The Beautiful Multipolar New World Order
Iain Davis
BRICS-based multipolarity will save us from The Technocratic Dark State by making the rollout of an oppressive global surveillance state much better.
This will be the result of “improving global governance.” At least, that is according to the BRICS Outcome Document published by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs after the latest riveting meeting of BRICS foreign ministers.
Centralised global dictatorship will be a happier, fluffier kind of new world order tyranny under the BRICS’ multipolar model because it will be “more just, equitable, agile, effective, efficient, responsive, representative, legitimate, democratic and accountable.” Fantastic news, doubtless welcomed by those Hrvoje Morić refers to as the “Multipolaristas.”
Though the BRICS’ document reads like the worst kind of globalese dross imaginable, it is important to remember that the BRICS are offering us the promise of a “beautiful multi-polar world order defined by win-win cooperation.” Presumably, this is because humanity must have some sort of centralised, oligarch-led global dictatorship enslaving it for any of us to have a chance to “win.”
By all means, feel free to wade through the BRICS’ turgid propaganda (link above), but hopefully I’ve saved you the time. The quotes I’m about to share really were collectively published by the BRICS foreign ministers—I haven’t made it up, though you may wish I had.
The BRICS are going to strengthen “multipolarity” by upholding the “Purposes and Principles of the Charter of the United Nations (UN) in their entirety.” The entire purpose the UN Charter is to centralise global political authority, primarily in the hands of the UN Security Council, over all nation states.
The brainchild of oligarchs, the UN is a public-private partnership where national governments are reduced to mere enabling partners whose task it is to enable multinational corporations to get whatever they want. Apparently, the imminent multipolar global dictatorship will be nicer when the BRICS “play a greater role” in telling everyone else what to do through the UN Security Council. Sounds enticing, I have to say.
The BRICS are fully committed to global technocracy—sorry, I mean sustainable development—but are a bit worried that “current global challenges are complex and interlinked” and that this globally interlinked complexity might “impede economic growth and sustainable development.”
The solution to this is, of course, to recognise the “contemporary realities of the multipolar world” and push ahead with more “equitable global governance.” This must be true because that’s exactly what the World Economic Forum wants, and who could argue with the WEF? Certainly not the BRICS’ foreign ministers, that’s for sure.
The BRICS ministers are also fretting about “peace and security.” Seeing as Iran is a BRICS member state that was just attacked by the US and Israeli governments for no immediately apparent reason, you might think that this war crime would be resoundingly condemned by our multipolar BRICS saviours. However, as recently reported by Edward Slavsquat, internal BRICS politics meant actually speaking out against warmongering tyrants was a bit tricky. So the BRICS delegates decided not to mention Iran by name to avoid any embarrassment.
Instead, the foreign ministers “expressed deep concern on the recent developments in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region” and noted the “differing views among some members.”
Though there was no specific mention of the attack on Iran—for diplomatic reasons you understand—Cuba, Syria, Sudan, and Lebanon all got honourable mentions. The BRICS foreign ministers emphasised the need for “peaceful resolution of the conflict through dialogue,” “UN peacekeeping missions,” and “post-conflict reconstruction and development”—like in Gaza, for example.
With regard to genocide in Gaza, collectively, the BRICS ministers expressed their “grave concern.” Though they stressed that some BRICS member states “had reservation” about Palestinian statehood.
Fiercely opposing genocide slightly, The BRICS politicians “called for the implementation of the relevant UNGA and UNSC Resolutions.” This, they observed, includes UNSC 2803 which welcomes and endorses both the 29th September 2025 “Comprehensive Plan” for peace in Gaza and the subsequent 13th October “Declaration for Enduring Peace and Prosperity.” This is the UN resolutions the Trump administration is using to turn Gaza’s child graveyard into a deregulated Special Economic Zone playground for multinationals and billionaires.
Supporting the technocratic “post-conflict reconstruction” of Gaza, the BRICS foreign ministers ultimately settled on trotting out the same platitudes that every other government—other than Israeli government—trots out. BRICS ministers advocated a return to a “State of Palestine within the internationally recognized 1967 borders.” Well, kind of, at any rate.
Yeah! That’s sticking it to ‘em.

The UN’s dystopian “Pact for the Future,” including its “Global Digital Compact and the Declaration of Future Generations,” shouldn’t just ruin the lives of people living in developed nations.
No, no, according to the BRICS, populations in “Emerging Markets and Developing Countries (EMDCs), as well as Least Developed Countries (LDCs), especially from Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean” must also be walled up inside the digital Panopticon. What’s the point of global governance unless everyone is controlled by it?
This, of course, is why the transnational capitalist oligarch crowd invented multipolarity in the first place. But I digress.
Like the US, Israeli, and UK governments—and just like all the other EU, Five Eyes, and Commonwealth member states—the BRICS governments are equally agreed that “Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs)” are the key drivers for “socio-economic growth.”
Therefore, the global “digital transformation” must surge ahead. Again, the WEF and its partners—such as the UN—must be cock-a-hoop that the BRICS enthusiastically endorse the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).
The BRICS are offering beautiful multipolarity, not the awful authoritarian technological control grid currently being served up by ugly Western governments and their corporate sponsors. So the snappy Schwabian acronym “4IR” is not in the BRICS’ lexicon. The 4IR is called “Industry 4.0,” lest there be any confusion.
In BRICS globalese, the entirely separate and distinct “Industry 4.0” digital transformation necessitates establishing a vibrant technology company “start-up ecosystem.” This is also completely different from the Silicon Valley oligarchs’ Dark Enlightenment inspired accelerationism because reasons.
You can tell it’s not the same because “digital public infrastructure, leveraging emerging technologies” will “aim at accelerating innovation-led economic growth,” you see.
It’s important to understand that BRICS-led multipolarity has arrived to save us all from the insidious schemes of the transnational capitalist oligarchs. It is not simply the next logical and long-planned step on the path toward the envisaged “new world order.” And anyway, even if it is, many Multipolaristas say that the Rhodes/Milner “new world order” model doesn’t mean anything, other than serving as a general term for global governance. . . . Oh, and that global governance is necessary.
Multipolarity is regional not global.
The multipolar world order is about delivering fairness and healthy regional competition, promoting peace, and stimulating innovation and better international trade relations. Multipolarity is good, and anyone who says otherwise is merely shilling for “Western Empire” and is probably a conspiracy theorist who thinks they’re all in it together.
The BRICS governments say the “ICT environment” they are building will be “interoperable.” The multipolar Industry 4.0 digital transformation will be “more inclusive, accessible, sustainable and interoperable” than the 4IR digital gulag on offer from the Western Empire. This is because, say the BRICS foreign ministers, their digital Panopticon will be based upon “globally interoperable common rules and standards.”
Globally interoperable rules and standards? Interoperable with what?
