Ukraine War! What Is It Good For? Propaganda

Iain Davis

Russia’s “special military operation” in Ukraine has been presented to us, in the West, as unprovoked and unjustified.

We have not been told about Russia’s legitimate security concerns in the face of NATO expansionism. Nor has Ukraine’s significant Nazi problem been honestly reported, with some Western propagandist even promoting them.

The Russian government claims that its recognition and defence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR) are born from “compassion” for the people who have been under siege for eight years. However, Russia also needs the new republics as satellite states, providing a foothold for its own national security as it opposes NATO’s advance.

It should be noted that Russia’s military actions, in trying to oust Nazis from their strongholds in Mariupol, Kharkiv and elsewhere, has led to the near destruction of many cities and towns in Eastern Ukraine. As of the 19th March the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCR) estimate that 847 civilians were killed in three weeks, primarily as a result of shelling.

The OHCR noted that the “actual figures are considerably higher” but could not be verified. Credible eye witness reports and video evidence indicate that the Nazis in Mariupol and other besieged areas had stopped civilians leaving through humanitarian corridors opened by Russia. There are many reports of Nazi (Asov) atrocities, including the murder of fleeing civilians.

NATO has courted Ukraine as a future alliance member for decades, taking firm steps to admit Ukraine along the way. This has never been acceptable to Russia, whose national security concerns have been consistently ignored.

Only days prior to the Russian attack, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, delivered a speech at the Munich Security Conference threatening Russia, not only with a nuclear-armed Ukraine, but a NATO nuclear power on Russia’s south-western border.

Ukraine is a pinch-point for Russia’s natural gas trade with the European Union. The purpose of the Nord Stream pipelines, constructed in partnership with Germany, was to circumnavigate that problem. It raised the potential for greater EU independence from the US and, with an EU commitment to defence union, presented a possible threat to the US dominance of NATO.

Consequently, the US applied unrelenting pressure on the EU, including enforcing sanctions on German companies, to halt the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. In response to Russia’s official recognition of the DPR & LPR, German Chancellor Olaf Sholtz immediately announced that Germany would not certify Nord Stream 2 for operational use. Russia began it’s military operation in Ukraine three days later.

Please read Parts 1-3 of this series for an exploration of the evidence informing this analysis. This provides us with what we might call the “official-unofficial” explanation for Russia’s aggression. It is an appraisal founded upon the established, accepted concept of international relations.

However, any such investigation is necessarily incomplete. It fails even to describe the globalist forces that are both ripping Ukraine apart and propelling Russia to act. We will explore these in Parts 5 – 6.

Before we do it is important to appreciate just how far we, as supposed democratic societies, have strayed from democratic ideals. This can be understood if we consider the extreme propaganda and censorship our governments are using, hobbling our ability to discern reality.

The Propaganda Environment

There is little chance that the issues we have already discussed will receive fair coverage in the Western mainstream media (MSM) and none at all that it will cover what we are about to consider. The West’s propaganda, in a rapidly evolving conflict, has at times been absurd.

Immediately following the launch of Russia’s military operation the Western MSM reported the unbelievable bravery of the Ukrainian border guards defending Snake Island in the Black Sea. They stated that 13 died in their valiant defence against a Russian “air and sea bombardment.”

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy said he would award the guards posthumous medals for gallantry. It soon emerged that this was a fabrication. None of them died and Russia took the Island without harming anyone.

The MSM reported that Russian forces deliberately targeted a Mosque in Mariupol where civilian woman and children were said to be sheltering. The Turkish media later revealed that the Mosque had not been struck by anything.

The BBC were among a wide number of Western MSM outlets that reported an alleged Russian airstrike on a maternity hospital in Mariupol. This apparent outrage, deliberately targeting pregnant women and their babies, led the BBC to report the comments of the Deputy Mayor who said:

We don’t understand how it’s possible in modern life to bomb a children’s hospital. People cannot believe that it’s true.

Indeed not, because there is considerable evidence to suggest it isn’t. When the claimed airstrike occurred the Russian state officials engaged in some ham-fisted disinformation themselves, alleging that the whole thing was staged using “crisis actors.” They also noted that the hospital had been occupied by the Ukrainian forces, thus presumably making it a military target and undermining their own propaganda.

A subsequent account from the most famous eyewitness, Mariana Vishegirskaya, who Associated Press (AP) publicised as the face of the alleged Russian war-crime, paints a very different picture.

There were certainly explosions but no evidence of an airstrike, as no one heard or saw any planes. The hospital had been occupied by the Asov regiment three days earlier. Tellingly, Mariana stated that the Asov Nazis wouldn’t allow people to leave the city through the humanitarian corridors agreed by Russia.

There have been widespread Western reports of destruction of Mariupol and other cities by Russian forces. However, civilian witness testimony from Mariupol notes that Ukrainian forces also shelled Mariupol, causing much of the destruction. Mariupol civilians reported that Ukrainian forces placed their defences in civilian areas, occupied their homes and other municipal locations including kindergartens, hospitals and office buildings, and even blew up buildings with tanks.

Even the Western MSM acknowledged that the Ukrainian military (including the Nazis) were effectively using the civilian population as a human shields by placing their assets in civilian areas. The Washington Post noted:

Increasingly, Ukrainians are confronting an uncomfortable truth: [. . .] Virtually every neighbourhood in most cities has become militarized, some more than others, making them potential targets for Russian forces trying to take out Ukrainian defenses.

French Military – Map 27th of March 2022

Analysis by French military observers clearly showed that Russia had secured significant military control in eastern and north-eastern Ukraine. On March 29th 2022, during ongoing peace talks between the Russian and Ukrainian authorities in Turkey, Russia announced that it would withdraw its forces from around Kyiv as a sign of “good faith.”

A few days later video evidence emerged from town of Bucha, lying west of Kyiv, appearing to show the aftermath of a Russian war-crime. The horrific footage showed apparent carnage in the body strewn streets of Bucha. The Ukrainian government blamed this butchery on the retreating Russian forces. The Western MSM immediately reported everything that they were told, accusing Russia of the Bucha massacre.

There were some suspicious anomalies in the footage that required explanation. An unusually high percentage of the bodies were lying face down, ruling out identification, and there was an inexplicable lack of blood or other signs of obvious injury on the corpses. Most of the corpses appeared with hands bound behind their backs and many were wearing the white arm bands which Russia gave to civilians in order for them not to be confused with combatants.

In one of the four main videos, unquestioningly accepted as evidence of the Russian atrocity, an alleged corpse appears to get to its feet, observed in the wing mirror of one of the filming vehicles. It is possible that mirror distortion accounts for this. However, these unexplained inconsistencies weren’t the primary reason to doubt the Western MSM’s account.

The Mayor of Bucha gave a video interview which aired on April 1st where he appeared happy, praising the Ukrainian forces for the liberation of the town. He noted that the Russian forces had vacated Bucha prior to March 31st. As of the 31st there were no Russian troops left in Bucha. The Mayor said:

March 31st will go down in the history of our settlement, the entire territorial community as a day of liberation from the Russian orcs [. . .] a great victory in the Kyiv region.

Reporting his statement, the local media claimed that Russian forces had left unexploded mines in a local factory. Neither the Mayor nor the local news reports said anything about a massacre. Two days later Reuters reported the same mayor, Anatoly Fidoruk, this time alleging that Russia had engaged in the mass slaughter of civilians. Something he was either unaware of or forgot to mention two days earlier.

This unfathomable oversight by the entire population of Bucha, none of whom posted anything on social media even hinting at the supposed mass slaughter during the Russian occupation, casts significant doubt upon the story presented by the Western MSM. The “Bucha-Live” Telegram channel didn’t mention the massacre until the story broke internationally.

Initially, it was reported across the West that 400 bodies were scattered throughout the streets and basements of Bucha. We know that Russian forces completed their withdrawal on the 30th of March. Yet the Western reports of the killing spree didn’t emerge for a further four days.

Following the agreed Russian exit, on the 31st of March it was reported in Ukraine that the first Ukrainian forces to enter Bucha were Ukrainian special forces (the SAFARIS.) They posted a video of their operation on the 1st of April. One body was observed in the video, no executions sites or any evidence of mass killings were filmed.

These “specialist units” were said to be tasked with clearing Bucha of “saboteurs and accomplices of Russian forces.” Again there was no mention of any massacre in the further reports published on the 2nd of April.

On the same day, the 2nd of April, the New York Times reported:

Ukrainian soldiers from the Azov battalion walked through the remnants of a Russian military convoy in the recently liberated town of Bucha. [. . .] For the past five weeks, photographers with The New York Times and other news organizations throughout Ukraine have chronicled the invasion.

Yet none of these reporters or photographers “chronicled” the Bucha massacre that allegedly occurred at least three days before they arrived in the town. The New York Times (NYT) then tried to double-down on their incomprehensible failure to spot the biggest story in the World, by changing it.

They published purported US satelite images that allegedly pinpointed the position of the bodies. The NYT claimed they had lain there for more than three weeks.

It seems extremely unlikely that this story is true. The bodies had supposedly been lying in the streets, undisturbed for three weeks, and yet there was no sign of decomposition.

The NYT article implied that neither human nor animal activity had disturbed the location of a single body for the best part of a month. It also required readers to believe that US officials and military personnel knowingly ignored an alleged Russian massacre, without saying a word, not just for 4 days but for weeks.

Regardless of which version of the story people may choose to believe, there is another incongruous aspect. The Russian military, having committed a war-crime either four days or more than three weeks earlier, left the scene without trying to hide any of the evidence. If the NYT’s second version of events is to be believed, they also exposed their own troops to the severe risk of disease for practically the entire duration of their occupation of Bucha.

While there is no evidence that the Asov Nazis staged the alleged bloodbath, circumstantial evidence suggests that possibility. It is notable that no one reported the massacre prior to their arrival in Bucha.

On the 3rd April the world was suddenly regaled with fresh tales of Russian barbarity. It would be good to know what happened to the suspected “saboteurs and accomplices of Russian forces” that were “cleared” from Bucha by SAFARI and Asov troops.

Russian military actions have included heavy bombardment of cities like Mariupol and Kharkiv. There is no doubt that they have killed many Ukrainian citizens. However, if we discard the NYT’s rather silly claims, unless Russia commanders lost control of their troops in Bucha, the indiscriminate slaughter of unarmed civilians, following an agreed withdrawal and their identification as non-combatants, makes no sense either from a military or propaganda perspective.

