If one assaults someone, the law already has a penalty for that called assault.
Adding another law just adds more grift for lawyers, district attorneys, and judges.

Also fuck how the legal system speaks an arcane language of legalese. It’s straight up obfuscation from the truth and basic logic.
I can’t believe humanity was ok with this Kafka shit for so long. Perhaps because people were sleepwalking, believing in justice, balance of power, and representative democracy all of which are magic tricks instead of the actual thing described.

Let more of this kind of shit happen because it makes the system of IDIOCRACY look worse and worse.