IBM—reportedly the largest industrial research organisation in the world—stresses why “interoperability,” especially between ICT systems, matters:
Interoperability is made possible by using common standards that define how data is formatted and exchanged between systems. [. . .] Interoperability is important because it optimizes data sharing between separate information systems, which helps prevent data silos, [. . .] so disconnected datasets can be easily accessed to achieve a common objective.
“Globally interoperable” means global, not regional.
You can call it “multipolar” if you want, but exerting global governance over that unified, interoperable digital system, to achieve “common objectives,” is the centralised control of a global system. In a world where everything, from the information we share, to the management of global supply chains and the control of the international financial and monetary system is digital and interoperable, all “multipolarity” suggests is global dictatorship.
Multipolarity is a sales gimmick. The Multipolaristas have created a fake dialectic, seemingly on behalf of transnational capitalist oligarchs. They suggest that one model of global dictatorship is better than another. They’re inviting people the world over to embrace their own enslavement within a global, digital surveillance state. They are seriously arguing that multipolar dictatorship is preferable. But then, the Multipolaristas would say that I’m just a Western imperialist analysing everything from my western perspective, guilty of binary thinking and failing to see the potential beauty of multipolar win-win cooperation.
Highlighting where I have gone so awry, the BRICS foreign ministers add that “strengthening digital financial security” is essential for better multipolar global governance. This can be achieved by enhancing “cross-border cooperation among customs authorities, financial intelligence units, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities and supervisory bodies.” To this end, the BRICS governments are ready to step up and take “leadership of the IMF and the WB [World Bank].”
Luckily, the multipolar world order will “enhance the legitimacy of the World Bank Group, as a better, bigger, and more effective development finance institution.” So that’s an end to global debt trap diplomacy, apart from expanding it and centralising control over it even further.
The BRICS governments are particularly looking forward to deepening their “cooperation in global health initiatives, including within the World Health Organization (WHO).” The BRICS seem quite keen on the “WHO Pandemic Agreement” and hope the “BRICS R&D Vaccine Center” can contribute effectively to the next global public-private pandemic.
It comes as a relief, then, that all of this oppressive, global technocratic tyranny will “ensure the promotion and protection of democracy, human rights and fundamental freedoms for all.” This is because, unlike Western governments that peddle exactly the same propagandist crap, the multipolar BRICS-led new world order places “humanity and people at the centre.” This leaves humanity—notably led by the Multipolaristas at the moment—the freedom to big-up the multipolar new world order. Or, as the BRICS foreign ministers put it, “people to people contacts” can amplify “the voice for greater BRICS representation in global governance.”
There are a few people around the world who aren’t yet entirely convinced that the beautiful multipolar world order is that attractive. Indeed, some go so far as to publicly question why we need any kind of oligarch-led world order at all. Fear not! The BRICS governments can stamp that nonsense out.
Worried that “promoting BRICS cooperation” might face some opposition, the BRICS ministers say that “the challenges stemming from and within the digital realm” can be overcome. By adopting “a comprehensive, balanced, and objective approach” to information “security,” and by deploying “globally interoperable common rules and standards,” BRICS governments are confident they can tackle the scourge of whatever they determine to be “misinformation, hate-speech, [and] disinformation.”
Phew, better global censorship at last! Perhaps the beautiful multipolar new world order is alluring after all.
What do you reckon?

From an article:
“I’ve spent some time studying indigenous cultures and very few (if any) developed such a dishonest and deceptive culture as ours is today. These indigenous cultures flourished for hundreds if not thousands of years and many would still thrive today if they hadn’t come into contact with us. We came in peace, my childhood textbook claimed, written by the “winner” if that matters. All we wanted was everything we wanted. What’s so bad about that?”
Know yourself, we are the children of plunderers, and what goes around, comes around.
I’ll be utterly shocked if this achieves anything significant – its akin to asking the Pentagon to investigate itself – that it might has proposed/done anything wrong – most of the English MP’s are in Netanyahu’s back pocket.
“UK lawmakers are slated to debate whether to launch a probe into the extent of the Israeli regime’s influence on the decisions made by British politicians.
The British parliamentarians are scheduled to debate in late June on the need for an inquiry after 116,000 people signed a petition demanding the probe, media reported on Friday.
In the debate session slated for June 22, lawmakers will discuss whether the probe into the extent of the Israeli lobby’s control over the British political agenda is necessary.
The move came after a petition was signed to raise public concern about the broad extent of Israeli “lobbying activity in UK politics. We believe it is important to determine the scope and impact of any such influence campaigns.”
The petition calls for a probe into it to determine how the Israelis shape the decisions of the British government.
“We feel that the horrific devastation in Gaza, the ongoing suppression of Palestinians in the West Bank, and the UK’s political response underline the urgent need to scrutinize how pro-Israel organizations, networks, and lobbying efforts may shape government decisions, party policy, and public debate,” the petition signed by more than 116,000 people stated.”
This US admin isn’t only going to raid US citizens accounts – to fund its massive AI data Centres, its already stolen $1 billion dollars worth of crypto-currency from the Iranian public as well.
Below Bessent looks quite pleased with himself.
Sprinter Press Agency (@SprinterPress): “US Treasury Secretary Bessent quite emotionally stated that the United States confiscated cryptocurrency worth 1 billion dollars from Iranian residents: “We seized about 1 billion US dollars of Iran’s cryptocurrency – we simply directly seized the wallets. Some of them may be writing right now and may not realize that their wallets have been seized.”” | nitter.poast.org
The money was created out of nothing remember, in a sense it never existed, it’s just a digital representation of your life’s labor or the home you sold. And there was always far too much money in circulation for the ‘real’ goods it was supposed to represent. That’s the very basis of credit money expansion. Where does the excess go? Inflated home and company prices. The excess money pushes them up up up.
Houses, cars, oil and food, that is what people hope to claim with the money they have in their accounts. So to say an entity is going to oversee crashing or looted citizens accounts you must understand that has no connection to the real world, only to the funny money world. If you have you’re life savings there and lose them so what? It was never there anyway, or let’s say, it was looted long long ago as the value behind the accounts, things like Tesla shares or government bonds, ballooned out of all proportion.
Smart people move there money OUT as soon as they earn it. They convert it to real things. Bezos, Musk, the paper wealth they are supposed to hold is only due to the inflated share prices and they will no doubt lose a lot of that in the next great crash, But they don’t care, they have moved a lot of it out into farmland and private companies like Cargill. Companies you as a NPC can’t buy a piece of but that will still be profitable after a collapse of all the dumb-money companies listed on the exchanges. Why is SpaceX going public? Because all the profits it generated are going out the window. Musk and his friends have made a small fortune off it to date and will make a lot more when they sell it to mom and pop’s pension funds. 98% of the companies in America are Private. You, as a little worker bee, can’t own a piece of them.
Welcome to the real world.
None of the above is the point – the point is the terrorist/pirate state the US – has stolen it – of course consecutive US admins are good at stealing things that don’t belong to them, Trump has just upped the ante on it.
