“Device-Level” Nudity Detection: UK Gov’t Blackmailing Public into Digital ID

Kit Knightly

British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer announced plans, in a speech earlier today, to introduce “device-level controls” that will prevent children from viewing, sending or taking naked photographs:

According to Justice Minister Catherine Atkinson, the UK will become “the first country where it will be impossible for children to take, share or view naked pictures”

The only way this is even close to enforceable is if one or more of the following measures are in place:

  1. You must verify your age by linking your digital devices to your ID.
  2. You must allow the government – or whatever private third-party agency the government employs – access to your phone’s data and files at all times.
  3. You must allow third-party software to scan every attempted photo.

It means “nudity detection” on every app on the device, at all times. There’s literally no other way of doing it. From the government’s website earlier today [emphasis added]:

Apple recently introduced age checks for iPhone users, making it the first company to activate safety features by default for those who are not verified as over 18. This is a significant step forward following the government’s commitments to work with industry, and one this announcement builds on.

Despite this, the nudity detection is not applied to the camera or broader apps, third-party messaging services, or search functions, meaning children can still take, view, share and save nude images. The government therefore wants Apple and Google to block nudity across the whole device by default

…but don’t worry, just verify your age via digital ID or biometrics or whatever, and the government won’t look at your internet history or share your nudes.

Over-18s will still be able to view adult content by providing proof of age.

It’s the basest of blackmail, that’s all.

The UK government wants to make it mandatory that everybody verifies their age by linking their ID to their smartphones or other digital devices.

That’s ALL they want.

We all know what this is really about.

I am not sure their claim is correct anyway. There are plenty of nations where all forms of pornography are outright banned even for adults. Presumably even access to ‘nude pictures’ by minors would be impossible, and taking and sharing of private photos would be very harshly dealt with.

Starmer wants stricter online regulations to piss-off Musk – Musk has spoken out about things in England – like the murder of Henry Nowak – the latest attempted beheading in NI by a Somali man (covered up by the BBC) will play right into Musks, and Hegseth’s hands.

Gee, I wonder if there is a device, or perhaps an app, that could encourage British police to check for “stab wounds” when they have been informed of such?

You missed man. BECAUSE AI is military, AI is corrupt shit.

What do military do?
Military kill, murder, wound, disable, dismember, destabilise, “the enemy”.

Military develop lethal weapons, kinetic warfare, psy-op warfare, bio warfare, chem warfare, against “the enemy”.

Military is a death cult. Civil life and civilisation is alive living

But once they have collected all the kids and parents proving they are not kids faces along with there address and phone numbers and bank details. What could possibly go wrong. Will they be able to keep the data safe. The simple answer is no .So they are hoovering up all the data that can then be used for all sorts of things. From selling stuff they don’t need, online gambling , lots of scams one of purchases or free gifts with hidden contracts and subscriptions that they cant cancel and other nasty stuff. Meanwhile the kids are more computer savvy than there parents and find away around the verification some time involving dodgy apps designed to steal even more not to mention secretly downloading stuff to your phone or computer that can be used to entrap or blackmail you,

It’s all as predictable as sliced bread now… they’re not even trying to hide their intentions, and yes, those of us on here and other alternative media sites know what their agenda is really about, however, I’m sure there’s still quite a lot of people out there who actually believe this is about keeping children safe, because, you know, governments everywhere really care about the safety of children. And at the same time as wanting to keep children safe, the UK Government is allowing weapons to be manufactured there and sold to Izrahell that is killing vast numbers of children in Palestine and now Lebanon. Maybe only some children in certain parts of the world are more important than others? The bottom line is they want everyone to get digital identity to be able to go online. Problem Reaction Solution. I’m surprised the eSafety Commissioner in Australia, Julie Inman Grant, who previously worked in senior managerial positions at Microsoft and was once offered a job at the CIA hasn’t thought of this. We are living through very surreal times.

Unless you are purest of prudes there is probably some type of porn you’ve looked at that you don’t want other people to know about. So this is a way to blackmail EVERYONE

Interesting angle. Give the entire population carte blanche to look at whatever they want for a couple of decades and then, through ominous insinuation, suggest that everyone could have “items of interest” on their history files, thus terrifying them into submission. As if the whole world has become a kind of cheapskate polystyrene virtual variation on Epstein Island.

Apple recently introduced
In the covid frenzy era, Apple claimed that it was introducing a hardware block on pedophelia. So, either that failed or this new announcement is a distraction.

Think of the children…. Powermongers appealing to people’s welfare with this ploy are often otherwise busy bombing them into oblivion or robbing working families of resources. And recalling Henry Kissinger’s observation that power is the ultimate aphrodisiac, one might also wonder how many pedos are striking another pose on top of that.

Detecting nudity sounds like a good thing. The neighbor’s kid detected it under his father’s bed in a pile of magazines.

Ludicrous level of totalitarianism. They can’t possibly have thought this out and how people will eventually react. We are at peak “leader” stupidity and someone is feeding them braindead stupid ideas.

There is an easy answer to this. Smartphones are adult only, kids get flip phones, both purchased at brick & mortar shops where age checking can take place. Laptops for kids have only Library access to the net, just as schools implement. Parents will have to police this at home. Period.

I just read a piece where an open source guy said building a parallel internet is totally possible, so bifurcation should be a no-brainer. Then read below Goggle’s hyper totalitarian upcoming menu item. Off the charts insane…

Why ‘bifurcate’ when the Corparasites can MONOPOLIZE.

Wonderful – a boost to the digital camera industry. People walking around with real (digital) cameras, leaving their phones at home or swapping them for dumb phones (can those still be purchased?).
Though what will happen if we want to post our photos of beautiful wildlife/plants or artworks on social media via our computers, I wonder….

Better still, do the kids of today have a work-around for what’s coming?

IT giant Meta (at least) wants you to buy glasses that scan and label everyone and everything around. That means more accidents. The earlier Google glasses may have failed.

Isnt it just the old “This film is prohibited under 16 years”, “Adult movie”, “warning…contain scenes…….”, and the like?

I praise any sweeping out of dirty porn and bad films. If children are denied or have difficulty to access these, this could have a good influence on adults too.

This is not a hill I would die for.

Very twisted English (die ‘for’ a hill ? I think the expression goes otherwise) but I understand it, Erik : you would like to ban whatever you don’t like or you think is bad for the others. What happens with the Christian ‘free will’ that the Lord giveth us ? I am just ‘pushing your leg’ if you know what I mean. I very seldom interact with other participants and very seldom go back to see if anyone replied so you can write what you want, maybe I will read it, maybe not 😁

I note you have not observed the article and the case is about children.

“Free will” is for adults and not for children.
As an responsible adult I feel called to support this case here on behalf of all children, and some inconvenience for the do-gooder leftists who are in it for ‘freedom’ – dont bother me 😊 .

You are always welcome to pull my leg. I deserve it.

Never ever. I also avoid subscriptions. In a few cases I subscribed on some “alternative progressive” hero sites, but regretted it later on.

If important key information has to hide behind subscription m.m. maybe it is not so important.
If it one day becomes norm with face and voice and ID to participate on Internet I will give it up completely, and love to be without all this digital shit.

I really dont like it as it is an artificial substitute for human interaction.

Yet travesties of child sexual abuse undertaken by high profile public figures go largely unpunished, if not altogether ignored…
Good job government. You do a fine job exploiting public trust and public investment; now you’re monetizing on societal control.
