Actually, nearly all the mass murders that make the “spectacle” news have serious mental health problems. This is documented.

Clearly, the obsession with “guns” is not about public health.

And what would be the “red flag” warnings for dangerous white-coat owners?

It doesn’t require a mental-health diagnosis . . .

appear mentally ill . . .

a mental health watch list . . .

a variety of reasons that run the gamut from mental illness . . .

an agency that will take the lead in identifying and targeting “signs” of mental illness . . .

This points to the more fundamental problem. People have been conditioned to believe that there is some objective meaning to “mental illness” or “mental health”; and they grant the white-coated priesthood the power of divination in sorting the well from the sick. Those deemed to be “sick” are incarcerated, subject to forced pseudo-medical treatment, tortured, and murdered. There is not even a whiff of due process.

All the arguments were made long ago, but very few people give a damn. However, if society gives these medical-materialist freaks that sort of power, the current mess is the inevitable conclusion.

Anything—knives, vehicles, planes, pressure cookers—can become a weapon when wielded with deadly intentions.

So…weapons are already all around us, therefore adding guns to the mix, kind of, makes no substantial difference…??
This is the stupidest argument floated in the gun debate.
Guns are tools made for killing, meticulously designed and crafted for the purpose. Decades of Science and Technology delivered formidable products. With a gun virtually anybody can intuitively almost effortlessly deliver his/her Deadly Will up to hundreds of meters. Yeah, in a clean manner, unlike many other weapons.

I’m just fine with Americans having guns, I’m just sick of the rationale for gun-ownership. There is nothing rational in having a gun. Particularly funny is: being armed against the government. Seems to me somebody took David and Goliath too seriously….yeah, that’s probably me, European. Let them have their guns although it’s irrational. At the end it’s true, gun user is killer, not a gun.
It’s amazing how much of the armament is available in US. On gootube I’ve seen videos of target practising with 0,5 cal Browning and 20mm type cannons. Holy cow, that’s some fire power. Then I found out 40mm grenade launchers are deemed handheld weapons by nato. Then I recalled pressure cookers from the article and came up with question: are rpgs available in hardware stores in US. I mean, rpg is just an enhanced pressure cooker. It cannot cook, but it can ka-booom. It flies, but anything can fly today. I’m sure there is some underground armoury that produces vicinity detonators (you know what I mean) .
Rpg with vicinity fuse, nasty weapon in trained hands, maybe I said too much because of the Machine. The Machine likely has recorded that I possess some knowledge, but what I’ve done is dissemination…

Lets say he is a prepper, a bright mind in a way, but that time he was into SHTF mode and talking to be prepared for the invasion of redundant people from the cities, who will scavenge through the counrty, looting….his narrative depicted in my mind: series Walking Dead.