It served only to undermine the peace negotiations. As we will discuss in Part 5, prolonging the conflict is in the US-led NATO alliance’s interests, not Russia’s.

This does not rule out the possibility that Russian troops were responsible, but further investigation is certainly necessary. This appeared to be the position of the Russian government who, having strenuously denied the Bucha allegations, requested an emergency session of the UN Security Council (UNSC) to discuss the matter. For some reason, the UK government blocked Russia’s request.

Initially it appeared that the US-led NATO alliance were less eager to discuss the evidence. However, acting as the president nation of the Security Council, the UK’s UN ambassador, Barbara Woodward, then announced that the UK would convene a session to discuss Bucha on the 5th. Woodward changed the story yet again. This time 800 people had been murdered.

Prior to examining any of the evidence, and relying solely upon videos provided by the Ukrainians, Woodward stated that the footage was evidence of war-crimes. This had in no way been established. No one knew what they were evidence of. Woodward clearly implicated Russia and predetermined the outcome of the discussions, so there wasn’t really any point in holding them.

This illustrates the problem we have discussed previously. The institutions, mechanisms and rulings that combine to form so-called international law are worthless. There is no justice to be found anywhere within a system that is shaped by nothing but hard-nosed realpolitik. It is just another weapon to be used in a global power struggle. International law, as it stands, is no law at all.

The US Bio-lab Conspiracy Theory

Initially the Western MSM furiously denied Russian reports of US-controlled bio-labs and chemical warfare research facilities discovered in Ukraine. They said that this was part of an elaborate plot by Russia to stage a biological “false-flag” attack, to be blamed on the Kyiv government by Putin.

The presence of the labs was then ostensibly admitted by the US Under Secretary for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland, in a Senate committee hearing. The 2005 signed treaty between the US Department of Defense (DoD) and the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, establishing the labs, is a public document. These are, or were, US funded labs conducting secret experiments. The 2005 treaty decrees:

Information marked or designated by the U.S. Department of Defense as “sensitive” should be withheld from public disclosure by the Government of Ukraine.

These labs were managed by the DoD’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

Obviously a partnership between a US defence agency and a Ukrainian public health agency appears, on its face, to be an unusual arrangement. The DTRA’s own training material states that they are “a combat support agency.” They add that their role includes:

Developing, testing and fielding [using] offensive and defensive technologies

Other documents have exposed years of U.S. led biological and chemical warfare experiments on Ukrainian soldiers. Yet we are supposed to believe that US and Ukrainian documents, statements confirming the presence of the labs, their funding, their clandestine nature and the objectives of the Pentagon directorate overseeing them, is somehow evidence of Russian “disinformation.”

Perhaps so, but Occam’s Razor would suggest a different conclusion: the Russians have exposed US-funded Ukrainian bio-labs engaged in secret bio-weapons research. If this claim by Russia is true then the US and Ukraine have broken so-called international law. Not that it matters.

As we have already discussed, Nazis control Ukrainian national security infrastructure and, as we will discuss, The US-led NATO alliance have a history of working with Nazis to run false-flag terrorist attacks in Europe.

If the unthinkable happens and there is a biological or chemical weapons attack in Ukraine, which is then automatically blamed upon Russia, all of us should insist upon a thorough investigation before we believe anything we are told about it.

In a fairly typical example of the Western MSM response to this evidence, the UK based Guardian published How ‘Ukrainian bioweapons labs’ myth went from QAnon fringe to Fox News. Alleging the claims were Russian disinformation, or part of “far-right” conspiracy theories, the Guardian opined:

The Russian propaganda machine is so engaged in sowing disinformation [. . .] The conspiracy theory began in seeming obscurity. [. . .] [T]his theory was just a remix of an allegation that Moscow has made for years. [. . .] This disinformation laid the groundwork for the QAnon-linked conspiracy theory about Ukrainian bio-labs.

It may be the case that the evidence substantiating the presence of US funded illegal weapons programs in Ukraine (and elsewhere) is all just the product of Russian disinformation or so-called “conspiracy theory.” However, the only way to find out is to examine that evidence and investigate it further.

The Guardian chose not to report any of the facts we have just discussed. Instead it dismissed all of it as a Russian “propaganda effort.” In an attempt to deal with all of the documents, freely available in the public domain, the Guardian added:

The very core of the story is true: the Department of Defense funds biological research and laboratories in Ukraine. [. . .] Washington insists that it does not fund biological weapons research anywhere.

That was enough for the Guardian to conclude its investigation and claim that the whole story was just Russian nonsense. Sadly, this is the standard of journalism that epitomises the Western “free press.” Simply repeating a denial from the Pentagon is not journalism and nor is failing to honestly report the facts to your readers while covering them up with a slew of unsubstantiated allegations and innuendo.

Certainly China weren’t convinced by the Guardian’s argument. Seemingly taking a more deliberative approach, Chinese foreign ministry spokesman, Zhao Lijian, said:

[W]e call on relevant sides to ensure the safety of these labs. The US, in particular, as the party that knows the labs the best, should disclose specific information as soon as possible, including which viruses are stored and what research has been conducted. [. . .] The US has 336 biological labs in 30 countries under its control. [. . .] What is the true intention of the US? [. . .] [T]he US has kept stonewalling, and even dismissing the international community’s doubts as spreading disinformation. Besides, the US has been standing alone in obstructing the establishment of a Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) verification mechanism and refusing verification of its biological facilities [. . .] This has led to deeper concern of the international community. Once again we urge the US to give a full account of its biological military activities at home and abroad and subject itself to multilateral verification.

The US has declined to engage with the any UN-led BWC verification mechanism.

For example, the US government blocked attempts to establish one in 2001. The US has continued to delay the development of an independent, UN investigative body for more than 20 years.

Rather than allow international inspectors to rule out the existence of the suspected US bio-weapons programme, the US has established its own verification process and has found itself to be in full compliance:

There are processes and controls within the U.S. Executive Branch [. . .] that operate to ensure that plans and programs under those departments’ and agencies’ purview remain consistent with U.S. international obligations. [. . .] All U.S. activities during the reporting period were consistent with the obligations set forth in the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC). [. . .] Russian accusations are groundless.

While this public statement is more than enough to convince the “journalists” at the Guardian, it is perhaps understandable that the international community, outside of the US-led NATO alliance, still has its doubts. The US government’s behaviour is suspicious, to say the least.

In an amusing irony, the Guardian stated that the Russian news agency, Tass, was “a mouthpiece for the Kremlin.” It’s true, Tass often is a mouthpiece for the Kremlin, just as the Guardian is often a mouthpiece for the White House, Brussels and Downing Street.

The propaganda in the Western MSM, spread by the likes of the CNN, CBC, the BBC, the Times and the Guardian, is just as thick as anything disseminated by Pravda or the Xinhua News Agency. The key advantage the Western MSM had previously enjoyed, over its Eastern propaganda counterparts, was that western populations were “educated” to believe they had a free and pluralistic media. However, that advantage is diminishing rapidly.

The frankly bizarre attempt by Western leaders, and their MSM propagandists, to turn Russia’s probable exposure of US bio-labs into a suggested Russian plot to justify a false-flag attack, was encapsulated by UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Speaking to Sky News on 10th March he said:

The stuff that you’re hearing about chemical weapons, this is straight out of their [Russia’s] playbook.

Johnson’s claim followed a previous statement by UK Defence Minister Ben Wallace who said that he was seeing “elements of the Russian playbook;” Jens Stoltenberg, the General Secretary of NATO, also preceded Johnson’s comment by saying that he too could “foresee the playbook of Russia;” Josep Borrel, the EU’s High Representative (effectively the EU Defence Minister), similarly preempted Johnson by noting that developments in the Ukraine were part of “the Kremlin’s playbook.”

These remarkably similar comments indicate a coordinated, scripted narrative. It could be a coincidence, but there are other reasons why we might suspect that Western politicians are working to a pre-approved script.

The Rapid Response Mechanism & the Trusted News Initiative

The rhetoric about Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, pouring out of the western establishment, is a product of the G7’s (including the EU) Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM). It is designed to ensure that designated hostile state and non-state “actors” face a rapid and unified response. The purpose of the RRM was outlined in the 2018 Charlevoix G7 Summit Communique:

We commit to take concerted action in responding to foreign actors who seek to undermine our democratic societies [. . .] We recognize that such threats, particularly those originating from state actors, are not just threats to G7 nations, but to international peace and security and the rules-based international order.”

Announcing the RRM, the UK Government added:

Hostile state activity will be met with a rapid and unified G7 response. [. . .] The move will also see hostile states publicly ‘called out’ for their egregious behaviour – with coordinated international attribution of cyber and other attacks.

The purpose of the RRM is to defend the current, US-led international rules-based order (IRBO). It has nothing to do with protecting democracy. Quite the opposite, the RRM works to undermine democratic principles.

The RRM is an agreement to respond to global events with a fixed narrative designed to promote the interests of the G7’s unipolar world order. Through the RRM, Western governments attribute blame to state or non-state actors and, where there is insufficient evidence to support their proclamations, they work with their MSM “partners” to produce the necessary propaganda and disinformation.

Commercial media is owned by a small handful of global corporations. For example, a 2021 report from the Media Reform Coalition found that just three companies (News UK, the Daily Mail Group and Reach) owned and controlled 90% of the UK national newspaper and 80% of the online news market.

Similarly, the US media landscape is controlled by just five media corporations. Often local and state news readers, across the US, deliver the same, single script, word for word.

In 2019 The UK’s state broadcaster, the BBC, launched the Trusted News Initiative (TNI). This represented a further consolidation of Western media. The BBC joined AP, AFP, CBC/Radio-Canada, European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Financial Times, First Draft, Google/YouTube, The Hindu, The Nation Media Group, Meta (Facebook), Microsoft, Reuters, Twitter and The Washington Post to form the TNI.

The TNI demands that readers and audiences trust its members. They say that they are “a unique global partnership” and that their role is to “tackle the harmful spread of disinformation.” The TNI have essentially claimed to be the arbiters of all truth. Were he alive today, George Orwell would almost certainly have called them the “Ministry of Truth.”

