Footage released on Thursday shows officers from the Russian Ceasefire Coordination Centre in Syria overseeing negotiations between local leaders from the Hama province and Syrian government forces in the village of Maarzaf. The footage also shows personnel from the Russian Armed Forces distributing humanitarian aid to residents of Maarzaf.

Three days after the start of the cease-fire agreement in Syria, the sounds of the shells have disappeared, and streets and markets are again full of life and people exactly as before. teleSUR correspondent in Syria, Hazem Abdullah, with more.
