Multiple sources tell Rolling Stone that a Ukrainian businessman offered payouts for a false flag operation aimed at bolstering Putin’s claim that Ukraine was a Nazi hotbed

In the months before Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, an oligarch with Russian ties allegedly paid for locals to paint swastikas around Kharkiv, sources say. The effort, according to the sources, was part of a false flag operation to exaggerate Ukraine’s Nazi presence at a time when Putin was using it as a pretext for war.

The alleged plot, according to multiple sources, involved Pavel Fuks, a real estate, banking, and oil magnate who, the sources claim, was co-opted by Russian security forces to participate. Through intermediaries, Fuks allegedly offered between $500 and $1,500 for street level criminals to vandalize city streets with pro-Nazi graffiti in December, January, and February.

The accounts of Fuks’ alleged efforts to stir up animosity in Ukraine is derived from multiple sources, including U.S. intelligence reporting. Rolling Stone spoke to an Ukrainian who says he confronted Fuks twice about the alleged swastika plot. Another account of the plot was relayed to the U.S. government in recent weeks by a U.S. informant with high-level business and government contacts in Ukraine. A U.S. official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the matter, confirmed that the allegations about Fuks’ activities had been received and distributed for analysis throughout the U.S. intelligence community. Finally, Rolling Stone spoke to four other sources who spoke on condition of anonymity and confirmed they heard about Fuks’ alleged role in a plot to paint swastikas independently of one another.

I understand what you’re saying – but I have to question how highly evolved this culture really is. I guess I’m not ready to consign Thoreau to the dustbin of history.

There is great beauty in simplicity. Understanding this may be the first step in transforming our evolutionary path.

When somebody is seen waving a Nazi flag in Ottawa, we have no problem calling it a hoax. Likewise, when some rent-a-mob marches with tiki-torches at Charlottesville or “storms” the Capitol; or when Al Qaeda or ISIS appear in a country which the Banksters have lined up for regime change. Though in these latter instances the mob will contain a large number of useful idiots; some of whom may happen to be locals rather than being bussed in specifically for the occasion.

But for some reason we seem to accept without question the blatantly engineered narrative that the “Nazis” roaming Ukraine are “Ukrainian”; and that this is somehow organic. This despite the very obvious MI6-esque involvement and the Kitson-esque playbook being rolled out for the thousandth time. For the illusion to work, all that was required was the recycling of some WWII imagery; and some promotional videos by the BBC and the like.

Prior to 2014, there was no nazi problem in Ukraine. From 2014 and onward, the “problem” was invented following the standard “problem-reaction-solution” formula. The method is so hackneyed that it’s barely worth examining, but any sort of critical analysis would involve enquiring into the nature of the ultimate endgame. As discussed below, that endgame appears to be the relocation to Ukrainian territory of the high-tech part of Israel.