The TNI is a partnership between the Western MSM and the social media giants whose aim is to remove free speech and silence dissent. They state:

The partnership focuses on moments of potential jeopardy. [. . .] Partners alert each other to high risk disinformation so that content can be reviewed promptly by platforms, whilst publishers ensure they don’t unwittingly share dangerous falsehoods.

In July 2020, the UK government’s Select Committee for Culture Media and Sport noted:

Resources developed by public service broadcasters such as the Trusted News Initiative show huge potential as a framework in which public and private sector can come together to ensure verified, quality news provision. [. . .] The Government and online harms regulator should use the TNI to ‘join up’ approaches to public media literacy and benefit from shared learning regarding misinformation and disinformation. It should do this in a way that respects the independence from Government.

The TNI has no independence from government. All of its leading members are partner organisations of government.

The BBC are funded by the UK government and receives further money, for its international charity BBC Media Action, directly from the UK, US, Swedish, Canadian, Norwegian, EU governments and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Google, another TNI core member, was a start up funded by the CIA’s venture capital company In-Q-tel and is a UK government precurement partner. Another, Microsoft, proudly announces how it is a “partner with government,” helping them to protect democracy .

Reuters has a long history of working directly with institutions of the state. For example, during the 1960’s and 70’s it was paid to spread anti-Soviet propaganda by the UK government. The Washington Post is owned by Geoff Bazos (Nash Holdings) and his AWS (Amazon Web Services) competency partnership works with governments around the world.

The RRM denies the most essential of all democratic principles, namely questioning government authority. There is no room in the RRM for the foundational democratic conventions of free speech and expression. It is an anti-democratic project and a commitment, by G7 and EU governments, to destroy democracy and establish totalitarian rule.

Totalitarianism can be defined as:

A political system in which those in power have complete control and do not allow people freedom to oppose them.

The RRM and the TNI are totalitarian. Combined with censorship legislation, the existence of this nexus demontrates that the G7 political establishment is pursuing policies of intolerance and despotism. It is opposed to democratic accountability.

The TNI are providing the “verified, quality news provision” that supports Rapid Response Mechanism declarations. When Russia stated that “denazification” was one of the goals of its military operation, the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, called Russia’s claim a “grotesque lie;” US President Joe Biden said, in regard to the same, that “it’s a lie” and Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, again in reference to Russian denazification claims, said “it’s a lie.”

The RRM narrative was set. Russia’s stated concerns were totally groundless and nothing more than an excuse for unprovoked, naked aggression. Therefore, it was the role of the TNI to push this disinformation. This necessitated the whitewashing the Nazis and the downplaying their control of the of Ukraine’s national security.

Among many examples of the TNI doing precisely this, the Financial Times (FT) published Don’t Confuse Patriotism With Naziasm: Ukraine’s Asov Forces Face Scrutiny. The FT claimed that the Azov Regiment were a “diverse” crowd who had gone “mainstream.” Engaging in Holocaust revisionism, the FT added that Stepan Bandera was a “nationalist figure” who had only been “accused” of collaborating with Nazis.

The BBC deployed the baseless argument that Nazi influence was impossible without electoral success. They highlighted that the election of a Jewish President was “proof” that the Ukrainian Nazis had no power. The BBC then wheeled out some “experts” who were willing to claim that the Nazis were an inconsequential minority within the Ukrainian military and that their ideology had been “watered down” by new recruits.

Fellow TNI founding member, the Guardian, produced Is There Any Justification for Putin’s War? They also exploited the Nazis lack of electoral success, in a country that voted for a Jewish President, to deny that they had any real power. The Guardian added commentary suggesting that the Nazis were suffering from a reputation problem and that the OUM and UPA were simply “nationalists” who came to be “seen as aligned with the Nazis.”

In order to “protect democracy,” other founding members of the TNI are seemingly happy to promote Nazis. Meta (formerly Facebook) banned the Azov Regiment from their platform in 2019 because they are Nazis who publicly incite appalling crimes, such as genocide, on social media.

However Meta has now reportedly changed its policy to allow its users to show their support for Nazis. Meta apparently condones calls for violence against Russians, including advocating assassination of Russian officials and promoting the killing of Russian soldiers.

While Google, another TNI founder, have censored leading scientists and doctors for questioning COVID-19 policies, Nazis are welcome to host their propaganda channels on YouTube. The Asov Regiments, who murder Ukrainian citizens and use them as human shields, can post as many videos as they like.

This is not to suggest that lawful content, that does not directly incite a crime, should be censored. It merely illustrates that the founding members of the TNI are hypocrites who have no moral compass. The TNI is a propaganda and surveillance cartel whose role is to sell Rapid Response Mechanism “truth” to Western populations. It is undeserving of anyone’s “trust.”

Rampant Censorship And the End of Representative Democracy

Democracy is the best form of government ever devised. Unfortunately, it is not a system of government any of us are familiar with. The word “democracy” (demokratia) derives from “demos” (people) and “kratos” (power). Literally translated as “people power,” democracy means government by trial by jury.

Instead we have something else called “representative democracy,” which is not democracy at all. Representative democracy is a so-called “democratic system” where the people are permitted, by the state, to select their political leaders once every 4 or 5 years.

In the intervening period this tiny group of “special people” exercise executive power and rule over everyone else. This is called an oligarchy and it is the antithesis of democracy. However, as the vast majority call this oligarchical system “democracy” that is how we shall reference it here.

People in the West have been told to believe in, what they call, democracy and have consequently become attached to the idea. The Western oligarchy supposedly maintains some foundational principles which are, in and of themselves, valuable and worth protecting. These are often referred to as democratic ideals.

Democratic ideals have been shaped over thousands of years by political leaders and philosophers. The British sociologist T. H. Marshall, in his 1949 essay Citizenship and Social Class, described democratic ideals as a functioning system of civil, political and social rights.

Civil rights include the right to individual freedom (liberty), exercised through freedom of speech, of thought and faith, etc; political rights enable all the opportunity to participate in and exercise political power, from standing for election to universal suffrage, and social rights afford every citizen basic economic security (welfare) and opportunities (healthcare, employment and education).

To erode any of these rights is to undermine representative democracy (nominally democracy). Both the Western hegemony and the Eurasian alliance between Russia and China, which we will cover in some depth, lay claim to models of democracy.

Neither practice democracy in any recognisable form. Both operate oligarchical political structures and both rule be force. Neither have any commitment to democratic ideals.

Russia is a representative democracy of sorts, but it is certainly not a democracy. In 2019 the Russian state Duma passed its initial “disrespect” and “fake-news” laws.

This legislation means that Russians could face a large fine or up to 15 days in prison for showing “blatant disrespect” to the Russian state or its leaders. The “fake-news” laws empower the Roskomnadzor (the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media) to act as Russia’s “Ministry of Truth.”

These anti-democratic censorship laws, information control systems and suppression of Russian’s inalienable rights to free speech and expression, have progressed. The 2020 law, effectively outlawing public dissent against Russia’s draconian COVID-19 measures and, more recently, the 2022 law silencing opposition to Russia’s military actions in Ukraine, are typical examples.

The Russian government’s opposition to free speech, freedom of thought and expression includes the blocking of social media companies and the expulsion of foreign journalists. It’s harsh penalties, of up to 15 years in prison for inconvenient journalists, effectively made it impossible for many foreign new outlets to operate in Russia.

In one of the most stunning examples of rank hypocrisy written in recent years, the NYT wrote that Russia had taken censorship to “new extremes.” Perhaps Russian government disdain for democratic ideals could be considered “extreme,” but it is no more so than the equal disregard exhibited by western governments.

Through the totalitarian RRM and TNI the West operates a propaganda operation unparalleled in human history. While the Soviet Union, Communist China, North Korea and other tyrannies have maintained overwhelming propaganda campaigns, nothing compares to the scale of the RRM/TNI. It is trans-continental, covers print, broadcast and online media and is led by private corporations, working in collaboration with government, who exercise their control through the Global Public-Private Partnership (G3P).

Censorship in the West is just as severe, if not more so, than anything seen in Russia. In 2021 the US Department of State shut down a number of US-based middle-eastern news outlets.

Emphasising the propaganda strangle hold, in response to this attack upon the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution by the US government, the US so-called free press didn’t even mention the constitutional implications.

In 2017, to be able to continue its broadcasting and online publishing operation in the US, serving a Russian community of around 3 million US citizens, the Russian Media outlet RT was compelled to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). In March 2022 US and Canadian cable providers effectively banned Russian media in their respective countries.

The censorship in Europe, in both the EU and especially in the UK, is even more oppressive. The EU has banned a number of Russian outlets outright. They are also surging ahead with their plans to censor the Internet. The Digital Services Act (DSA) will see the EU work with their social media “partners” to remove whatever Brussels’ bureaucrats identify as “disinformation.”

The most anti-democratic countries among the former western liberal democracies is the UK. It has gone further than any other to create a dictatorship.

Having already passed legislation to give itself unlimited authority to commit any crime, the UK government is pushing through with laws to end the right of protest, it is removing the defence of “in the national interests” from whistleblowers and investigative journalists, and it is planning a new Bill of Rights that will enshrine the authority of the state over and above everything else, including citizen’s inalienable rights.

Like the EU the UK has banned Russian media. Justifying the decision the chief executive of the Ofcom (the UK’s broadcast regulator) Dame Melanie Dawes, said:

Freedom of expression is something we guard fiercely in this country [. . .] [W]e have today found that RT is not fit and proper to hold a licence in the UK. As a result we have revoked RT’s UK broadcasting licence.

Vacuous platitudes from the nobility are meaningless. This becomes even more evident when we consider the UK government’s plan to completely shut down freedom of speech online.

Ofcom has been appointed as the regulator for the UK’s Internet under the imminent Online Safety Act. It is nothing less than a government plan to control our ability to communicate and freely share information and ideas online. The UK state’s equivocation about protecting freedom of speech is a damnable lie.

The Western political establishment has no intention to uphold democratic ideals. Freedom of speech and expression, and the liberty that representative democracy is supposedly based upon, means nothing to the ruling class. It is no longer convenient and now they are simply casting it aside.

Representative democracy is itself a sham, but at least there was some vague promise to uphold democratic ideals. We, in the West, can now put aside any lingering, childish notion that we live in democratic societies.

