Video posted on July 5 2014, twelve days before MH17’s crash, by Ukrainian Military Televison, titled “The Defense Minister of Ukraine Colonel-General Valery Geletey in the ATO zone (05/07/14)”, showing an operational BUK system from 0:55 to 1:10.
