Three conclusions and a surmise: Pravda, Iran and the US Judiciary

by Vaska

Scanning my Facebook this morning, I came across a startling Pravda item someone had shared on my wall.   The reaction I had on seeing the posted headline was immediate: “that’s it, Pravda’s making things up!  It’s a brazen propaganda organ, after all, as some of my acquaintances accuse it of being.”  To make sure I’d got this right at last, I went on the Internet to check if there might have been a speck of truth somewhere in the whole thing on which Pravda then based its outrageous piece…
… only to find that Pravda’s report is entirely factual.
Bloomberg, NewsMax, JewishPress, Singapore Business Times, and MINA have also  reported that a New York district court judge has ruled that Iran is to pay $10.5 billion in damages and compensation for the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on New York and Pentagon: $7.5 billion to the estates and families of the victims, plus $3 billion to insurance companies including Chubb Ltd. for the property damage, business interruption and other claims they’ve paid out.

Judge Daniels Judge George B. Daniels, Yale University and UC Berkeley Law School.

As the Jewish Press article, based on Bloomberg’s initial report, puts it:
“The judge said that Iran had given active support to the terrorists who brought down the towers and killed close to 3,000 Americans in New York City, Washington and Pennsylvania.  He also found that Iran had failed to defend claims that it aided the September 11 hijackers and was therefore liable for damages tied to the attacks.”
There are three logically inescapable conclusions and one speculation I draw from this extraordinary legal ruling. First, the conclusions:
1. In its reporting on the USA, Pravda’s as innocent of deception and invention as I had previously held it was. These days, the folk in charge of “anti-American propaganda” are the State Department, the White House, the Pentagon, and the US judiciary.
2. The American corporate-owned mainstream press is so embarrassed by this travesty of justice, which it cannot or doesn’t wish to critique, that it can’t bring itself to inform the public about it, with only Bloomberg reporting on Judge Daniels’ ruling yesterday.
3. The American judiciary lost its independence decades ago and is now, evidently, an arm of the Deep State.
What I now surmise based on these conclusions and on Judge Daniels’ criminally unjust, rapacious ruling – after all, if applied, it would literally rob the people of Iran of over $10 billion as compensation for something their country had no part in – is that the American Deep State is planning an attack on Iran at some point in the relatively near future (2-5 years from now, say) and is already laying the ground for it with legal fictions such as this one.  When the time comes, its mainstream media will trot out this ruling as “additional” evidence of Iran’s treacherousness and its hostility to the United States, and the American public, fully invested as it remains in the myth of America the Good, will ask no further questions either of its politicians or its press.
This speculation is bolstered by Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign promises/threats to bomb Iran should her backers ask her to (for which she and the media will provide suitable pretexts in the form of lies similar to the one just issued by the New York District Court – see her statements on Iran here, here, and here).
us-iran-rapprochement
That Obama had put a Hillary Clinton/Madeleine Albright insider in charge of his administration’s negotiations with Iran – as Breitbart’s headline puts it, Emails Show Hillary Clinton OWNS The Iran Nuclear Deal – may either lead one to marvel at the White House exceptionalist’s cynicism or provide a smidgen of hope the deal will hold if Hillary should return to the White House as POTUS.  [Personally, I tend to the former view.]  Whether Bernie Sanders, who’s never been a particular friend of Iran, would resist the party’s neocon push for a war against it is most uncertain as his foreign policy statements have been fully in line with the Clinton-Obama School of Liberal/Humanitarian  Warmongering.
Understandably, Putin’s last-minute decision on March 8 to cancel Russia’s delivery of long awaited S-300 surface-to-air missile systems to Iran has Tehran very unhappy. [According to The Diplomat, and despite its promises to the contrary, Teheran’s been caught red-handed supplying Hezbollah with Russian state-of-the-art weaponry.]  If the mullahs are apprehensive and nervous about what the future holds for Iran, they have every reason to be.