Action Against the Strait & the Island on Oman’s Side
may be imminent. I mean who knows, but Project Freedom 2 has been announced, now called Sledgehammer. Appears the skirmishes of last few days were to better locate defenses right around the Strait. We’ll see.
UAE & Kuwait still have functional US facilities. Iran has offered to share tolls w Oman.
Anyway, Centcom’s announced that they’ll (once again) be “guiding” ships in the Strait & they’ll consider any ship that doesn’t follow their direction as hostile.
Gone are the days when the US would come in guns blazing and occupy hey. Now they tread very carefully, the balance of power has shifted. China and Russia are united in the BRICS, just imagine if they decided to get involved on Iran’s side, it would be over in week and there wouldn’t be a single US ship left in the Indian ocean.
They have also formally withdrawn from MAD. The mutually assured destruction compact all three held. Now that Russia and China have become military allies all their nukes point across the pole to N-America. I wouldn’t want to be living over there in the years ahead. Nuclear war impossible? Ha Ha, tell that to the Chinese who install a nuclear shelter in every Hi-rise they build.
Israel is now producing and selling 3D printed meat for your consumption – as is Bill Gates – is it any wonder then that they want to cull cows – who produce real meat.
healthbot (@thehealthb0t): “Introducing Redefine Meat, an Israeli “meat alternative” company whose goal “is to become the largest meat company in the world”. “The mix of soy and pea protein, chickpeas, beetroot, nutritional yeast, and coconut fat is formed into steak-like shapes using a 3D printer.” “This is the holy grail of alternative meat.”” | nitter.poast.org
A reminder that French authorities are using drones to hunt down French cattle – hidden by farmers, who don’t want their animals vaccinated by something they don’t know – which is of course mRNA.
healthbot (@thehealthb0t): “French police are now using drones equipped with thermal imaging, to locate cattle hidden in the country, whose owners (Farmers) refused to vaccinate. Once located, huge teams of police & vaccine administers turn up to inject all their livestock” | nitter.poast.org
But hey the authorities say its okay to take – should we believe them? for me I certainly do not believe them
“The use of hydrogen cyanide in the production of vitamin B12 supplements is a topic of concern due to the presence of cyanide in the form of cyanocobalamin“
As the marxists understood too late, there is no “transnational global oligarchy” despite Karl Marx having outlined precisely that in the Communist Manifesto. They had taken it to heart believing the struggle between capital and labour would dominate and not international rivalry. Lenin had to discover and “new phase of capitalism”. imperialism, to make sense if WW1 even though imperialism was as old as the hills. But actually WW! was not just about international rivalries, It was the precisely the culmination of the Rhodes/Milner British-lead New World Order which wasn’t to be founded on collaboration with the empire’s rivals but they’re destruction! Gorbachev relearnt the lesson when he thought he could enter into a partnership with the West. That illusion didn’t last long. Even as Russia became a fully -fledged pro-Western oligarchy under Yeltsin, the Western approach remained the same: the destruction of Russia. NATO expansionism towards Russia started and Islamic terrorism was instrumentalised in Chechnya. Russia delenda est- Russia must be destroyed a phrase made famous by a Lyndsay Graham-style Roman senator in reference to Rome’s great rival Carthage. Like the Roman Empire, the Anglo-American empire don’t do power sharing! Russia, China and Iran all had substantial pro-western factions and sought agreement and peaceful co-existence with the West- but in vain. They now find themselves forced into final confrontation with an “agreement incapable” West epitomised in the arrogance and ignorance, to the point of insanity, of Donald Trump. He’s not alone- the entire western leadership is possessed by a war cult which threatens us all. Unfortunately, we have been found wanting in opposing this through a movement against war, and 4th industrial revolution remilitarisation. All we hear in anti-lockdown circles is same old refrain about it all being theatre. You’re right about the incoherence and disunity of BRICS but RIC, Russia, Iran, China is a reality drawn together by Western hegemonic fantasy. Unfortunately, Just as with Trotskyism, which combines theoretical opposition to imperialism with attacks and active subversion of its chosen victims, the “it’s all theatre, they’re all in it together” theory plays right into the hands of the neocons. It’s proving useful in obscuring Western failure in its latest reckless ventures and putting the blame elsewhere on putative “globalists”: it renders an anti-war movement superfluous and discourages examination of what is really happening in the rest of the world, imprisoning us further in a Western-centred worldview
On a related note, the age of personal computer ownership is fast coming to an end by way of making the relevant components unaffordable to consumers – see Gamers Nexus’ recent investigation into this market collapse based on interviews with various consumer tech manufacturers here:
That is, the future of computing is that you, useless eater, will not own any technology with which to seek and process information freely according to your personal wishes. Rather, you will simply rent your “compute” (wow, how quickly I have grown to hate that word!) from Amazon, Microsoft etc. so that all your use of information technology can be exactly as tightly controlled as the GPPP wishes. All for your convenience and security, of course. Good times ahead, folks.
The below words ring true, the US (Clinton) had UNSG Boutros Boutros Ghali removed as SG because he wasn’t doing what he/they/US wanted.
The thing is there a person at the UN up to the task? for me there is in Francesca Albanese.
“China’s message on the next UN secretary-general is clear:
The UN does not need another rubber stamp for empire.
It needs someone committed to the UN Charter, capable, impartial, responsible, and willing to defend the interests of developing countries.
Because a real international order should not allow one country to kidnap foreign presidents, assassinate foreign leaders, bomb sovereign states at will, or turn “security” into a license to erase entire peoples.
A functioning global institution should not stand by while Gaza’s homes are shattered, mothers are killed, children are maimed, and genocide is dressed up as self-defense.
The UN was created to prevent the strong from deciding the fate of the weak.
If it cannot do that, then it is not order.
It is empire with a conference room.
The world does not need another secretary-general trained to bow when empire enters the room.
It needs someone with a spine.”
The Zio-squatters are now listed with the UN – as a rapist entity.
Ryan Rozbiani (@RyanRozbiani): “https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/svg/1f1fa-1f1f3.svg UN Officially Lists Israel Among World’s WORST Sexual Violence Offenders The UN’s blacklist now includes the Israeli Prison Service. Last August, UN envoy Pramila Patten found REASONABLE GROUNDS for patterns of sexual violence and abuse by prison guards, interrogators, and Shin Bet agents against Palestinian detainees. Israel’s response was to freeze ties with the UN calling this a lie.” | nitter.poast.org
On the above the Zio-Squatters have sanctioned the UNSG – for putting them on the UN Black Page for raping civilians.
Meanwhile.
” The U.S. Treasury has sanctioned Iran’s Persian Gulf Strait Authority”
They love their sanctions.
It’s not that I don’t get the argument or perspective being given here – but that I wont stop on a stepping stone to make or set my identity there.