The Ukrainian government have not only banned all Russian media but also outlawed political parties. Ukraine is no democracy either. The absurd suggestion, propagated by the likes of Ursula Von der Leyen, that the West is defending democracy from autocracy, is pure disinformation. There is no such thing as democracy to be found in any nation-state.

We are seeing a struggle for supremacy between global power blocs in Ukraine. The political structure they each hope to rule is a single, cohesive system of global governance. No matter who wins, it’s implementation is assured, unless we act on a population wide scale to stop it.

Ukraine is the current focal point for this struggle. World War III started in 2001 and 2030 is the first waypoint along the path to full global governance.

The West is exploiting the conflict to deliberately speed up the planned destruction of its own economy, a process that began in earnest with the policy response to the pseudopandemic. The East is seeking to establish itself as the driver for the New World Order.

The globalist forces overseeing this struggle care little for the outcome. What matters is that the war is fought, because it is the conflict itself that will deliver the global governance they desire. It is this global confrontation that we will explore in Part 5.

US openly states it’s more important to beat Putin in the information war than to report the truth:
https://twitter.com/MintPressNews/status/1512538297997803521

It might be recalled that a BBC news anchor ticked off a retired admiral on essentially the same grounds a couple of years back.

This isn’t to fall into the trap of thinking there isn’t Russian propaganda of course. The main issue is that they’re putting any message they want into the mouth of Zelenskiy or a Ukrainian spokesperson and reporting it as fact. The Fraud does it twice this morning. The new message is this is an attack on “the whole European project”. This taps into the French election specifically and what is going to be growing pressure on the Euro more generally.

WAR ECONOMY IN EUROPE

Achieving these cuts will require a previously unimaginable level of cooperation and solidarity within Europe. We may need a state of emergency declared, and an explicit political recognition that European economies are now on a war footing in terms of the rapidity of the energy transition. In some ways the speed of the change will resemble the Covid lockdowns, but with a different trajectory in the longer term.

The IEA has released a 10-point plan for reducing oil use in OECD

countries. These include:

• Lower speed limits on highways.

• Subsidising the use of public/electrified transport.

• Work from home more.

• Ridesharing and more efficient freight.

• Limits to personal car use in cities.

• Reducing business flights.

• Disincentivising recreational / non-essential fossil fuel use (e.g. through taxation, rationing, public education).

I think Ian is being either coy or naive in describing any of the torrent of propaganda pouring out of both sides in this war as “credible”.

How is he defining credible? The fact a controlled op outfit like Grayzone publishes it? Because Grayzone publishes provable BS all the time (they pushed the pandemic deception for months).

“Credible” doesn’t mean “some guy standing in front of rubble emotes to camera about stuff there’s no evidence ever happened”. Nor does it mean “low res pictures of six or seven alleged bodies of alleged victims of alleged atrocity”.

What happened to journalistic skepticism? What happened to requiring actual data?

His version is a fudge that makes no sense on any terms. He says the West is self-destructing its economy. Yet also claims the “war” is real and the East is “seeking to establish itself” as the driver of the NWO.

Both these things can’t be true! It’s like saying a boxing match is fixed but still a real fight. Like saying one side is throwing the match but still trying to win.

No. If the West is voluntarily sinking its economy, it’s handing economic power over to the East, so the East doesn’t need to “seek to establish itself”. It’s been pre-selected to be the new dominant economy.

Which means inevitably there’s NO real conflict going on because there’s nothing real to fight about.

He can’t have it both ways and is just fudging because he doesn’t have the guts to face the only possible conclusion – the war is FAKE.

Truth is this is one giant psyop. Ukraine is a film set that has been set-dressed by eight years of real war and which has a bunch of Nazis given free rein to create mayhem and wreck stuff.

He needs to stop pussyfooting and telling half truths that make no sense.

I left a comment in response to your attack on me on KK’s piece about the Ruble.

I can’t say I’ve come across your comments before so I’m only just acquainting myself with your fixation that everything is fake. They leave me bemused. If your think it’s all fake you need to take a trip to some of the Russian sites, which are graphic beyond belief.

I’ve been posting here for longer than you. I have no fixation everything is fake, in fact I have debated people like Petra who do say everything is fake. I just think this war is fake, because the evidence points more strongly that way than any other.

I’ve seen all the images. If you think they’re graphic you have lived a sheltered life. But anyhow graphic injuries can easily be faked.

It’s what is not there you need to focus on.

As I already said and you ignored.

They want us watching them playing atrocity tennis and rooting for one side or another. It shuts down our critical faculties.

This war is not fake. I see houses in villages bombed every day. Sometimes there are fatalities. If you think it’s fake you need to look at the mess Mariupol is in.

Anyway here is one of the videos.

https://vk.com/video-148360995_456239256

The man getting attention on the floor, with his pants down, has blood next to him. There is not generally a lot of blood in the first moments unless an artery is hit. It strikes me as being genuine this time.

Here is another video. These do not appear to be taken by professionals.

There are too many extras for it to be a fake – if you ask me.

Children, children … focus. It matters not a great deal on what is faked or real, what does matter is that you become aware that too much of what is going on is verifiably meant to distract us all from the main issues. Don’t fall for the distractions … what is real is that our governments and Globo-corp are using our tax-dollars to further their own interests and it is an open secret that they have been wanting to smash Russia for longer than one cares to remember.

I agree with this good summary –> “…If the West is voluntarily sinking its economy, it’s handing economic power over to the East, so the East doesn’t need to “seek to establish itself”. It’s been pre-selected to be the new dominant economy. Which means inevitably there’s NO real conflict going on because there’s nothing real to fight about. ”

The Russia-Ukraine war is a 100% fake.

Global oligarchy/cabal is trying to fool us.

China and Russia are integral part of the cabal.

China’s latest lockdowns are brutal and very humiliating for the people of China.

The shift of power dominance from West to East is actually damaging. No matter how much weakened (due to election rigging) are the Western democracies there are still tight domestic laws protecting individual civil rights. In high-population eastern non-democracies the situation is multiple times worse and good laws don’t exist or exist only on paper to be violated at will by the govt while the govt-controlled courts look the other way.

Just look at the obsecene level of election machine (digital voting-counting system) manipulation in India, the lack of authentic elections in Russia, or the open authoritarian rule in China.

Where I live (India) the Prime Minister and the controlled media is again ramping up the fearmongering on covid using the Chinese example as an excuse.

So, there is zero value in debating how the West is destroying itself or how the East is rising. All that is hogwash, as it is one single global cabal that controls governments in both but would like it be more easily controlled if the eastern models are replicated everywhere.

Off-G has never really written about obnoxious Chinese measures on covid in a focussed article. It is time to do it immediately, as China is leading the way in attempts to weaken global populations’ ability to rise from the horrors of vaccine mandates, the immenese harm to global peoples from the poisons in the jabs and the brutal lockdowns. China must be exposed fully for the ugliness it truly represents.

The people’s protests worldwide and the awkening of hundreds of people to global oligarchy/cabal’s vile designs were very welcome. Efforts to sustain these must continue relentlessly.

Wrong starting point. Use your brain. Detach from the message and actually LOOK at what you can see.

Don’t read the descriptions and allow the words to shape what your eyes tell you.

Just LOOK.

Do the images you see really match the descriptions?

Do they really show what you are being told you see?

Or is it a pretty perfunctory approximation, missing important detail and features that ought to be there?

We are so used to seeing renditions of reality on our screens through movies and TV I think we’re losing the ability to distinguish artifice from truth. And when we’re told we are about to see something real our expectation fills in blanks.

John Goss thinks the screams must be real. why?

Look at this photo. Think about it. Does it really look like a mass casualty event?

Look at the ‘bodies’.

Why have they been left where they fell?

Why is no one triaging them? Why have they not been turned over, checked for signs of life? Why no urgency to move them?

Why is no one dismembered?

And how did they ‘die’?

You don’t unless you want to put your self into their heads which is not such a good idea. Its a rather dark place that makes people like us dumbfounded to explain.

The world is a wicked place where all politicians lie, most are stooges, the puppets of immensely wealthy and evil paymasters,  every country has skeletons in their closets, every secret service is corrupt, often to the core, usually serving the ultra-rich  rather than any particular country or democratically elected government. In this whole wicked state of things, all the media, without exception are mere mouthpieces of their wicked paymasters. That’s why during the whole plandemic, scamdemic, Pseudopandemic, all the MSM were in lockstep with the game plans, rehearsed at Johns Hopkins, etc. That’s when it was good to turn to RT, Alex Jones, James Corbett, Off Guardian, UK Column, Catherine Austin Fitts, but above all to people like Dr Michael Yeadon, Robert Malone, Geert Vanden Bossche because they are experts in the relevant field. However, ever since Russia started its long-awaited full scale invasion of Ukraine, it’s all the so-called “alternative media” that are suddenly in lockstep with the Kremlin- in other words, the “alternative media” are now churning out unadulterated crap. And the above blog is a prime example.
With over 6 or 7 k words it’s dreary reading, but two sentences at the start will suffice to prove my point.

“We have not been told about Russia’s legitimate security concerns in the face of NATO expansionism. Nor has Ukraine’s significant Nazi problem been honestly reported, with some Western propagandist even promoting them.”

Any state, good or bad, worth its salt has a foreign policy that doesn’t change for decades or even longer regardless of government changes. Germany calls its foreign policy Realpolitik and it’s as ugly as it sounds. Since the last Bush left office, USA foreign policy has been to pull out of the ME, contain China and prevent either Germany or Russia from becoming a hegemon in the Eurasian landmass. Communist China’s perennial political objective it to take over Taiwan . And Russia also has its foreign policy: to restore the Russian empire and retake the territories it was allowed to occupy as a consequence of three conferences with two other imperial powers, the UK and the USA, during and shortly after WWII. That’s what Putin wants, he’s declared it many times, and that’s what the majority of Russian people probably want. So why doesn’t Iain Davis just call it Russian foreign policy? What should only Russia have “legitimate security concerns”, while other states simply have foreign policies?