I too was completely dismissive when I first read this story about this ludicrous judgment.
However, I now think there may be another aspect to be taken into account.
As long as this judgment remains technically in existence, it may be possible for zionist financial interests to buy-up Iranian debt and to use the debt obligations to compel the US State Department and US Congress to impose sanctions on Iran, despite the fact that the judgment is idiotic.
To understand this principle in action, look at what happened in the case of Argentinian and Peruvian debt.
See http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2014-08-07/argentinas-vulture-paul-singer-is-wall-street-freedom-fighter
Imagine this approach being applied to Iran for settlement of the outstanding US $10.5 billion awarded by Daniels.
Suddenly, this questionably silly judgment begins to look rather more ominous – does it not?
Watch out for individuals like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Singer_(businessman) becoming involved in this .
The one exception might be for someone to go to Judge Daniels for compensation on 9/11 against the zionist state.
What chance does anyone think such a case might have?

Wow. Proof positive 9/11 was a Mossad gig. Only Zionists could have this much chutzpah. What next? Palestinians did Sandy Hook?

So, uh, does Judge George Daniels hope to be selected for the spot left vacant by Antonin Scalia on the US Supreme Court?

You know, it now occurs to me that the US govt. may well have jumped the shark here. If Washington ever chooses to publicize this NY court ruling (fatwa?), ninety-five percent of the human race will scoff in disbelief.
Does anyone here remember that ludicrous ‘Iranian plot’ a few years ago to hire Mexican drug-cartel hitmen to assassinate the Saudi ambassador on US soil? Whatever happened to that case? It just disappeared! I speculate that the government realized that no one was buying the story, so they just decided to let it drop.
Same thing may happen in this case. We’ll see …

Very, very sad day for US courts and legal system. For this ruling to have actually happened defies all logic, all common sense regarding 9-11. For starters, the alleged hi-jackers were all Sunni Saudis, and Saudi Arabia is a sworn enemy of Iran. Who is this U.S. District Judge George Daniels? Crazy nutcase that’s for sure. What about the dancing ‘semetic looking’ guys dancing and celebrating as they filmed the twin towers burning? You know, some lady called the cops and they came and arrested them? All of these young middle eastern looking men turned out to be Mossad agents. Their white van was filled with explosives and they had the same box cutters that the 9-11 hijackers had. This is no rumor, no bullshit. This is fact. The FBI later was forced by the Bush administration to let them fly back to Israel so they got off scott free. These Mossad agents either a) knew about the impending attacks and did nothing to alert the authorities, or b) actually aided and abetted these attacks on the twin towers as a false flag for Israel’s gain. And we can certainly see that for sure the 9-11 attacks and subsequent ‘war on terror’ have been a massive gain for Israel, as so many of its Arab neighbors have been destroyed by American military (Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and now Syria). To blame Iran for 9-11 attacks is yet another false flag. So sad to see America going down the drain, losing any credibility it once had.

I am absolutely stunned that this actually happened. No, actually stunned. I thought that even the likes of Sean Hannity had given up on claiming that Iran had anything to do with 9/11? For starters, the mere idea of Iran supporting an organization that wants to wipe Shia Muslims off the face of the earth is ludicrous. Already more than 10 years ago Richard A. Clarke wrote in his book Against All Enemies that there was no link between 9/11 and Iraq or Iran, but that Bush outright told him to “look into Saddam.” I believe Al Franken mentioned, again, more than a decade ago, in one of his books that Saudi Arabia and the Taliban were most likely the major sources of Al-Qaeda’s funding. Aaaand among the Wikileaks cables was one from the Secretary of State, asserting that the majority of Al-Qaeda funding comes from Saudi Arabia, the same place 15 of the 19 hijackers came from. What a shocker.
The last time I heard something so blatantly false, Colin Powell was telling us that Iraq had nuclear weapons. Are we sure that Judge Daniels isn’t really Paul Wolfowitz in disguise?

