In a letter addressed to President Donald Trump, with copies to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the UN Security Council, four top former officials at the highest level of the US government have given him legal notice about his duty to advise the US Congress, the ICC and the UNSC, among others, about Israel’s actions coinciding with the “70th anniversary of the expulsion of 750,000 Palestinians from their homes.”
The letter is signed, among others, by former CIA operations officer Phil Giraldi; former Pentagon official Michael Maloof; former US Army officer and State Department coordinator for counterterrorism contractor Scott Bennett; and former diplomat and author of Visas For al-Qaeda: CIA Handouts That Rocked The World, Michael Springmann.
Maloof, Bennett and Giraldi, as well as Springmann and this correspondent, were among guests at the 6th International New Horizon conference in the holy city of Mashhad, eastern Iran. The top themes of the conference’s debates were Palestine and the Trump administration’s unilateral exit from the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
President Trump is also served legal notice that the letter “will be included as evidence in all matters relating to the US Embassy move to Jerusalem/Al Quds and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. The letter is to be listed as “exhibit 1 in any war crimes investigation and prosecution (past, present, future) relating to this matter, at all times.”

In reply to Paul X. I think that it is a mistake to lump all Sunni's into the Saudi/Israeli/USA team. The Sunni's of the Syrian Army are loyal to Syria and have not fallen for the contrived religious war. The reality is that the current conflicts are driven by economic groups vying for control on one side and the resistance to this mafia by nationalist governments. The war is an everyman war and is being fought by every country between corporations and citizens. Our governments may be supporting the corporations but the people in most countries are not yet aware that they are under attack.

In reply to BigB. I think the dumping of the US$ is a powerful tool to stop US excesses and especially when China combines the currency attack with a sell off of US bonds. All the weapons in the world cannot prevent this type of retaliation against US aggression. The capitalist solution to capitalist control applied by China is an irony I am enjoying.

Spot on… Just a slight correction however Paul… it is the U.S.-Israeli-Wahhabi Coalition… there are way too many Sunnis in the world who do not see Shiite Muslims or Iran as other than brothers in faith… the cancer of Radical Islam that has been spread around the globe is not a Sunni creation, it is a Wahhabi creation… and the House of Saud, an ex-bandit clan of Nejad made kings by the Throne of England, are the propagators of this menace…

In reply to Paul X. It is not 'Sunnis' in the Real Axis of Evil, as we see in Syria where the overwhelmingly Sunni Syrian Arab Army has defeated the takfiri butchers. It is the Wahhabist genocidists of Sordid Arabia and the Gulf despotisms. And WW3 would be lost by EVERYBODY. Man to man, on Russian soil, without nukes, and the Yanks would be crying for their 'Moms' in short order.