What, pray tell, is “NATO expansionism”? Isn’t it just a defence alliance and isn’t it just the very legitimate security concerns of former captive nations fearful of once again being subjected to Russian occupation? They’re still trying to find, and indeed finding the unmarked graves of victims’ graves from the previous occupation. No one in eastern Europe has the need nor the time to analyse wing mirror images to ascertain whether or not Russian troops rape and murder people. Bloggers in the UK or potheads in the Netherlands might not give a toss, but it’s always been a major security concern for those living closer to Russia.

The second sentence is even more nonsensical “Nor has Ukraine’s significant Nazi problem been honestly reported…” You could equally well write that Ukraine’s significant problem with fairies and goblins has not been honestly reported. How can you honestly report about something that has never existed? If you had written that Ukraine has a significant problem with glorifying the mass murderers of defenceless women and children, that’d at least would be true, but if you write like the Russian/Kremlin media do about “Ukrainian Nazis”, just like the Kremlin media, you’re lying.

Nazism was an evil, racist ideology primarily formulated by Alfred Rosenberg and it exclusively concerned the German nation. Some radical Ukrainian nationalists had their own ideology, that of Dmytro Dontsov, and it is true that these OUN-UPA nationalists committed some viciously cruel and barbaric crimes. But though it is quite unacceptable that some in the Ukrainian government officials glorify these war criminals, these terrorist murderers are long dead, so is Dontsov. Moreover these crimes  have actually been widely publicised in a country that was most concerned, e.g. Volhynia, the brutal 2016 Polish war movie by  Wojciech Smarzowski, and yet it is now Poland and the Polish people that have taken into their homes over 2 million Ukrainian refugees.

This is because the vast majority of Poles and Ukrainians know that there are far more important geopolitical and humanitarian issues at hand. Genocide on an even larger scale is now underway. There is one more ideologue we should mention:  Timofei Sergeitsev.  He’s the one who recently wrote an article in Rai Novosti  – an article I’m sure, Mr Iain Davis, you must have read. It’s all about “de-Nazifying Ukraine”, there is also the chilling term “de-Ukrainization” and talk of the need to eliminate “passive Ukrainian Nazis”. So who is Timofei Sergeitsev? How would you categorise him? Perhaps just a scribbler like you, trying somehow to justify (or inspire?) Russia’s policies in Ukraine.

The only genocide that is going on in Ukraine is committed by UkroNazi who deliberately refused mass evacuation of civilians from frontlines in all directions including toward Russia and LDPR, committing by that a war crime, a terrorist Nazi tactic of using population as human shields in cities. And as old genocides by Nazism in the past also this genocide committed by Nazi ideology won’t be forgotten.

Someone like you holding similar manipulative positions based of lies, omissions, smears and innuendoes could be called a shill who whitewashes Ukrainian Nazis and their overwhelming influence on illegitimate Kiev regime which policies represents 10% of population and it was created, directly funded and fully controlled by NATO, now turned into mad dog against Russians set to destruct Ukraine herself.

And don’t you claim to represent all Eastern Europeans or Polish people who know well what their vital national interests are after 123 years of brutal Occupation by Tsarist Russia as well as German and Austrian empires.

Today’s traitorous, endangering the very existence of Polish nation hysterical Russophobic policies of current EU funded puppet regime in Warsaw are suicidal as understood by the vast majority of Poles who are not on EU and US payroll as such policies provoke nuclear WWIII and inevitable annihilation of Polish nation that already after WWII was reduced from 38 millions in 1939 to 23 millions in 1945.

Polish people remember well not only brutal rapes and murders of Russian armies but also brutal rapes and murders committed by German armies, SS including Waffen-SS like “Galicia” manned by Bandera followers including genocide by UPA ran by Shukevitch, today with Bandera a national heroes (official national holiday in Ukraine is birthday of Bandera) despite opposition of 22 millions of ethnic Russian Ukrainian citizen who made president Yanukovitch to strip Bandera’s title. Zelensky represents nothing but US neocons fighting Russia to the last Ukrainian.

The UPA genocide of about 250,000 people in Volhynia Eastern Galicia and Zakarpatia 1942-1948 as Polish Government officially acknowledged and condemned , included not only Poles but Jews, Russians and Hungarians and even 60k Ukrainians who rejected political madness of Doncov promoting nation building via genocidal ethnic cleansing. Today Doncov in back and is being taught to Ukrainian children.

In contrast to some eastern EU nations like Hungary, Slovakia or Finland or Baltic states which governments actively supported German fascist regime during WWII by deploying troops to fight Soviet Union. Poland never did so despite continuity of extremely anti Soviet Polish Government in exile in London and instead with Churchill blessing signed agreement with Stalin to fight Nazis together by forming Polish Army in Russia while in the same time Polish army was also being formed in England.

That was wise, prudent non suicidal position defending vital to Polish national interests despite Stalin intervention of September 17, 1939, overcoming entrenched and somewhat excusable Russophobia among Polish ruling elite. The pragmatism, quiet diplomacy finding common interests not crazy Russophobic political or ideological dogmatism bordering on fascist hatred of Russian ethnic group is what can save EU nations now jumping off the cliff in last months.

Hello there, Kreml!

Russia is now worse than any neo-nazi movement. Until russian actions in Chechnya, Syria and Ukraine neo-nazi movements were the lowest of the low. Now russia has taken its place.

The countries you mentioned, that supported Nazis in WWII, didn’t have any other choice, because of russia (CCCP). They had to choose a side to stay alive. Russia had terrorized these countries earlier.

Also, Russia is the one that made deals with Nazi Germany in WWII (example: Rippentrop pact). Russia has done these kinds of things for centuries. Their way of war is terrorizing civilians. It has always been like this. Of course, Stalin murdered also its own people by the millions.

Russian history is very dark and Russians have never been able to look at it honestly.

At the moment west is more united than in ages. Thanks to Putin.
The only way we can preserve Europe is to get rid of this kind of terrorist policy Putin is pushing. It has gone unnoticed for too long.

Some years back I did actually visit the Pidkamin Abbey, where in March 1944 the UPA with the assistance of 14th SS Galician Volunteer Division did massacre several hundred Polish civilians. I wouldn’t say the terrible tragedy was fittingly commemorated: at the time there were some Ukrainian Greek Catholic monks in the monastery and a psychiatric hospital next door. The somewhat disfigured baroque church spire and the bullet holes in the plaster cladding gave the feeling as if it had just happened the day before. Still, it’s pretty normal that nations don’t like to dwell on their past misdeeds and only think of the wrongdoings of others.

Besides, I can think of even worse genocides committed in WWII, even in Ukraine and not only Babi Yar. Also very near Kyiv is the Bykivnia forest, where the bodies of thousands of Polish officers were found, murdered by the NKVD in 1940, when Soviet Russia was an ally, very much a partner in crime, of Nazi Germany. That was part of the so-called Katyn massacres, but they weren’t just committed in the forests near Smolensk or Tver, Poles were also executed in various places in Ukraine, including Kharkiv, among others. Of course the Germans were then doing exactly the same (though not necessarily to officers) in places like the Palmiry forest. You’re right, Poland didn’t fight the Soviet Union in WWII, the Poles were much to preoccupied fighting the Nazi Germans (from day one, 1st Sept 1939, I’d add), so why did the Soviet Union murder so many Poles?
And it wasn’t just during WWII – heard of the NKVD 1938 Polish Operation? And even more so soon after the war, when Moscow’s puppet regime was being installed in Warsaw.
As I said, it’s a wicked world, and of course Stalin also murdered all his top officers during the Great Purge – prudent or paranoid? So I don’t think the Poles were especially singled out. And please don’t talk about phobias, Russians would probably very much like to at least be feared, but you confuse phobia with a simple statement of fact, or perhaps with the fact that Poles are Antigone types – they’ll always mourn their dead no matter how much you conceal or desecrate the bodies. Another timid suggestion would be to leave Nazis to the Germans, and fascists to the Italians. Then you might realise that there was no good reason to invade Ukraine, or at least that it wasn’t Ukrainians who dropped a cluster bomb on Ukrainian civilian evacuees in Kramatorsk railway station.

It’s fine to stand back and pontificate, but you exist in the world too. Take the 3 seconds to envision Europe, united with Russia, sourcing all their commodity needs from Russia’s rich reserves, and everyone balls-deep in Socialism. It is the very thing that keeps the military industrial complex awake at night. It would completely flip the world order and crush the dollar. Life as you know it and have know it would not exist or be possible. The entire reality of your life in the west has hinged on the Atlanticists maintaining a continuous wedge between Western Europe and Russia. It has afforded you every advantage you have known. Sure it’s only fitting to call out propaganda where it exists, but likewise there is no moral high ground to occupy on this one no matter which position you take. We all already took the deal. This is just another episode in that saga. Note how they’ve slanted everything to make you, but more importantly Europe, root against Russia because that’s what keeps it all going. It’s all a cheap trick and everybody just agrees not to look behind the curtain. So It’s not for anyone to be calling BS on anyone else on this one Sorry

You are the kind of idiotic westerner we just don’t need right now. COVID had turned your brains. You are so traumatized by the psychic manipulation of the last two years you just want to escape into a dream where lovely mr Putin is going to save us all and usher in a time of plenty and socialism.

It’s pitiful but also disgusting. More is required of you.

The consensus commentator tips his head to the side, listens attentively as the adventurous explore the limits of analysis, and then dials back his case to stand within the modified Overton window.

Thus the “safe” view becomes slightly more edgy — as in: moving to the edge but still inside the status quo, avoiding the flak. That’s the dynamic.

Interesting that Ian first talks about western media “staged incidents” and then counters them with Turkish or Russian sources. Surely he can not swallow their propaganda so childishly.
Also, Russia is attacking a sovereign country, it is already a crime as bad as can be. It is a direct threat to Europe and needs to be countered.
Western media is biased, but it’s nothing like in Russia where your get killed for wrong words. It’s astounding that UK and US right-leaning people don’t see this. Ask any of Russia’s neighbors. They see what Russia is, they see what Russia is doing.
There is a reason why for example Baltic states joined NATO immediately when they could. It was a matter of life and death. NATO is far from perfect, but it’s always better than Russia. All Russian neighbors know it.
You would know it too if you really would need actually fear Russian actions.