I hope I am wrong, but I have always thought that Iran was safe only as long as the US thought that it might have nuclear weapons. Now that they know it definitely doesn’t, its days are numbered.

Quite quaint really. The US started a “War on Terror” against the Wahabbist terrorists of al Qaeda informing the whole world it was wacko Jihadists. Much of the informed west now believes that it was an inside job by the CIA using Mossad and was a false flag excuse for the US War OF Terror, now this. A US judge has decided, without any evidence or proofs of any kind, that Iran must pay for the damages those Qatari/Saudi/Israeli backed terrorists did. Which are the biggest whackos – the head chopping Saudi/IS or the US terrorist enablers?

Jesus H. Christ! Are they still milking the same false-flag they used to attack Afghanistan and Iraq? Will they first have to get rid of EVERY single Moslem country on earth before people figure out that 9/11 was staged by Israel? If there are any doubters still out there, search the web under: ‘larry silverstein’ + ‘asbestos’ + ‘9/11’

That really is incredible! Thanks for posting it, Vaska.
Regarding Bernie Sanders, I think you’ve fallen for the corporate media bait when you say “…as his foreign policy statements have been fully in line with the Clinton-Obama School of Liberal/Humanitarian Warmongering.”
Sanders being portrayed as a bit wobbly on foreign policy is part of the general attack he faces from all sides. Though he may not follow the most logical line towards peace in the Middle East, he stands very far from the interventionist policies of the Clinton clan and Barack Obama. The fact Tulsi Gabbard recently resigned her post as vice-chair of the Democratic National Committee to endorse his campaign is ample demonstration of that. Gabbard, who served in Iraq twice, is an outspoken critic of the Syrian war and US foreign policy in general, She criticised Hillary Clinton very heavily when she introduced Sanders at Ann Arbor at the recent Michigan primary and then again in Miami.
I can see some real fireworks coming soon in the Democrats’ foreign policy debate. Whether the corporate media choose to report it is another matter; they haven’t so far.

This is an example of Israel’s new doctrine of “Lawfare” – i.e. creating a legal basis for war and extraction based on complete fabrications.
And “we” think North Korea is crazy and dangerous?

I have spent dozens of hours looking at youtube films on 9/11,the evidence now that it was an ‘inside job’ is quite overwhelming and points unerringly at Channey,Rumsfeld, the Bush family (altho the stupid son was probably kept out of the decision and planning process) in cahoots with their trusted allies in Israel and Saudi Arabia, hence the redacted 28 pages.
The last country that would be admitted to this unholy alliance is Iran.
I just hope this illogical bit of nonsense DOES hit the headlines to make more people re-examine the whole false flag of 9/11, it being the kick start to the ‘war on terrorism’ that the MIC needed and the excuse for bombing the the bejesus out of Iraq,Afghanistan ,Libya and Syria.
This applies particularly to those of us on the left who are fearful of the label ‘conspiracy theory’ yet accept the official series of co-incidents that allowed it to happen.
Tony Benn,Michael Meacher, and Dario Fo were among those calling for the ‘Truth’
to be exposed at a proper neutral commission of inquiry .
For those taking the first step on this journey be prepared to be continuously gobsmacked as every single thing you thought you believed happened on that pivotal day is turned upside down as the depths of evil plunge to ever new lows.

so Iran helped to attack WTC on 911; as well as Iraq; but not Saudi Arabia and not Israel. America`s Hypocracy and Lies are worthy of Dr. Goebbels. Ground Zero burned for 3 Months , hot enough to Melt Steel. an obvious Atomic Fire like Chernobyl. Israel Demolished the WTC with an Atomic, 1 Kiloton Artillery Shell per Tower ; supplied by Bill Clinton just before 2000.

oh bollocks. if they’d used atomics the whole pile would still be dangerously radioactive. i agree that there are many reasons to be suspicious of the story-what sticks in my throat is the slightly scorched passport sitting conveniently atop the rubble-but atomics? do get a grip.
