Moscow 2030: Creating a biometric paradise

Digital utopia is possible with surveillance cameras & public-private partnerships

Riley Waggaman

As most of you probably know, Russia’s capital city has been fighting a covert shadow war against Unipolar jaywalking, which is one of the top three threats facing BRICS and the Global South. Probably you read about it on ZeroHedge.

I’m happy to report that the Multipolar Pedestrian Order has made significant inroads with the assistance of facial recognition cameras programmed to publicly shame Muscovites who rudely cross the street without permission:

Source: TASS.ru

The prototype “tracks a pedestrian’s movement … If a pedestrian violates traffic rules, his image, without identification, is transmitted to an electronic information display board located nearby.”

Safe. Effective. Convenient. But there’s just one problem: Why do some Russians think they can go outside without being immediately identified by an algorithm?

[The head of Moscow’s State Traffic Inspectorate, Alexander Bykov,] noted that in order to create and ensure the effective use of an automated system for bringing pedestrians to administrative responsibility, it is necessary to have biometric data of all citizens. In this case, the submission of biometric data should become an obligation of citizens.

If this anti-globalist traffic light is only supposed to gently wag a finger at “unidentified” rule-breakers—as opposed to identifying them and deducting 5,000 GrefCoins from their SberWalletwhy would you need the biometric data of all citizens? Curious minds want to know.

(Coincidentally, the collection of all biometric data in Russia—which is being stored and used by a commercial enterprise—is underway.)

But let’s look at the big picture: These exciting developments will help Moscow achieve Smart City status, a metamorphosis slated for completion by 2030. They picked that year at random; it has no significance.

Here’s the Moscow 2030 website for those who might be interested:

Moscow 2030: Smart City (source: 2030.mos.ru)

Moscow’s 101-page blueprint for becoming Smart includes the widespread use of video surveillance cameras to make transportation more safe and convenient. It also calls for “wearable and implanted medical digital devices” that can be used to calculate health insurance payments. As an added bonus, the document advocates for “genetic passports” that will help “optimize protocols for traditional therapy and in the future gene therapy”.

Very fancy but to what end? What is the purpose of the Moscow 2030 plan? The listed goals of the project are as follows:

  • Ensuring sustainable growth in the quality of life of Muscovites and favorable conditions for conducting business and other activities through the use of digital technologies.”
  • Centralized, end-to-end and transparent city management based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.”
  • “Increasing the efficiency of government spending, including through the introduction of public-private partnerships in the field of information and digital technologies and communications.”

This word salad looks strangely familiar.

Just to be 100% clear, though: Moscow is not a member of the WEF’s Smart Cities AllianceErgo, the Moscow 2030 plan is designed to expose Bill Gates and the Federal Reserve System.

Multipolar Technocracy is good because it stops the spread of Unipolar Technocracy, which is bad. We know this is true because a report published by the OECD in 2019 described Moscow’s Smart City project as a positive step towards “achieving the SDGs”.

source: oecd.org

The good news is that Russians don’t seem overly excited about gene therapies or algorithms programmed to terrorize pedestrians.

The bad news is that the Russian government is grooming young people for Smart City life. There is even an educational Smart City center in Moscow that hosts fun parties for children. Children are our future, after all.

“Children will go on exciting adventures in which they will have to defeat and reprogram the insidious Computer Virus in order to teleport Santa Claus to celebrate the New Year.” (source: icmos.ru)

Nice work Waggaman.
But we may admit Putin’s excellent talent for triple speak and “selling the message”.

The first step is stop participating, using or complying. Move close to farms and small communities. Don’t buy the new technologies including operating systems, smart phones, cars, and all consumer goods. Stop using digital transactions. Express non-consent 24/7.

Digital ID and tracking are already an everyday reality. You may have seen a report yesterday about a data broker selling data about which women have been visiting clinics, obviously with a view to finding out who’s interested in or having an abortion. This is possible without some kind of official ID card — you move your life onto the a phone because its not just convenient but often essential so the phone tracks and reports not just where you are but what you’re doing. Collating this information with other information gives a rich picture of you, your associates and your life in general which becomes a product that’s sold/rented primarily to advertisers but could be used by anyone.

So rather than railing against it we’ll have to learn to live with it and, hopefully, techniques for poisoning the databases.

I was on a cruise over Christmas. Unlike previous cruises this one involved what appeared to be a cursory identity check on checking in, the terminal also taking a snapshot of your face. Facial recognition, either by machine or by personnel, is the primarily mechanism for tracking passengers and substituted fro customs and immigration inspection at the final port. (We’re in the US, BTW.) Facial recognition is also used at our main airport, LAX.

From your Link:

“Airstrikes by the US and UK in Yemen are aimed at escalating tensions in the Middle East, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

Their military action came in response to attempts by the Houthi to disrupt maritime traffic in the Red Sea carrying supplies genocidal Israel. The Houthis targeted ships that they claimed were linked with the Apartheid state in response to its genocidal three-month siege of Gaza.

Zakharova singled out the US as an example of the “total disregard for international law in the name of [Western] destructive goals.”