And no point in arguing about the neo-nazis. That is just a smokescreen. Russia’s z-army is as nazi as can be. And Putin has financed almost all European far-right groups.
Putin does not care about neo-nazis. He has an army full of them. All countries have some neo-nazi elements, including Russia.
Neo-nazi propaganda is just a way to manipulate simple people.

I understand that western media is in the cutter after the covid lies, but this is different. You can’t just go on believing the country that started an actual war, or their allies for that matter.

It seems that UK and US residents don’t really understand the threat and ways of Russia. Russia has done this for centuries.

Much of what Ian says is true; however, he fails to really get to grips with the problems we face, as he has no real or solid vision of how the world should actually look.
He simply flounders about in the morass which is modern politics, spreading heat and noise rather than light.
For example, he is very confused about the difference between “nazism”, which is a confection which means all things to all men – and mostly negative things – and National Socialism, which brought immense prosperity to Germany in the 1930’s, and so had to be, as Churchill stated, “smashed.”
Thus his implicit conflation of these entirely different things is unhelpful to say the least.
That latter system of political control was based upon the idea of totalitarianism too; but clearly, it worked; whereas even the true democracy he laments as being the ideal system, simply vacillates between different options, depending on the changing opinions of the majority, and as we know, the average person is pretty stupid, and so should have no real say in governance; and thus democracy’s inutility, as best exemplified by the Athenian expedition to Sicily, which resulted in complete disaster for the state..
The essence then of the vision which he lacks, together I am assuming with the vast majority who read his writings, is that he fails to understand that truth and lies are determined not by man, but by God, and so only a system based upon the unchangeable and eternal “Laws-based order” defined by God can ever work; and note, a “rules based order” defined and imposed by an utterly corrupt cabal of Boris Johnson wannabes by definition does not define itself as a laws-based system, but a system whose “rules” change depending on who the actors are and their changing and utterly selfish objectives.

In the light of Victoria’s well-known and pithy imprecation, “Fuck the EU”, I think we can boil this entire scenario down to the following analysis, which I posted via RT to my world-wide audience earlier today.
I commend it to all.

“…As I see it, Europe is being driven to collude with a US desire to destroy Russia – if they are cut off from gas supplies, they will freeze, and their industries will shut down thus creating massive poverty and starvation – in such a scenario, decisions made by the US controlled NATO to launch a war of aggression against Russia will be far easier to sustain. Europe will destroy itself, and Russia will be badly damaged too; following on from this, the US can ride in to re establish itself as the hegemon in the ruins in exactly the same way as it did following WW2….”

With the bodies we are shown in the streets of Ukraine.
We are told these were killed by the Russians before they left.
We are shown vehicles driving around the bodies.
The question that is not asked. Is why the Ukraine people have not removed the bodies of there fellow country men and buried them. Why leave them in the street?
I guess non of the other wars and conflicts killed any civilians. As we did not get these daily pictures and cries of war crimes from the media. At least not when it was the west that was doing the killing.

And the nonsense about the latest ‘Russian’ atrocity at the railway station. Do people really not see the obvious? ‘Bodies’ conveniently covered in plastic bags (there may be one or two real bodies partially on display for good measure), no damage to the station buildings themselves (not even broken windows and there are a lot of windows there to be broken) and, most obvious of all, all the pristine suitcases, carrier bags (even open bags full of intact contents) and a pram – all upright and not exhibiting any shrapnel or blast damage. It just shows what contempt those pushing this agenda – and I include our media in that – have for us if they don’t even need to bother going to the effort of staging a convincing atrocity.

I have long thought the man playing “Biden” is a lookalike, whom I call “Ears” because they are clearly not the ears of the real Joe Biden. I also think this “Biden” has brown eyes instead of Joe’s blue ones– although they are usually colored blue in media images.

I now think that in the last few weeks “Biden” is yet a third man. He simply does not look like the same person that we have been seeing since the beginning of the “Biden” presidency. Does no one else see a difference?

This is important only because demonstrating that there is an imposter would be a singularly powerful demonstration to millions that all the govt does is a big lie.

Interesting observation, which ties in with my own belief that Putin was also replaced with a lookalike some years ago. Footage is readily available showing the original Putin behind a glass screen in a Moscow courtroom being tried for – as I recall – massive fraud – which probably translates better to “Refusing to follow Great Reset dictates.”

Tim, there was a conspiracy theory in Russia a few years back that Putin had been replaced. I’m not sufficiently familiar w his face to have an opinion.

However in my opinion the current (third) rendition of Joe Biden is a younger man, and really I don’t think he looks very much like the man “Ears” who’s been playing Biden since the beginning of his presidency.

Re: Putin being charged for fraud, I’m not aware of the Moscow courtroom you speak of. However, he was at least under investigation for fraud in Saint Petersburg where I think he was a mayoral deputy. He met Kissinger, charges of fraud were dropped, he moved to Moscow in 1996 & became acting President in 1999.

Staged Massacre in Bucha

The website War On Fakes, which has taken up the task of deconstructing the biggest lies, fake news, and psychological operations which have been promoted in relation to the Ukrainian battleground, has posted a chronology from March 30 to the present in order to determine if the Kiev regime’s accusations have any substance:

  • On March 31, the mayor of Bucha, Anatoly Fedoruk, posted a video declaring with a happy smile on his face that “March 31 will go down in the history of our settlement and the entire territorial community as the day of liberation from Russian orcs, Russian occupiers of our settlements, by our Armed Forces of Ukraine.”

  • War On Fakes put forth the following questions: “Would Fedoruk be so happy if dozens of his people were lying dead on the street? Why didn’t he say anything about the ‘atrocities of the Russian executioners’? About the torture, rape and murder?”

  • The media campaign, initiated this Sunday, April 3, was launched four days after the Russian Military had left Bucha. During this period, there was not a single report bearing similarity to Ukraine’s accusations.

  • The New York Times reported that between April 1 and 2, remnants of the neo-Nazi Azov battalion, which forms part of the Ukrainian military, entered the city of Bucha.

  • On April 2, the Ukrainian police published a news report on Bucha. There were no claims of a massacre or of corpses. There were no bodies in the recording and photos.

  • “Moreover, the first unit of the Ukrainian armed forces to enter Bucha was the special forces of the National Guard of Ukraine,” added War On Fakes. “The official telegram channel of the National Guard posted a video, filmed by the fighters of this detachment themselves. We can see on this video that the Ukrainian military calmly pass through the streets of the city—and no ‘mountains of corpses’ are visible on these streets.”

  • After seeing the videos one would have to ask themselves: “So where did the corpses on the streets of Bucha come from. And who are these people?

  • To which War On Fakes responds: “The answer may lie in the video of the territorial defense of Ukraine, which clearly states the question ‘Can I shoot at them if there are no blue armbands?’ To which a positive response follows. The video was originally posted by the leader of the territorial defense Sergey ‘Botsman’ Korotkikh.”

  • The Telegram Channel Intel Slava Z, which has been following the Russian military operation with great detail from the beginning, has shown that in the cities in which there was a Russian military presence, civilians wore a white arm band as a sign of their non-military status, indicating that they were not directly involved in the conflict. In videos, civilians in Mariupol can be seen with the white arm band, as the city was recently freed from the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion.

  • “By the way, on the videos distributed by the Ukrainian side, almost all the corpses have white bandages,” wrote War On Fakes. “This is a distinctive sign of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the civilian population.”

les online, Nabiullina, head of central Bank of Russia was hand-picked by Putin from other applicants altho she was not the most qualified. She was a protegee of Putin’s. I remember this quite well. Subsequently she has received awards from globalist institutions.

There was a Russian journalist who wrote an entire free online book half of which was devoted to the extraordinary details of the Russian financial system which keep it a prisoner of the West & prevent substantial investment in/development of the Russian economy.

If I could only remember his name I could look for the book on the wayback machine. It was available for at least a year at the time of Maidan & subsquently.

AFAIK Putin is a globalist and Kissinger is his mentor. I believe that Gorbashev was a willing recruited instrument of the West. There is no question that the passage of power from Gorby to Yeltsen was pure theatre– It was extraordinarily obvious at the time. And then Solzhenitsyn’s relatives came forward & said the takeover by Yeltsen was an orchestrated hoax. This was actually aired, but then quickly hushed up.

Even prior to Gorby there was considerable control of the Russian Govt by TPTB: Post Khrushev, there was disorder over which of two men wd become head of state. David Rockefeller actually journeyed to Moscow and met with them, and after that all became orderly. It was in the newspapers for heaven’s sake.

Remember the collapse of the big real-estate and construction business in China a few months ago. It entailed loans of ~$500 billion. The West was crowing that the national economy would crash unless the central bank rescued it. In the event, China let the business take the hit, restructure, etc. IOW, no one is “too big to fail” in China.

The reason is Pentagon brainwashing.

Russia is the necessary enemy, without which America’s economy would collapse.
If it hadn’t been the Russians, the Chinese would have done instead.
The USA doesn’t do ‘international peace’.

The brainwashing began immediately after WW2, which is a heck of a long time ago.

The West is exploiting the conflict to deliberately speed up the planned destruction of its own economy, a process that began in earnest with the policy response to the pseudopandemic. The East is seeking to establish itself as the driver for the New World Order.

Well how about this take: the West and the East are working together on this. The West has had the most affluent public in the world (and in the whole of human history). Clearly this is no longer tolerable to the masters – who, in Orwell fashion are not at all divided but international. So our overarching elite class are carrying out one global plan to diminish the material circumstances of the entire planet – by first of all, aiming at the ones who are currently at the most comfortable level.

Nobody should read the Western media. Pure propaganda. I believe the football results and no more than that.

We live in an internet world where you can go and find a wide range of sources (at least until they are all shut down by Western govts) and then you can come to your own conclusions. Even if it is “state” rather than “independent” (those two terms are shades of grey at all times), then CGTN and PressTV, for example, are better than dull, repetitive Western droning about “Ukrainian heroes” and “Russian devils”.

That said, the West dug Putin a giant hole in Ukraine and he walked right into it. It was obviously a trap and he fell for it.

Quote:

It should be noted that Russia’s military actions, in trying to oust Nazis from their strongholds in Mariupol, Kharkiv and elsewhere, has led to the near destruction of many cities

I have problem with this statement unless it is an example of anti Russian propaganda.