The cultic mind-trap of a Convergence to structural dictates or system capture can be seen as a complex of intention assigned to dark forces fronted out by banksters et al.
Cultural corruption runs a psychic restructuring or repackaging of ‘debt-conflicts’ into financial or economic rules. Within financial systems, the repackaging of toxic debt was recognised as the means by which to offload or get rid of worthless debts that were held and used as (IF) assets – by fragmenting into complex financial instruments of deceit that were sold as appreciable assets to the unwary.
If you grasp this in principle, you have a basis to recognise the same practice with regard to what are called ‘control narratives’. They are not science or reason or morally sound but claim to be or mask in the claim to such a status.
Narrative control can also be called perception management or mind control – it is the current ‘politic’ of oppositional control – by the setting and framing of emotionally invested polarities – that increasing operate as investing against what you fear or hate to be associated with. ‘The Power of Nightmares’.
“Resist ye not evil” (attributed to Jesus) warns against assuming or taking on a role that is gained as a function of ‘becoming good’ by opposing evil as a personal capacity, attribute or sign of divine favour. Bringing the evil to truth is the basis for then discerning wisdom within a living relationship rather than reacting from judgements set over and apart from the living.
Those ‘possessed by grievance, vengeance and a personal sense of self-validation thereby will not and can not rest or pause to look within the moment and movement of being for a recognition of truth as the practical moment at hand. Wisdom is not a suss or a handle of control over life, world or others. Hence it has no valid existence in systems set on thinking that generates models for predictive controls that become pre-emptive reactions.
The cult of control is also that of blame and penalty or exclusion. Guilt is assigned as a basis to enforce outcomes that shift blame and penalty from a core sense of control to a peripheral sacrifice. This can be also seen in the body as an emergency override to maximise resources for the focus of an acute temporary physical need -ie fight or flight.
The nature of trauma that loops or repeats rather than heals is of being constantly re-triggered. This is an area of responsibility – for allowing the calming of polarised conflict to a grounded and connected awareness.
`My sense of support for the ‘Death Cult or its Machine’ is that it runs dark for the most part as our own ‘control mindset’ or masking survival strategy. But the only basis for healing is of a free willingness to heal. It can not be forced, but thus run false.
Forced ‘solutions’ operate a mindset of dead concepts that I hold to be an artifice of intelligence. For living thought is received and shared in a sense of meaning – not as a system of fragmented ‘meanings’ that conflict and so must seek masking continuity as a self, a social order, imposed upon the body and the body politic—lest all pandemonium breaks out and control gives way to all the fear that’s been shoved down though the generations to rise demonic. Excepting – that is exactly what over-control does.
And can be observed to be doing.
I think we will in any case have to release what does not work or truly serve us – but that this will be the last thing we do—or accept – because the wish for control is set so deeply as the basis of our human existence or focus in the world. Thus I see the Script – not as the evil genius of psychopathic puppets to its acting out, but as the inevitable and logical outcome of its predicates that separate or disconnect a living mind from its true context or belonging. A also see an Awakening Script running as a different vision of the world. But not awakening to a nightmare – that is simply the nature of an initial shock in which a basis for making better choices has found a spark of willingness -despite the attempt to regain or restore the old wine bottles of a normalised insanity. As if there must be some way I can keep my self-illusions while getting rid of the inevitable consequences.
What is held too big to fail – such that anything and everyone else is subordinated and sacrificed to serve or save it?
Is it not a false god – from which we take or make an identity set over and apart from living – set on ideals that the world and others can only fail to meet – and thus life be perceived unworthy or unreal relative to the images and symbols that run archetypal to our drama – of a ‘stage set for fools’.
Folly gives way to wisdom – not cleverness. But ingenuity and deceit can stretch out the Fall guy to temporal distortions of a binding contract to persist in folly under guilting controls masking as ‘smart thinking’.
Honestly Binra, you’re probably thinking too much. What we are experiencing is a lot simpler than you portray in your over-complicated wordsmithing. We are just at the end of our abundant resource boom, oil and fossil foods and fossil water. The car and truck will go when the oil goes and you need to be thinking about a bicycle and being close to where food is grown, not concerning yourself about what a tiny minority of desperate elites are planning. Today I see my favorite peanut Butter has gone up over 10%, these are the things that matter.
Thank you Tom for a civil response.
I don’t really think in the way you assume.
I simply observe or (ask and listen) and seek and find word and phrase to serve the revealed or given answer that can never be fully defined but only partially sketched.
The mind that has learned to perceive a ‘simple or self-evident world’ to which it has adapted, is an extraordinary and complex achievement, by which you are enjoying your current perspective.
While you are complete in your life, I would not intrude.
Let what matters to you, align your curiosity, desire and fulfilment in living!
A view such as yours, so rarely appears on OG comments that it stands out as a cultural throwback – as if the world has wound back 30 years or so.
Boom and bust — that’s not just an effect, its a playbook.
Scarcity is generated by greed – to become weaponised by greed, as a means to feed off of the ‘engineering’ of death and destruction masking in corporate PR as self justifying narratives.
The enforcement and imposition of the human utility runs an anti Christ of caring dictate. You assume a ‘we’ that I recognise as your current choice. I see we are of one life – while masking in chosen currencies of thought, perception and response. To be truly current is to know the flow of being -not the post-processed ‘reality bubbles’ of conflicting and shifting allegiances.
The coffee I like has doubled in price (£3.50 to £7). But that doesn’t really matter in itself. If the cost of staying alive becomes more than many can bear, that will materialise chaos – which your bankster friends are poised to use (already using) as a basis to ‘save us’ via contracting into tokenised collateral fronting out as digital credits that permit you to transact, move or access services.Subject to terms and conditions that may be changed at any time by discretion of the system controllers.
There may be much simpler ways to speak to the times we live in, relative to the mainstream of already invested stakeholders in its cultural predicates. but I am not speaking to be ‘understood by men’ so much as by an understanding of love and appreciation. These are qualities within living – but we have inherited or co-created a world of substitution for love – whereby we separately get private gratifications via collectivised utility or corporate organisation to which we have grown dependent as social controls that relieve us of a need to own or know anything – for its all done for us by ‘machines of love and grace’.
Taking thought or truly reflecting, is looking within and without at once!
What is called ‘thinking’ runs like join the dots or painting by numbers.
It really is a machine or templated programming construct that can not know You.
That is its job function; to know You not! (By perceiving something else in your place).
We all learned to present a masking substitution for our true presence as the ‘self’ we grow for the world we meet, but we may not yet have learned to true cost of be-living the lies we thus ‘live by’ to cope with a world of vested self-illusions.
Stillness is the way:
https://www.barrylong.org/archive/articles/65/stillness-is-the-way/
I met him back in the day. If a teaching resonates with you – there is something of You that can unfold in the relationship. If it’s not for you – no need to judge it – or the teacher.
Stillness can be and will be misinterpreted by the ego.
