mark, you know? If a 6 turned out to be a 9, well I don’t mind…

Doug, here at off-Guardian we’re trying to get away from that kind of pedantic correcting/dismissive non-posts. We are all aware that with a lack of edit facilities, phone posting and general tiredness, humans make mistakes, and that those with the lowest levels of formal education can make the most salient points and those with the highest can be cloth eared blowhards.

Me, I left school at 15, took drugs and played rock and roll – and yet here we both are making impotent anonymous comments on a blog space.

Seriously if you feel you need to do that correcting business there are no end of crappy newspaper BTLs you can do that on.

As we like to say here

CIF is that way——————————->

Shatnersrug,
You’re right, I apologize. I was writing when I should have been asleep in bed.
I had to smile when I read your self description. If I had any musical talent you might have been writing about me.
If you have a moment, would you explain how calling another commenter a “conspiracist” fits in with the off-Guardian mission? In my experience the term is generally used to dismiss someone, along with their views. There are jokes about tin foil hats.
Sometimes people cooperate to achieve certain goals, and sometimes they do so in secret. In my opinion our world has to been shaped by such people. I suppose some find this far fetched, but for me it’s hard to imagine otherwise.

I am in no way anonymous.

Well, that’s just my opinion regarding PCR. I find a lot of his stuff hard to swollow, because he exagerates and tends present hearsay as truth.

I feel he exploits the respect that is attached to his previous position. I almost wonder if it’s his job to deseminate false conspiracies to act as confusion for the state – but that’s me being paranoid.

As for mark, above. He’s into his numerology, I was really using it to get a Hendrix reference in really 🙂

When awful things like Paris happen people understandably want to make sense of them, that’s why we’re here I guess, we all know that our governments are way too keen to push this religious extremist stuff to the point where we know longer trust them, but I’ve actually had people try to convince me that no one died and it was all carried out but psy ops crisis actors. Frankly I wish that this were true because I knew the kid that died selling band merch I can assure everyone that he was a real person and he is most certainly dead, from multiple gunshot wounds.

So yes I probably need to calm down too.

I th Nafeed Ahmed’s peice on The Medium probable sums up what I think is going on.

I personally believe we need look no further than Big Oil trying to force obama’s hand, I’m absolutely convince that have the means the motive and the operandum to carry it out, and since Obama refuses to give them their all out war in Syria I think they though they’d twist an arm.

Sorry to hear that about your acquaintance. I know the type of “theorists” you describe, who say nothing really happened. I suspect at least some of them are working to cloud and confuse those of us who want to find out what is going on. And there are some events where that may even be so. Unless we or someone we know was there how certain can we be?
I share your reservations about pcr. Somehow he never seems to find anything about Reagan to criticize and even in my non political youth it was hard to miss the death squads in Central America and a host of other reactionary actions.
I’ll have a look at the Medium, and if you don’t know Cluborlov you might find it worthwhile.

I apologize, I didn’t mean to hit the “like wideget” but rather the “reply.” So let me reply:

Gladio is an internet meme because NATO has never once engaged in false-flag operations. Never. Although, apparently, “Presidents, Prime Ministers, Congressmen, Generals, Spooks, Soldiers and Police ADMIT to False Flag Terror” — have a look and see what PCR has wrought all on his own:

Paris attack had nothing to do with the “unwanted Muslim refugees” from the Middle East or Africa, which is the result of French and US’s proxy wars for Israel.

The anti-Muslim racism is backbone of France’s three major political parties and has existed since French were forced to withdraw from Algeria. It played well in the hands of powerful Jewish Lobby (CRIF), which like its American counterpart, AIPAC, controls the French government, while Rothschild family controls French banking institutions and the mainstream media.

In January 2015, French prime minister, Manual Valls (Zionist Christian with a Jewish wife) told Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg, former Israeli prison guard, that “France would be no longer France, if Jews left the country en masse.” There are nearly half-a-million Jews among 60 million French citizens.