In fact Russian military did everything they could to limit civilian and AFU military casualties as well as minimize damaging infrastructure especially on territory of LDPR including Mariupol occupied by AFU as they are needed for those new states. The month long fight for the city’s Azovstal industrial area with with huge nuclear shelter with capacity of tens of trucks from which defense is directed is the example of that goal. Russians could pulverize it in no time but they won’t do it.

The Russians used less than 5% of their tactical and medium range ballistic and non ballistic weapons capability despite the fact that AFU shot over100 mostly intercepted, Tochka U tactical ballistic missiles also into their own military and civilian infrastructure to prevent falling into Russian hands. Russians used no strategic bombing capacity despite fact that they used it against ISIS in Syria.

And in fact that kid glove approach cost them half of dead and injured and over hundred captured and tortured by UkroNazis (a war crime), they suffered in the intervention as we know now it was not an invasion to conquer the country as Russians after decapitating AFU now devoid of heavy equipment, fuel and ammunition, incapable to perform any strategic offensive, returned to Russia from Kiev region acute as some called it brilliant deception for military strategy books.

But do not take my word for it just listen to former US marine intelligence officer Scott Ritter who said game over Russian won and AFU can do nothing about it left with buried in the ground or hidden in nuclear shelters mostly with no fuel and ammunition 200 tanks and APC out of 2300 it had in January this year. Air Force obliterated, Ukrainian navy obliterated. Thousands AFU soldiers surrendered as soon as their units’ Nazi political officers and SBU ran away or were killed. There is low morale among ordinary conscripts fear among reservists.

The reservists army ceased to exist as they have no weapons, no training, no fuel and nothing to do abandoned by their command. Mercenaries except of clandestine US CIA mercenaries sent there to extract possibly Kiev’s Banderite government mostly deserted global recruitment stopped as they had nothing to fight with. The 260k active and 350k active reservists 600+ UAF already collapsed as coherent dynamic force defeated by 200k Russian military.

Despite proliferated by both sides images of destruction Ritter considers so far damage of this scale of intervention minimal except in few places where cities were turned by Ukrainian Nazis into military fortresses where all civilian objects were militarized like in Mariupol.

Ritter also explain legality of the situation saying that if a city is declared by any side as fortress or de facto becomes a fortress then war crimes are defined as follows. It is a war crime not to evacuate civilians from vicinity of such militarized objects by those who control them. Conversely it is not a war crime to fire at such militarized objects despite of suspicion or knowledge of civilians being in vicinity. Russians taking district after district in Mariupol immediately evacuated about 150,000 civilians away from frontlines in contrast to Ukrainian Nazis who did not allowed mass evacuation of civilians even before Mariupol cauldron was closed and then refused humanitarian corridors toward DPR or Russian controlled areas. Azov used US taught ISIS criminal strategy of human shields in all major cities. Despite the fact that in fog of war Russians may have killed some civilians it was Ukrainian criminal defensive strategy from the start to use civilians as cannon fodder and use their deaths in psychological warfare. Russian so far execute this special operation by the book.

In face of reality of western defeat on the ground in Ukraine Proxy war against Russia is the only battlefield remained in the disruption of economy, sanctions, media and cyberspace and its scope scale and intensity is near that of WWIII and that kind psychological warfare both sides are winning but unfortunately only on their own domestic battlefield using totalitarian measures of curbing free speech.

I completely agree with you, Kalen. I also have a problem with the reception of this very sentence, which I attributed to the issue of translation itself (I don’t know English). That’s why I allow myself to quote a very interesting text “The military situation in Ukraine” (link: https://cf2r.org/documentation/la-situation-militaire-en-ukraine/), by Jacques Baud, former Colonel of the Swiss General Staff, former member of the Swiss Strategic Intelligence Service, specialist on Eastern European countries. In 2014, on behalf of NATO, he was responsible for checking “on the ground” whether Moscow was involved in supplying arms to rebels in eastern Ukraine, which was presented in the West as a certainty. Meanwhile, as Baud points out, “we do not observe any deliveries of weapons and military equipment from Russia.”
In his extensive text there is, among other things, a reference to the considerable destruction in Donbass. This thread Baud starts like this: “Ukrainian preparations in the contact zone continue. The Russian parliament is concerned and on February 15 asks Vladimir Putin to recognize the independence of the republics, which Putin opposes. On February 17, Joe Biden announces that Russia will attack Ukraine in the coming days. How does he know this? No one knows… But – and here’s a heads up – THE ARTHYLERIC SHOOTING OF THE DONBAS POPULATION HAS INCREASED DRAMATICALLY since FEBRUARY 16, as evidenced by daily reports from OSCE observers. Of course, neither the media, nor the European Union, nor NATO, nor any Western government reacts and intervenes. It will be said later that it is Russian disinformation. In fact, it seems that the European Union and some countries have been deliberately silent about the Donbass massacre, knowing that it would provoke Russian intervention.”
There is also a table attached to this excerpt (I don’t know how to add attachments in OffG, but it is in the text – link at the beginning), where this DRAMATIC INCREASE IN ARTHURISM OF DONBAS POPULATION from February 16 to February 22 can be seen very clearly, especially on days 18,19, and 22 (slightly less was on Sunday, February 20).
The entire text by Iain Davis is, as usual, well documented and brilliantly written!
Chapeau bas!!!

Um. Couldn’t the/a ‘virus’ or ‘germ’ just be an engineered microscopic agent? an artificial mechanism created to be like the/a (fictional) ‘virus/germ’? like, nano tech? or the release/creation of a toxic substance with enhanced physical-chemical properties that allow it to ‘spread’ and ‘infect’ or modify/damage hosts? like, so, is nano technology fake too? because, they could’ve made something that *didn’t* already exist (like a ‘virus’ or ‘germ’) and then, therefore, what they created would *act* as the/a supposed ‘virus’? Which, would then, in a sense (functionally) *be* a ‘virus’? like, a fake/artificial ‘virus/germ’? so, repeating how germ theory is fake would kinda become a moot point? unless – perhaps – nano technology and synthetic biological agents and other possible energetic vectors were also not real, simply ‘made-up’ also? like, maybe everything is a scare tactic and there is no threat anywhere except the fear itself?

The scenes of devastation north of Kiev ook not unlike those from the border area of the contested Donbass region. The difference is, of course, that the border area has been like this for some years and it never suited our western narrative to talk about the situation, the many deaths (varying but at least 10,000) and the approximately 2 million displaced. Wars are like that — people get displaced, people get killed and stuff gets destroyed.

Its the same with our (US) “Shock and Awe” type campaigns. Somehow the devastation caused by our actions never quite made it to our media — we got bits here and there but it wasn’t that important. The problem is, though, that outside our western bubble people have been watching; its going to be difficult to sell large parts of the ME on how our cause is just when they only have to look at everyday life in Gaza.

BTW — The chemical weapons thing is acknowledged to be ‘low grade’ (i.e. ‘made up’) stuff by US intelligence. AFAIK the only country that uses chemical weapons on a regular basis is the US; officially we use white phosphorous as a smoke generating munition but its really a very nasty anti-personnel weapon.

Zelensky’s going for the Oscar.
He’ll get it too.

Indeed, “the globalist forces that are both ripping Ukraine apart and propelling Russia to act” reside in such tools as Zelensky.
What is routinely forgotten is that nobody except a few of these tools wants any conflict at all.
I don’t believe for a second that the Russian or the Ukrainian people want potentially world-annihilating conflict on their doorstep – nor would Washington want it if Ukraine was where Ontario or Quebec are.

These ‘globalist forces’ are essentially no more significant than corrupted individual cretins like Zelensky and whoever currently occupies the euphemistic position of “Secretary of Defense” in the USA.
Just as with all narcissistic psychopaths, the world needs to be protected from them, since today’s USA and its outreach puppets have no idea what “defence” actually is.

This isn’t Russia and NATO in conflict.
It is 1950s Pentagon in conflict with the rest of the world.

Sorry to disagree, but there are different types of ‘stupid’.
Zelensky is the ambitious-yet-superficial type.
His intelligence doesn’t extend as far as serious contemplation of what the hell he is doing, although he can memorize garbage as well as any parrot.

Perhaps he takes “Genbrain”, or something, to improve his focus…?
Lord knows…
Gates, O’Reilly and Robert de Niro apparently recommend it without reservation, although of course one has one’s own reservations about such claims…

In today’s world, there are drugs for everything. Genbrain claims to “double your IQ” and a host of other miracles, and there are millions of bottles of comparable crap out there.
The world’s politicians are currently behaving as if they’re addicted to the whole lot.
I mean, just look at them…

NOT taking weird substances today excludes you from success, and Zelensky has no intention of being excluded.
He’ll have his day.

Macchiavelli was brilliant in his own one-sided way too, but he was not a person you want to know. I don’t want to know Zelensky either.
You needn’t worry that I have “fallen for the horns and halo” fallacy.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness. — Matthew 23:27 (KJV)

The Nobel “Peace Prize” has always been an abominable “whited sepulchre”– a bauble to grace the trophy cases of war criminals.

But the Nobel Commission elders cheapened it further, if such a thing is possible, by reducing it to a quondam high-school graduating class “Most Likely to Succeed” award when they threw it at Bonnie Prince Barry.

They openly acknowledged that it wasn’t being awarded for Obama’s actual accomplishments, but as more of a paternalistic pat on the back and a vote of confidence. Bah! Humbug!

What is it good for?

Russia’s Special Operation in Ukraine is the first step toward Russia’s second de-Nazification of East Europe from the Ukraina border right up to East Berlin. No nukes East of Berlin!

Last time the Nazis came as the German Wehrmacht. This time they come as NATZO with the same insane hubris: “No one can withstand our armed might” (to quote a British Minister boasting from a NATZO tank in the shattered ruins of tiny Serbia).

For 8 years President Putin talked peace — Minsk 1, Minsk 2 — while NATZO’s Jewish-led-Ukronazi stooges set up racial laws, banned the Russian language, incinerated 140 Russian-speaking football fans in a little holocaust, and murdered another 14,000 Russian-speaking Ukrainians with daily cannonading of Donbass and Lugansk. But at last, when NATZO encouraged its Jewish-led Ukronazi stooges to join NATZO and put nuclear weapons on Russia’s border, Putin regretfully authorized the Special Operation.