The ego runs a lens of misinterpretation and misperception – thus responding from a partial or false sense of who and what you are.
By neither pushing nor pulling – ie absent of coercion associated with wishful or vested self-illusion, truth stands forth as obvious. But if you are busy imposing or enforcing stillness then a wishful manipulation of the self will present a ‘you’ being still while others are all judged therefrom as lacking – or needing ‘teaching’.
Or a ‘you’ that partially succeeds only to fail as the need to double down in the ‘teaching’. This can be a fruitful recognition to then move on from.
Stillness of being or lack of conflict is withing everything and everyone. But not within a mindset of control set over and apart from the Living.
Awareness will be ‘lost’ by attempts to fix life to any kind of structure, but form embodies and serves the living.
The world order represents the sacrifice and dependency on structure – set as systems or rules of compliance by which a split human mind seeks use conflict to limit conflict or guilt —the pattern is of division as the basis for rules by which winners and losers act out shifting roles in a progressive reiteration of vengeance.
But a structure-based identity does not know and can not know, until the self and world are ‘broken’ such that the error reveals a false self-sense. Without love – there is no ‘way’. But love has become something we have to -in a sense re-learn, because we have so deeply learned to discard and evade love by masking substitituions – that make up the ‘rules’ of a contract to join without intimacy.
Forms of joining then operate as social reinforcements and support or systems of ‘trust’.
Regardless our agreements and responsibilities entered into – relationship requires renewal. Love cannot be designated to an unwatched mind on autopilot (allowing ‘freedom’ from responsibility for private gratifications or defended comfort zones) —without becoming possessed by what we thought to gain as our personal or private function.
We thus associate the release of such structured identity as fear and threat of pain of loss or death.
Yet there is a ‘level’ or ground of being that is not embroiled or engaged in such conflict, to which conflicts can be brought and truly addressed, rather than used as a masking defence against awareness – but operating in its name. Taking the Name in vanity.
We all want a world in which individual nations are sovereign– not federated into some sort of globalist entity, nor characterized by technocratic totalitarianism. And what WORD are you going to use to describe this concept if you allow the enemies of freedom to steal “multipolar”? What they wish to build is a technocratic federation bordering on globalism.
The term “multipolar” with all its linguistic positive associations is OURS; don’t let them take it. You cannot protect a concept if you allow the word that names it to be used to mean its opposite!
“we all” ?
I don’t give an f about nations, sovereign or otherwise.
There do seem to be a few nice people about, whom I could engage with, allbiet infrequently.
“We all want a world in which individual nations are sovereign”
People in the West, people here, have spent the last 80 years living in the shopping mall culture and now that it’s going away they are upset and looking for someone to blame. Personally I think the West is just reaping what it’s sown over the past 400 years of colonial expansion and looting of poorer sovereign nations. The so called Western Christian Empire is coming to a violent end.
Ask anyone you know if they want a world in which individual nations are sovereign. They’ll all answer ‘yes’. I have watched the increased injustice of my country’s actions as an informed observer, but I have only defended right-thinking and rational awareness in speech. Have you done more? It’s so easy to heap blame on the heads of people you don’t know– to imagine them as inferior to ourselves. Maybe self-criticism is a little more useful.
Apart from your assumed ‘we’, what is meant by sovereign?
I don’t seek controversy but call for curiosity and desire to look at terms easily used vaguely or wishfully such as to lose or work against an original meaning or true currency.
Words can steal the minds of all who use them – or rather of those who assume to know what they mean when other meanings are effectively masking in their appearances.
The issues of human social order run complex and conflicted. Many attempted solutions become locked into new arenas of the problem we cannot then address, resolve or truly escape.
My sense of sovereignty is not a private will, nor an enforced collective will. But is a living will. Recognising life and the living is where a discernment or decision arises from a free willing acceptance. Contractual agreements to ‘meanings’ that serve conflicting private agenda set as enforceable by public law have become a means of coercion and deceit.
I can be responsible for my own use of the word – both as given and received. I cannot force anyone else to share or agree in the meanings I invite or offer – but I can choose not to use coercive deceits of emotion-backed persuasions, guilting leverage by insinuation or any other attempt to ‘manipulate minds to attain outcomes’.
And ironically this makes me un-understanable to all who are invested in the currencies and identified by the structures of their own thinking – or their own ‘word’.
The cultural outcome of ‘bio-technocracy’ of system capture is in my view a deeper strata of a technologism of the mind – that may take on different faces, versions or variants, that may become regional experiments or explorations of a globally enforced theme.
Workability is not merely utilitarianism, for if insanity is the required to fit the ‘system’ it can only deliver insane outcomes – ie death and destruction (in ways that may not be predicted or expected from the mindset of assumed control).
The polarised mind suffers action and reaction as an automaton or golem. I also call this the split mind. Seek and find wholeness of being, because that where it is – not in a world of possession and control over a realm of ceaseless change.
I resonate and frequently revisit what Jesus said relative to what is due unto God and Caesar. Let what is First be given its due – and all else shall be added you – or rather the blocks to a greater fulfilment set by an identity taken from the world, are released to an influx of recognition and gratitude.
Shall I live and die in conflicts of persisting self-illusion?
Is all the lives, in and of God – while we join in dramatizing dissociation?
There is hatred and fear, pain and sorrow of loss in the heart of Humankind.
But all of this is relative to love that is blocked, conflicted, separated off and defended.
However love or caring cannot be forced but it runs false.
The best we may achieve is to co-create the conditions in which love can grow of its own desire and fulfilment. But this can only come of recognising and trusting life – even through the conflicts and crises that arise as our curriculum.
If you don’t trust life – then death (dead concept) is running a masking substitution. No blame in recognising and releasing a dead end. But blame can make a game of death out of progressing towards a life that never truly Is.
… accelerating ( … their nervosity )

I cry “Nonsense” to supercilious Aldous; that’s just his wishful thinking.
Ooh! Very “sarcy”, made me chuckle though.
An in depth discussion of what is BRICS, why it came about, what it’s goals and why the City of London/Wall street banking oligarchs and families are trying to undermine it with the ultimate aim to destroy it !
MICHAEL HUDSON: Well, I think as far as the response of the BRICS is concerned, it’s really Russia and China. Russia’s President Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov have been the most explicit in spelling out exactly what the BRICS need and the obvious reason for it, namely that Russia and China are the main object of U.S. attack, which includes an attack on BRICS…
..The BRICS closing report emphasized that they want higher quotas for the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, but that doesn’t provide an alternative to the U.S. neoliberal worldview. It doesn’t really talk about what kind of alternative institutions they need to avoid the whole neoliberal development trap that was imposed by America in 1945 and has made it very rich for the past 80 years, but is not making America rich anymore…
..The question is, can the West prevent the global majority (which I think is more important than the BRICS) from becoming a prosperous new center, growing without U.S. control, making itself the beneficiary of its trade and investment rather than foreign investors?