So, there’s a theory of mine, actually, I’m sure it’s not mine but shared by others, that alot of what we’re experiencing relative to the Great Reset and digital this and that isn’t a small cabal of powerful people secretly carrying out a specific agenda, but an unstoppable human tendency to continue to invent, create, improve, develop, discover, produce, or even imagine. And that combined with the capitalist system and tendency toward greed, produces a situation where there ALWAYS has to be something more. That’s why even though China and Russia appear to not be “in on” the Great Reset, they’re doing it anyway. We’ve seen that tendency in particular since the beginning of the industrial age, the continuous invention, development, etc., of about everything, from automobiles, to refrigerators, to televisions and computers. I worked for the U.S. federal government for many years and sat in on presentations from contractors, i.e., companies trying to sell their products, and saw how they sell those products to the government representatives and how it NEVER ENDS, because there is always something new and better. I see that with the digital biometrics stuff coming down, in that it’s not necessarily the supremo psychos with this grand plan directing the fucking earth, it’s more of an unstoppable human instinct to basically destroy itself by trying to create nirvana on earth while making a buck doing it. It’s like the Military Industrial Complex and the continued need to create better killing weapons. It never ends. Of course, the psychos in charge are utilizing all aspects to their advantage and encouraging it by directing the propaganda that supports the need for all this shit to the sheeple. But a lot of this is about greed and the human trait to create. There’s always got to be something more, the science fiction writers are right.

Agreed. For instance, the robot traffic light that automatically fines someone for ignoring red is simply an AI replacement for a human traffic cop. And the biometric project that was handed over to a private data-gathering company is just another PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) scam; like the recent Post Office scandal in UK.

OffG has a Luddite tendency to fixate on the means (technology) instead of focussing on the crime (extortion).

They are not just all in it, Russia the last good guy on this planet, was/is the worst of them all.

“Created in December 2014, Russia’s Safe City program uses “organizational, informational, analytical, predictive, and other methodological, technical, and technological solutions to ensure the safety and sustainable development of cities.”

Meaning long before anything, in 2014 Russia was preparing the digital prison.
Which explains the weird Ukraine case and other bs as a veil to what was and is going on behind the wall.
Donbass is now an experimental Smart city/Homeland Security case, and has been an experiment all the time……………………………….LOL.

Not many countries can boast about that. The poodles in EU are all impotent.

The criminal corrupt anti-German crypto-communist Scholz regime spends 62 billion euros on “development aid” in 109 countries (twice that of the previous year!*), plus 48 billion euros on dim invaders, but says that 0.9 billion euros must be saved on farmers! Scroll down https://www.hostize.com/r/kPmXbBGq1A/aid-pdf

“Development Minister” Schulze rejected calls to cut development aid. “These are populist and frighteningly short-sighted demands that would not solve any problems, but only exacerbate them. If we stopped working with partner countries worldwide on climate protection, we would soon have floods in Germany every year.”

“Immigration, as it has happened so far, is costing us 5.8 trillion euros for the economy as a whole,” says the renowned economist economist Bernd Raffelhüschen. https://www.hostize.com/d/QvPw3WA60b/file.pdf

That is the reality, which is in stark contrast to the claimed “skilled labor” miracle of the of the established parties. Raffelhüschen speaks of a “sustainability gap” between what is paid into the state coffers and what and what can be expected in return. This gap would grow to 19.2 trillion euros if we allowed 300,000 foreigners into the country every year.

However, this is a very conservative calculation, because in 2023 around 461,000 migrants from non-EU countries to Germany (asylum applicants and family reunification). The Ukrainians, who do not have to apply for asylum are not included here! https://de.zxc.wiki/wiki/Bernd_Raffelh%C3%BCschen

The British and Russians (and everyone else) are, mostly, the same – in the queue for their AstraZeneca / Sputnik V vax while their masters collaborated on mixing them.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Russia will pay dearly for hopping on to Ginzberg’s Con-19 RNA Vaxx bandwagon. Nevertheless, the fault was rushing Vaxx without sufficient testing. The crime was in the authorities, not the technology. So was the stupidity.

 😴

So,

that’s why the doc would tell you in 2019 that your complaint was due to an unidentifiable virus but that, in 2020, it was due to SARS-CoV-2 because they had a test for that (even though msm reported very high asymptomatic rates).

How could it ever be known that the real symptoms were not ALWAYS caused by a manifestation of the pre 2020, er, virus (which still has no test available even in 2024).

The big thing about the cell is that, even as we touch the edges of some understanding, the vast amount of its operation is totally hidden from view.

The Co-n-vid crime was created by the parasitic/psychopaths enabled, with 30 pieces of silver, by their authorities and enacted by the herds inculcated with belief in both the “technology” and the “authorities”.

Take a first step away from your chains by repeating, over & over “even if presence where true that this is not proof of causation” – you might feel better but I doubt it (you can look at the dubious basis of genome sequence scaffolding if you do ever get well).

Heavily armed police at airports started with Yasser Arafat hijacking a British airliner, if I remember correctly.

What I do remember correctly is Miles Kington’s humorous piece which prophesied that Airport Terrorists were in league Airport Authorities in a conspiracy to soften up the public for further humiliation by making us empty our water bottles and remove our shoes. I often thought of Kington during the ridiculous procedures of Con-19.