“Lord Wellington, is not victory a magnificent sight?”
“No, Madam, the saddest sight in the world — except a defeat.”

The old worldview is crumbling and no amount of lies can hold it together, but it was a partial view dominated by left-hemispheric thinking. Technocrats want us to live their limited view of the world – mechanistic, materialistic, power/control seeking – which neglects our greater capacity of being and why it will always be dysfunctional.

We need to hear this message right now:

“In ‘The Matter with Things’, Iain McGilchrist tackles the big questions: Who are we? What is the world? How can we understand consciousness, matter, space and time? What happens if we neglect the sacred and divine?

He argues that we have become enslaved to an account of things dominated by a partial view dominated by the brain’s left hemisphere, one that blinds us to an awe-inspiring reality that is all around us, had we but eyes to see it. He suggests that in order to understand ourselves and the world we need science and intuition, reason and imagination, not just one or two. When we do, we tap into an understanding that is both profound and beautiful, in line with the deepest traditions of human wisdom.

Dr. Iain McGilchrist is a psychiatrist, philosopher and literary scholar. He is a Quondam Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford, a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and of the Royal Society of Arts, as well as a former Clinical Director of the Bethlem Royal & Maudsley Hospital, London. With a gift for synthesising neuroscience, culture and philosophy, his thought has provided essential frames for making sense of the times we live in and proved particularly influential on Rebel Wisdom over the years.”

Or forced electroshocking? Most estimates of the number of people who are given electroconvulsive “therapy” (ECT) are 100,000 per year in the U.S.A. and one million to two million per year worldwide.

A conservative estimate is that 1 in 10,000 people die from ECT “therapy.”

Or psychotropic drugging?

Dr. Peter C. Gotzsche, a physician specializing in internal medicine (formerly) at Denmark’s Nordic Cochrane Centre, alleged in the May 12, 2015 British Medical Journal:

Psychiatric drugs are responsible for the deaths of more than half a million people aged 65 and older each year in the Western world… Their benefits would need to be colossal to justify this, but they are minimal. … Given their lack of benefit, I estimate we could stop almost all psychotropic drugs without causing harm … This would lead to healthier and longer-lived populations.

In The Antidepressant Fact Book, psychiatrist Peter Breggin, M.D., says “Damaging the brain to impair brain function lies at the heart of all the physical treatments in psychiatry” (Perseus 2001, p. 155; italics are Dr. Breggin’s).

I would describe the modern world in an extreme form of patriarchy. Too much yang and not enough yin.

Nature does not tolerate extremes but will always work towards balance. This over-yang world is re-adjusting back to a state of balance. And so we see this expreme patriarchy self-destructing. This is how I see the world.

Remember, a wave looks the biggest and scariest just before it crashes.

Nature always wins.

Patriarchy used in this derogatory sense is a Marxist/Rothschildian propaganda term. Feminism is an extension of Marxism and has resulted in mass murderers like Killary Clinton and Mad Albright. It has been used to masculinise women and expand the economy at a time when we are exhausting resources and destroying the remnants of nature.

The Globalists are mainly central bankers as authors such as Antony C Sutton or Carol Quigley have written about. The Russian Federation is an authoritarian state , which I experienced, with a semblance of democracy.

Many of the points in this article are correct, however, Putin is first and foremost a nationalist as he has expressed in word and deed.

For example, he refused to allow the Western controlled Russian oligarchs plus the Wall Street/ City of London puppet masters from continuing with their insane ruinous Neo Liberal policies and tolerating the central bankers grip on the RF. Here is an example.

Once the richest man in the country, Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s fortunes turned for the worse as well. In the early 2000s, Putin pushed through a number of populist reforms for criminal, tax, and land law, which the oligarchs of the 90s had strongly opposed. As the most blatantly criminal member of the original Semibankirschina, Khodorkovsky’s Bank Menatep had been founded with funds stolen as part of the looting of state assets. The bank operated as a hub of money laundering and engaged in countless financial scams, even delaying government funds to Chernobyl victims while using their money to financially speculate. It was Bank Menatep through which American fraudsters had allegedly ripped off Avisma shareholders with the titanium dumping scam.

In 2003, Khodorkovsky was criminally prosecuted by Putin for tax evasion and fraud for which he ended up serving 10 years in prison. His protege Leonid Nevzlin was convicted of ordering multiple contract murders on Khodorkovsky’s behalf, and sentenced to life imprisonment in absentia. Associate Platon Lebedev was also convicted and imprisoned. This wave of prosecution sent a message and gave Putin a strong position, which was used to negotiate a “grand bargain” with the remaining oligarchs: they retained most of their existing assets in return for alignment with Putin’s vertical rule of Russia. The era of financial gangsterism from the 1990s was over.

Stolen Russian gold reserves have now been restored and are at the highest levels in history. Because of the lack of collaboration with other central banks it is certain that Russian gold is present in Moscow’s vaults: there are none of the surreptitious leasing or swap agreements which call into question the claimed size of Western bank holdings. So instead of buying US treasuries or dollars for its reserves, the Bank of Russia can demand physical gold delivery into Moscow vaults. This will continually strain the fraudulent COMEX and London Bullion Market systems with the pressure of physical shipments and threaten the dollar. Unlike China, Russia is in the position to attack the dollar as a net commodity exporter, meaning when its gold purchases bid up the price of metals it is simply increasing the receipts of its own domestic commodity producing companies like Norilsk Nickel and VSMPO-AVISMA.

The economic crisis of 1998 has heavily influenced the Kremlin’s financial policy, and the last twenty years have been spent creating a resilient system. One of Putin’s first agenda items was to pay off all debt to the IMF and holdover loans from the Soviet era. Russia is now positioned to attack the dollar, as the only powerful state not operating on a debt-based system. A decade of economic warfare in the form of sanctions has cut off access to international capital: the result is one of the lowest levels of external debt of any country in the world, with cash reserves large enough to pay off all debt at once. These low debt levels have tangible benefits, primarily that Russia is now able to withstand large economic fluctuations without crumbling as a result of internal defaults. By comparison, the financial system of America would disintegrate if it attempted to sustain the decline in GDP Russia incurred from 2013-2016.

The Bank of Russia actively enforces stringent lending standards in order to prevent the emergence of consumer credit bubbles, and forces banks to hold extra cash on their balance sheets (as a result, most applications for personal credit are declined). So sanctions have actually made the country stronger, as hubris of the McCain class of American politicians has created a competitor state with no stake in the survival of the existing debt-based financial order. Russia’s mission to create resiliency and restore sovereignty foreshadows a tumultuous future, while America bets everything that the world will remain the same. The concerted plot to loot Russia has been foiled.

In December of 1999, Edmond Safra was murdered at his fabulous mansion, the Villa Leopolda in Monaco. The Safras are one of the oldest and most secretive of the banking families, with a fortune dating back to the gold trading caravans of the Ottoman Empire. Coincidentally, Safra means yellow, or gold, in Arabic. It was Edmond Safra who served as Bill Browder’s mentor in Russia, providing him with an initial seed funding of $25 million to start his Hermitage Fund. When Browder needed protection during a business dispute with an oligarch, Safra sent his emissary four armored vehicles and fifteen bodyguards led by a former Mossad agent. While Edmond Safra spent much of his later life defending himself from drug trafficking and money laundering allegations, he was accomplished, nonetheless. He founded his first bank at 23 years old and had dreamed of creating a banking dynasty that would last 10,000 years.

Just after Putin’s takeover as president, Villa Leopolda was broken into. Safra’s nurse, a former Green Beret named Ted Maher, was stabbed by two masked intruders who entered the premises, after which Safra was killed. Under pressure from Monacan authorities, Ted Maher was forced to sign a nonsensical confession in which he claimed that he stabbed himself and admitted to setting the fire in order to attempt to gain his employer’s adoration. He has since recanted this confession, saying that his defense attorneys coerced him into signing and threatened he would never see his family again otherwise. Jean-Christophe Hullin, the chief judge in the case, revealed in 2007 that the guilty conviction was a predetermined outcome which had been planned in a secret meeting with himself, Maher’s attorneys, and the chief prosecutor of Monaco: in short, Ted Maher was a fall guy for the real murderers of Edmond Safra. Now free, he believes Safra was ordered killed by Putin, “in retaliation for a plot orchestrated by Safra and Russian oligarchs to take control of all of Russia’s assets.”

It was during the purge of oligarchs and vulture capitalists that the true power behind Mikhail Khodorkovsky emerged. When it became likely he would be arrested, he arranged to have all his

shares from the Yukos Oil Company transferred to the ownership of Jacob Rothschild. The transfer took place in November of 2003, giving Lord Rothschild control of shares estimated by the Sunday Times to be worth $13.5 billion. Putin subsequently liquidated and nationalized Yukos by seizing and selling off its shares to state oil companies at much below market value.

Unsold housing in China matches the mania elsewhere: developers walking into the trap of speculators. As in the crash of Evergrande, China government has made it clear that no business is too big to fail. Thus, it differs from the “free market”. Does the China government have any external debt to speak of?

And so it goes: Bucha========Buchenwald.

They’re already being compared or equated.

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence*.

Who said History doesn’t repeat, it rhymes?

*There’s no such thing as a coincidence.

My first thoughts exactly: the Buchenwald connection. Sad how easily our “side” is manipulated especially considering that about 70%+ of all westerners would need to google Buchenwald to even know what it is.

The fact that Russia sacrificed 20 million plus Russian lives fighting and destroying fascism in Europe during WW2 seems now to have been conveniently forgotten by the Western scum who orchestrate this illogical malign hatred of our Eastern neighbours. Our ‘democratic values’ no longer exist. The BBC btw are a cancer in our society.

There were not „Russians” but „Soviets”. And Soviets included Ukrainians. Blaming Ukrainian people of being fascist after millions of Ukrainians died because of fascism is an achievement of propaganda.
For Russia, anything which is against its interests is „fascist”. It was the same for USSR after WW2. Nothing new on the Eastern Front.

It seems many of the Ukrainians died fighting for the other side.

None of this happened or was seen-

“Body Decomposition Timeline

24-72 hours after death — the internal organs decompose

3-5 days after death — the body starts to bloat and blood-containing foam leaks from the mouth and nose.

8-10 days after death — the body turns from green to red as the blood decomposes “