..All the United States can do to stop it right now is to act as a wrecker. And within BRICS, it’s trying to use..
..The global majority countries today are facing a problem very much like the one faced by Europe when it broke away from feudalism, from the control of the past, from the control of a predatory, hereditary aristocracy that was holding the land and charging its rents and establishing monopolies to pay its foreign debts and had a predatory banking system. The whole system had to be revised. That’s what made industrial capitalism revolutionary.
..the BRICS countries and most of the global majority countries need to free themselves from the rent overhead inherited from the epoch of European colonialism and its creditor control..
..rentier control is international. It’s foreign. It’s American and European much more than domestic investors. It’s the multinational firms that have taken control of the raw materials resources, the mineral resources, the oil and the land. It’s the foreign investors that have bought up the natural infrastructure monopolies and are bleeding them for everything they can do. And it’s the foreign investors that have financed local banking and control the local credit system along neoliberal lines…
.. anti-classical pro-rentier ideological revolution that occurred in the early 20th century and flowered under Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan has to be replaced by late 19th-century industrial capitalism evolving into socialism, into a mixed public-private economy where the government regulated natural monopolies and taxed away economic rent…
..Foreign Minister Lavrov of Russia gave a wonderful speech about the need to establish foreign trade mechanisms that the West will be unable to control, such as transport corridors, alternative payment systems, and supply chains..
..China has kept property and land in the public domain. It hasn’t permitted monopolies to be private. It hasn’t permitted a private banking system to financialize the economy and make loans for corporate takeovers and buy up industrial corporations and use their profits for stock buybacks and dividend pay outs…
..to create a common market is exactly what China is trying to do with the Belt and Road Initiative.
If you’re going to have trade among yourselves, you need transportation. You need the Belt and Road. And that’s exactly what the United States militarily is trying to do to block it in Afghanistan, in Iran, with activities in Azerbaijan.
This is exactly what the geopolitical fight of the next few years is all about: trying to break the ability of other countries to work together and to tear up all the connections, leaving no alternative but depend upon the United States and Europe.
That’s the new Cold War, and it is a war of what kind of civilization is the world going to have, or at least the world outside of the golden billion in the United States, Europe, and its allies.
BRICS vs. the Rentier Economy | Michael Hudson
Nice analyse. I should hope Chinese idea and principles described to be realised.
Unfortunately, China is trying to keep the UN zombies set up after 1945 alive. Imagine, you need a US visa just to attend UN GA in NYC – which was denied even recently. Better to bury anything related to UN.
China is the largest lender, far greater than the UN zombies. A study by “College of William & Mary” in US says it provided $2.2 trillion over 2000-2023, 76% to developed countries including $202 billion to US, $172 billion to Russia, $130 billion to Australia. This excludes equity, grants, US T-bills.
One problem is that New Development Bank under SCO or BRICS has done very little under Dilma Roussof. Even worse, the head of the central bank of Russia has taken over at IMF. Unlike China, Russia got coerced in 1990 to give up its right to MMT (its Treasury completely managing its currency).
Have you a source for these statistics ?
At unz.com, Hua Bin reported the US study on lending by China last year. The article should shill be there.
So, if it’s there, produce it please!
Only tagentially related, but about UN: The US is threatening to revoke the visas of the Palestinian delegation to the UN unless the Palestinian ambassador withdraws his run for vice president of the General Assembly, according to a US State Department cable Tuesday obtained by NPR.
And so the Palestinian amb w/d his candidacy.
Fairly outrageous behavior by US.
Are you sure it’s not Rothschild money? Just take 1 quick glance at this.
https://nexusnewsfeed.com/article/geopolitics/china-the-rothschilds-and-the-global-rise-of-communism/
There is a tremendous lot of BS on Jew influence on past and modern China. The ingrates given refuge robbed Chinese at Shangai through banking fraud, including gold bullion taken out on military ships. Mao expelled every last one of them, maybe to Japan. Average national IQ of 107 and average IQ at upper government level of 140 is hard to take for a ride.
I hope you’re right and Chinese banking system is quite apart from Rothschild and the City of London.
no one understands the BRICS. They are just a rising Empire challenging the current empire. Will they succeed? Yes, no doubt. They have the Lion’s share of the Oil the food and minerals, have very low debt, and between China and Russia more nuclear weapons that the US could dream of owning. And at the end of the day it’s superior weaponry that dictates who is in charge. Spain would never have imagined it’s vast empire could have been overthrown but a tiny nation with superior ships and cannon crushed them in the end and stole their empire. They controlled All the ports of Africa, All the good trade hubs of Asia, and all of South America. What happened in the end? They were bankrupt, that’s what kills all empires basically.
“ no one understands the BRICS “ . I suggest you read in its entirety the link I provided of the discussion between Economics Professor Michael Hudson and Richard Wolf.
“ ..It’s superior weaponary that dictates who is in charge” As Stalin said quantity over quality rules the day as the 3rd Reich discovered. But also it’s spirit, which as Solzhenitsyn pointed out over 50 years ago is lacking in the West,
Historian Richard Overy writes of this period in his seminal study Why the Allies Won, “The stubbornness of Soviet resistance astonished German commanders; the ferocity of the confrontation led to barbarisms on both sides…. The Soviet will to win, which emerged painfully from the wreckage of Soviet fortunes before Stalingrad, was not a mere abstraction but a spur to efforts that both sides, Soviet and German, would have thought impossible a year before. The Soviet people were the instrument of their own redemption from the depths of war.”
The Spanish empire collapsed because it was based on stealing the resources of other people’s, just as the British and now the American Empire do, and becoming complacent, contemptuous and full of hubris.
Sounds familiar ?
Since this is what is happening to the US Empire and its vassals
Michael Hudson is the best. Only an idiot could downvote Michael Hudson. I see they’ve ventured no comment.
I am not surprised in the least.
Interesting map, I see Australia wasn’t included in the cutsie images of control hubs, but of course it is. Cities. That is where all this control is really concentrated. In many cities now you can’t buy a coffee with cash, but when you use cash in a rural town their eyes light up and you’ll often get an instant discount. I know, because I get them.
This information will only be of use to about 1:10,000 readers, but you know who your are and what you need to do. Get on with it.
NASA is building a base on the moon! Gosh, that’s going to cost a lot of money. But hey – I’m willing to give a contribution to the same scientific endeavour that saved us from covid!
So we cant even get privacy on the moon. NASA’s facial cameras everywhere.
So you’re saying “multipolar” is really “unipolar” only they call it “multipolar.”
So say so then.
That’s why we have to defend “multipolar” and not allow them to use it to mean its opposite.
I don’t see why I should, seeing as that is not what I am saying. Multipolarity is a regional balance if power model of global governance. Unipolarity is a dominant power centre model of global governance. Sure they both attempt to establish global governance but, evidently, they are different strategies for achieving that ultimate objective.
