VIDEO: A real speech, from a real Benn

Parliament has just made a decision that this time bombing the Middle East will fix everything, partially on the back of a speech from Hilary Benn. This, in our view, is the most apposite response:

Maybe I am wrong, BUT…on the benches behind Tony Benn listening to the speech is a younger Jeremy Corbyn.
Wedgie’s speech makes so much more sense than Hillary’s. In none of the speeches in the HoC did I detect any real logic. Yes we are being inveigled into yet another war with one of the most warlike nations on earth, the USA. They have had 13 years in the entire existence of America when they have not been at war.

Not one single “honourable” member made any reference in the debate to Saud and Qatar funding for ISIS, as well as Erdogan’s family members providing substantial outlets for ISIS-looted oil and archaeological artefacts.
They could have shut off substantial ISIS funding without needing to drop a single bomb but chose not to.
Why is it that not one single MP mentioned or advocated this?

Hilary Benn, Jeremy Colbyn’s shadow foreign secretary, was reading a report from ‘British Israeli Communications and Research Centre (BICOM)’. BICOM also published Brig. General (ret) Michael Herzog’s Ed-OP in The Guardian, which called for US-NATO boots to Syria to remove Bashar al-Assad from power so Jewish army can destroy Lebanese Islamic Resistance Hizbullah, which it failed to do in 2006.

Yes France and terrorism and another “old” video about the wonderful barbaric culture we live in, patting ourselves on the back all-the-time:

Well, it is obvious now who the next Leader of the Labour Party will be, based on the feedback from the Commons.
Benn is even playing the religion card too, now.
Of course, no one really mentioned using economic warfare during the debate.
I assume this is because the Tories do not want their friends in the City bothered by any of it.
It is harder to understand why Labour MPs are so insistent on protecting ISIS and Turkish economic interests.
All in all, yesterday was a very strange day.

See Einstein on madness – “repeated experiments hoping for a different result”. Bombing people, QE, Erdogan “in” NATO, neoliberal economics etc etc.
We live in the age of anti-empirical ideology. The only weapon left, I’ve decided, is merciless satire:

RIP sanity. Hello global continuous death. War is love. Death is life. Oil is love. Dollars are death. RIP. May we extinguish ourselves and leave the planet to a species more deserving of it.

George Taylor: You Maniacs! You blew it up! Ah, damn you! God damn you all to hell!

Dr. Zaius: You are right, I have always known about man. From the evidence, I believe his wisdom must walk hand and hand with his idiocy. His emotions must rule his brain. He must be a warlike creature who gives battle to everything around him, even himself.

Cornelius: [reading from the sacred scrolls of the apes] Beware the beast Man, for he is the Devil’s pawn. Alone among God’s primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother’s land. Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. Shun him; drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death.

Hilary Benn can’t really believe what he said. Given Spain, Portugal, the South American regimes, Greece etc not to mention our current support for what is going on in Haiti and Honduras we have a proud history of supporting fascism. He must know this. Or are our MPs really that brainwashed?

Hillary Benn’s speech further devaluated whatever meaning remains to the term ‘fascists’, a totally meaningless word today. Shame on him and all the craven careerist new labour ‘me sir, me sir, me sir, please make me a millionaire like Blair when I leave parliament’ MPs.
I hope all the cowardly scum are deselected.

Now the rest of the blood thirsty cowards are accusing us antiwar protesters of bullying

*
And if, as a bomb should fall on your family and you do cry “Curses on you Blairite PPCers for killing my family” Then you should be quickly denounced as a bully and told to know thy place until such a time as another bomb fell upon your head, and then should that bomb blow you to smitherines, the correct words to be uttered ought be
“Thank you oh Oxbridge Perminant Political Class for daining to kill me so divinely*

So sayeth the Westminster Bubble – Amen

It is certainly a novel concept that Hilary Benn has come up with, fighting fascism with fascists such as those who shot a Russian pilot parachuting to safety in violation of Geneva Convention protocols.

Not to mention his selective misuse of the Kurds to argue the need to provide air strikes in Syria quickly before the Kurdish forces are too degraded. Perhaps he could have a word in the ear of our so called ally Turkey to stop degrading them through bombing (as pigs fly overhead).

The other fascists H. Benn could have mentioned are those in the Ukraine, working hand-in-glove with the CIA.
Their predecessors worked hand-in-glove with Hitler’s Nazis; so why is the “west” siding with them now?

Saw this on tumblr and enjoyed it:

Family meals at the Benn house

Tony: Hilary, my boy, could you pass the ketchup? Is it that you have on your hands or the blood of Iraqi citizens?

Hilary: Sure dad, but you should know there isn't any left, just like in the Labour Party!

Tony: *blows pipe smoke in Hilary's face*