Self contradictory stuff. Regional is regional, global is global.
It has never been clearer that ANY “leader” class becomes an oligarchic social totalitarian club.acting autocratically without any “Interoperability” with the public. The opposite of democracy, fascism. With a beatific smiley face cherry on top.
“fake dialectic”, wordsmithing, New World Diktionary, or whatever you wanna call it, magical word twisting is the method of deception delivery that makes the medicine go down. Unless we refuse to swallow this crap, which we here are doing. With all the penniless “free time” that we’ll have, I think this will be time for the PUBLIC to perform management oversight, assessment and consent or denial OF EVERYTHING THEY WANT TO DO. This would be real democracy.
There is no ‘real’ democracy, there never has been. Even the Greek democracy was just a way to control the working classes. Democracy is a lie to keep people from taking direct action, like in rebellions. Now they ‘vote’ instead, that’s the democratic way, like hamsters on a wheel.
Real democracy is direct democracy input, design and consent, enacted by the entire population through consensus agreement of a processfor decision making. In a group of a dozen, a fairly easy process. As the group scales up, more complex. 51/49 is not ideal. I was in a group that operated under 90% minimum consent, and it totally works. Things that violate personal autonomy are avoided and any irrational malcontentism is also avoided. The idea that many elites have, like Alex Hamilton, that democracy is mob rule is a bullshit con, justifying never allowing a popular vote which may subvert their rule.
Why don’t we start with the basics?
Put yourself in the oligarchs’ shoes: what do they want?
Most people are too tired and poor and controlled by their base instincts to think beyond “money” or sex or food.
Most of the oligarchs are just like that, except that their base instincts are pedophilia and cannibalism.
But I am hoping that some of them are thinking long term, so again what do they want?
That’s it! Those are the only two drives that matter. Everything they do is to accomplish the above two goals.
So global govt makes sense, as does population control and using people as lab rats for their genetic experiments (no, coflu jab was not intended to kill you, that is just a fortunate side effect).
Excellent, Roy. But how are we going to prevent them getting what they want? And get a free & just world instead? Or something approaching it.
“Russia’s patience has expired.”
Yeah, and the world will actually be safer if they stop allowing themselves to be that slowly boiling frog. Lavrov told Rubio & other Secretaries of State to evacuate their citizens, cuz Russia’s starting a “systemic” air attack on Kiev. It’s that or Russia’d have to attack Latvia since there are Ukrainians launching drones from Latvia now.
Drones are being manufactured In Britain & other places & sent to Ukraine. They’ve had at least 4 strikes on oil facilities; production’s been reduced 13% so far. Russia just had the 2d ostentatiously announced nuclear rehearsal in two years– and still the Europeans just taunt them: They can’t seem to believe that Russia is actually dangerous.
Russia’s been patient for too long; world’ll be safer after they restore a little fear.
Lavrov told Rubio & other Secretaries of State from our dear equal western partners to evacuate their citizens…… 😂 .
Yes unfortunately there is no ‘third way’, only the usual two paradigms.
We should consider that both Russia and China has an ugly history from the recent past. Both Presidents are today intelligent, wise and have a difficult job, but their back land have still this heavy load from the past to bear.
I see this still in Russia on horny Liberals in oligarch, bank and mayor roles eager to like the worst from West.
All right, but as long as all our water will be green I support it. Green environmental water resources in a scarce multipolar world, is better than red dirty water full of blood and chemicals from Western white capitalist scumbags.
Because I am not a bad man. I am in for a green transformation where we protect our vulnerable nature against humans, therefore I am a good man, and you are not!
Actually I am not sure whether I am right in this one here.
The messages I hear from China about making trade systems outside the hands of the sick pedo Empire in West, and their finance in public hands outside the grip of the usury riders sounds great.
But what I hear from Russia, Sber bank and co is the same liberal digital.
Apart from biting sarcasm what is supposed to be the point of this? Citing Edward Slavsquat: lol
Biting sarcasm is about the whole of it. Why not? There’s a lot to be sarcastic about.
Mr Davis
If you had to choose between a peaceful multipolar world and a violent unipolar one, which would you choose?
Of course, you might prefer neither.
Humans usually have to choose the least worst option…..
Humans are usually presented with a choice between false dichotomies instituted by insidious neuro-linguistic programmers.
Absolutely, and the very point of Mr. Davis’ slightly-tinged-with-sarcasm article. I found it quite funny.
Absolutely, Kiwijoker– and choosing multipolar does NOT mean we have to choose the horrid technocracy or globalist world planned by the bad guys.
We CAN choose multipolar, sovereign and free states– but it’s going to take a fight.
Those are the choices you are given, but like the Alpha and Beta memes there is a third choice, that no one ever talks about, and few ever discover. The Gamma choice. What is the outcome? What you have always wanted all along, a peaceful quiet life where you are left to your own devices. “where there is preparation there is no fear”
Do we? What if we had our own ideas about where and to how move forward?
Why?
The BRICS countries are not a coherent bloc, but the main disagreement between systems is the one between the ‘Western’ model where corporations own the politicians and set the economic agenda (most BRICS nations go along with this), and the ‘Chinese’ model where corporations are subordinate to the needs of the state. This ‘state capitalism’ is very similar to that in Bismarck’s Germany, and the difference is genuine. The problem is that both models are run by oligarchies, and true democracy is not yet available anywhere. This is a struggle still to be won.
True democracy is really only realistic in villages.
Correct, I think once you get above say 500 people it all begins to go pear shaped, I can’t even think of a true democratic nation – infact, even in in ancient Greece, democracy only lasted about 200 years.
The spouting of democracy is one of the PTB’s biggest lies – and one of it biggest powers against.
The perfect number for human circuitry is 144 citizens.
Beyond that factions naturally occur.
Humans are designed as discrete co-operative organic systems.
Dynamic balance being the causative enactment enabling localised enrichment and cultural wealth..
Why 144? I see plenty of disagreement and intractability in smaller groups.
Democracy is where two wolves and a sheep sit down to discuss the menu for dinner.
A constitutional republic is better anyway. Unlimited majority rule has its own dangers and excesses.
I suspect you mean representative democracy, which
Isn’t democracy at all.
BRICS is surely just another on the rise global block to rival Western global blocs – I’d image they will continue to carve up the world between them – the UN up until caved to big business and the billionaires served mainly Western interests, Trump is trying very hard to replace the UN with his World Board of Peace – the bias UN has even endorsed Trump’s board to carry put its agenda in Gaza – yes you read that right – one of the main parties (US) involved in the genocide in Gaza has been tasked with overseeing a peace plan in Gaza.
The original five members of BRICS are still part of the G20 group – like I said its a carve up – and we the masses are on the menu – multipolar just means that there will be one or two more seats at the table – but ultimately nothing will really change for the masses – infact thing will probably get worse as those nations leaders/via big business sitting at the table squabble for as much of the pie as possible.
Multipolarity has never ceased to exist, and cannot.
The fractal nature of life means that as soon as one entity gains ascendance rivalries will develop within it, resulting in the creation of multiple centres of power and influence within that entity.
A classic example was the late 1940s in the US with regard to China, where the State Department was strongly supportive of the Communists, whereas the CIA was on the side of the Nationalists. Quigley discusses this in ‘Tragedy and Hope’.
More broadly, anyone who has ever worked in a large organisation will testify to the often bitter rivalries of office politics.
Trialled in the Dominions (and what’s the point in having them if they aren’t social engineering laboratories?), coming here:

He just wants to give children their childhood back…. really….
And dont forget “If we dont do it, China will !”
And “I think i’ve just been upgraded from Deplorable to Cockroach !”
The BRICS countries are too diverse to agree about much, except Atlantic monopoly, the old Cabal seat. The former love this OmG stuff….
“too diverse to agree about much”.
The same argument J. Edgar Hoover used to deny that there was a Mafia….
I see what you mean. This is often my favourite example when I am accused of being a believer in conspiracy. I cite organized crime.
Where I agree with Antonym is on the various differences between the BRICS states.
To go back to your Mafia example, yes of course the Mafia existed, but overlaid on their common interests vis-a-vis the Feds were their own rivalries with each other.
Incidentally, the biography of Sam Giancana by his brother is a very good primer on how politics and power works everywhere.
Eventually, the various organized crime syndicates evolved into systems of regional hegemony, minimizing but not eliminating conflict between them. A cartel.
Sound familiar?

‘Governments, if they endure, always tend increasingly toward aristocratic forms. No government in history has been known to evade this pattern. And as the aristocracy develops, government tends more and more to act exclusively in the interests of the ruling class – whether that class be hereditary royalty, oligarchs of financial empires, or entrenched bureaucracy.’
~ Frank Herbert, Children of Dune
If you rule yourself with class
That would make you ruling class
.
Road rules, general safety rules and rules for children all make common sense, most of the time.
Ruling oneself with ‘class’ is more about self awareness and self preservation.
Rules per se are not the problem, Rulers are.
Rulers are necessary to make straight lines and enable accurate measurements.
We learnt that in class…
Hence the problem may be the insidious prevalence of geometry in modern society.
Uni, bi, tri, or multi, we can be certain of one thing:
Whatever it is, it is done to profit the few and continue exploiting the many.

Chinese society is also dissolving. Video is about 21 minutes.

Thanks for that Taboo.
A fascinating video.
The ‘Population Bomb’ has been defused, at least in China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore. and several Western nations.
Could that be another reason for the PTBs urgent enforcement of AI ?
Fewer people, more machines.
I think the AI narrative – like so many other narratives- is meant to create fear, in this case of losing one’s job.
I remember a viral video from the WEF in the summer of 2014 trying much the same thing.
If all one does is tap away on a keyboard all day in some city in the West, then it is easy to be taken in by this. However, if you actually go out and walk around cities and rural areas in most of the world, then it becomes clear how limited the role of AI must be.
The big question is where are the machines going to get their energy from.? Where are the materials, of which they are made, going to be mined? etc etc.
The logistics of AI brings the whole narrative down to earth.
Thats why you need to have some chip on you when you walk around.
So Agencies can reach you anytime. Driver license, passport, digital ID, Visa card, Iphone, something. graphene antenna from a covid shot?
Then the logstic is of no problem. Any contact with what we call civilisation will do.
Lower birth rates are occurring in most wealthy countries – not only in China.
China’s economy is soaring ahead – refer to the stock market – and for the last 20 years has been building towards more and more self-sufficiency. An Aussie academic who lives near me, Dr. Warwick Powell, with Chinese/Aussie heritage, gives excellent reports. For example …..
“China’s preparations over the past two decades (diversification, stockpiling, electrification, renewables scale-up) have demonstrably paid off.
China has systematically reduced exposure (to disruptions in fuel supplies) through a range of measures:
These measures, combined with substitution accounting revealing faster fossil decoupling, have transformed the risk profile. A Gulf disruption today tests China’s resilience rather than threatening its foundations.”
https://warwickpowell.substack.com/p/chinas-preparedness
Economic Nirvana doesn’t solve the problem of thirty million lonely, bored and frustrated men. And that number will continue to grow.
China ranks (if we believe it) 68th on the world ‘Happiness Index’.
Confucius will be spinning in his grave.
Yes! Also, as the video makes clear many women are frustrated too.
I often think that the purpose of the Cultural Revolution was to eliminate, as much as possible, all of China’s pre-existing culture based on the Confucian- Taoist duality, in order to clear the decks, as it were, for all that came after – a relentlessly consumerist technocracy. Those who are familiar with the long Rockefeller-Yale interest in China will not be surprised by this.
The worship of Mammon creates continuous craving rather than contentment.
China is dying on a far deeper level than these issues, as are Western countries, as the video I linked makes clear. In fact, all of the things you mentioned, which are correct in themselves, are part of the problem. It is modernity itself which is killing China, because modernity, in its fullest form is inimical to the reproduction of human life.
Man does not live by bread alone.
East Asia has no sub-populations -mostly religiously based – defying fertility decline as does the West.
Where their famous pandas have gone, the people themselves are following. Neither breed well in captivity.
There is no such thing as fossil fuel decoupling
Electric cars in China are mostly powered by coal.
Links, evidence?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coal_in_China
Coal accounts for 55 pc of electricity generation in China, and therefore accounts for a proportionate amount re. electric vehicles.
There is also no such thing as renewable energy. Wind an solar are fully dependant on a fossil fuel infrastructure – specifically oil.
I might add that all of that coal production depends on diesel, meaning that coal is a derivative of oil, along with all other energy sources.
And wind is the most expensive energy source of them all. Only for use as a reserve.
Wind is everywhere and free.
Wind turbine generators are not.
“most wealthy countries”.
“Most”? It’s in all of them. Fewer cattle…. in both senses:
https://ahdb.org.uk/news/gb-populations-fall-for-the-tenth-consecutive-year
Yes, and it’s not only wealthy countries
Thailand, India, Brazil, Mexico, Bangladesh and Tunisia are all among countries below replacement rate.
Then there is more to us $$ 😀 .
Unlikely from what I have seen watching many videos about China from many youtube channels in particular ‘Little Chinese Everywhere’ (the early series are best). Last series was travelling the silk road back to Europe, Interesting takes on Iran, Iraq, Syria – Give it a try.
Thanks for the tip!
What do you consider unlikely exactly?
‘Multi-polar’ = Unbalanced
‘Uni-polar’ = Unstable
‘Bi-Polar’ = My partner after the third gin and tonic
Thanks for a great article Iain. All those fancy words try to hide the planned global techno slave world. Same old thing dressed up a bit.
