FBI Entrapment Schemes: Creating Criminals in Order to Arrest Them
John & Nisha Whitehead
“Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster.” Friedrich Nietzsche
We’re not dealing with a government that exists to serve its people, protect their liberties and ensure their happiness.
Rather, we are the unfortunate victims of the diabolical machinations of a make-works program carried out on an epic scale whose only purpose is to keep the powers-that-be permanently (and profitably) employed.
Case in point: the FBI.
The government’s henchmen have become the embodiment of how power, once acquired, can be so easily corrupted and abused. Indeed, far from being tough on crime, FBI agents are also among the nation’s most notorious lawbreakers.
Whether the FBI is planting undercover agents in churches, synagogues and mosques; issuing fake emergency letters to gain access to Americans’ phone records; using intimidation tactics to silence Americans who are critical of the government, or persuading impressionable individuals to plot acts of terror and then entrapping them, the overall impression of the nation’s secret police force is that of a well-dressed thug, flexing its muscles and doing the boss’ dirty work.
Clearly, this is not a government agency that appears to understand, let alone respect, the limits of the Constitution.
Indeed, this same government agency has a pattern and practice of entrapment that involves targeting vulnerable individuals, feeding them with the propaganda, know-how and weapons intended to turn them into terrorists, and then arresting them as part of an elaborately orchestrated counterterrorism sting.
Basically, it works like this: in order to justify their crime-fighting superpowers, the FBI manufactures criminals by targeting vulnerable individuals and feeding them anti-government propaganda; then, undercover agents and informants equip the targeted individuals with the training and resources to challenge what they’ve been indoctrinated into believing is government corruption; and finally, the FBI arrests the targeted individuals for engaging in anti-government, terrorist activities.
This is what passes for the government’s perverse idea of being tough on crime.
For example, undercover FBI agents pretending to be associated with ISIS have been accused of seeking out online and befriending a 16-year-old with brain development issues, persuading him to secretly send them small cash donations in the form of gift cards, and then the moment Mateo Ventura, turned 18, arresting him for providing financial support to an Islamic terrorist group.
If convicted, the teenager could spend up to 10 years in prison.
Yet as The Intercept explains, “the only ‘terrorist’ he is accused of ever being in contact with was an undercover FBI agent who befriended him online as a 16-year-old… This law enforcement tactic has been criticized by national security researchers who have scrutinized the FBI’s role in manufacturing terrorism cases using vulnerable people who would have been unable to commit crimes without prolonged government assistance and encouragement… the Ventura case may indicate that authorities are still open to conjuring terrorists where none existed.”
In another incident, the FBI used an undercover agent/informant to seek out and groom an impressionable young man, cultivating his friendship, gaining his sympathy, stoking his outrage over injustices perpetrated by the U.S. government, then enlisting his help to blow up the Herald Square subway station. Despite the fact that Shahawar Matin Siraj ultimately refused to plant a bomb at the train station, he was arrested for conspiring to do so at the urging of his FBI informant and used to bolster the government’s track record in foiling terrorist plots. Of course, no mention was made of the part the government played in fabricating the plot, recruiting a would-be bomber, and setting him up to take the fall.
These are Machiavellian tactics with far-reaching consequences for every segment of the population, no matter what one’s political leanings, but it is especially dangerous for anyone whose views could in any way be characterized as anti-government.
As Rozina Ali writes for The New York Times Magazine, “The government’s approach to counterterrorism erodes constitutional protections for everyone, by blurring the lines between speech and action and by broadening the scope of who is classified as a threat.”
For instance, it was reported that the FBI had been secretly carrying out an entrapment scheme in which it used a front company, ANOM, to sell purportedly hack-proof phones to organized crime syndicates and then used those phones to spy on them as they planned illegal drug shipments, plotted robberies and put out contracts for killings using those boobytrapped phones.
All told, the FBI intercepted 27 million messages over the course of 18 months.
What this means is that the FBI was also illegally spying on individuals using those encrypted phones who may not have been involved in any criminal activity whatsoever.
Even reading a newspaper article is now enough to get you flagged for surveillance by the FBI. The agency served a subpoena on USA Today / Gannett to provide the internet addresses and mobile phone information for everyone who read a news story online on a particular day and time about the deadly shooting of FBI agents.
This is the danger of allowing the government to carry out widespread surveillance, sting and entrapment operations using dubious tactics that sidestep the rule of law: “we the people” become suspects and potential criminals, while government agents, empowered to fight crime using all means at their disposal, become indistinguishable from the corrupt forces they seek to vanquish.
To go after terrorists, they become terrorists.
To go after drug smugglers, they become drug smugglers.
To go after thieves, they become thieves.
For instance, when the FBI raided a California business that was suspected of letting drug dealers anonymously stash guns, drugs and cash in its private vaults, agents seized the contents of all the safety deposit boxes and filed forfeiture motions to keep the contents, which include millions of dollars’ worth of valuables owned by individuals not accused of any crime whatsoever.
It’s hard to say whether we’re dealing with a kleptocracy (a government ruled by thieves), a kakistocracy (a government run by unprincipled career politicians, corporations and thieves that panders to the worst vices in our nature and has little regard for the rights of American citizens), or if we’ve gone straight to an idiocracy.
This certainly isn’t a constitutional democracy, however.
Some days, it feels like the FBI is running its own crime syndicate complete with mob rule and mafia-style justice.
In addition to creating certain crimes in order to then “solve” them, the FBI also gives certain informants permission to break the law, “including everything from buying and selling illegal drugs to bribing government officials and plotting robberies,” in exchange for their cooperation on other fronts.
USA Today estimates that agents have authorized criminals to engage in as many as 15 crimes a day (5600 crimes a year). Some of these informants are getting paid astronomical sums: one particularly unsavory fellow, later arrested for attempting to run over a police officer, was actually paid $85,000 for his help laying the trap for an entrapment scheme.
In a stunning development reported by The Washington Post, a probe into misconduct by an FBI agent resulted in the release of at least a dozen convicted drug dealers from prison.
In addition to procedural misconduct, trespassing, enabling criminal activity, and damaging private property, the FBI’s laundry list of crimes against the American people includes surveillance, disinformation, blackmail, entrapment, intimidation tactics, and harassment.
For example, the Associated Press lodged a complaint with the Dept. of Justice after learning that FBI agents created a fake AP news story and emailed it, along with a clickable link, to a bomb threat suspect in order to implant tracking technology onto his computer and identify his location. Lambasting the agency, AP attorney Karen Kaiser railed, “The FBI may have intended this false story as a trap for only one person. However, the individual could easily have reposted this story to social networks, distributing to thousands of people, under our name, what was essentially a piece of government disinformation.”
Then again, to those familiar with COINTELPRO, an FBI program created to “disrupt, misdirect, discredit, and neutralize” groups and individuals the government considers politically objectionable, it should come as no surprise that the agency has mastered the art of government disinformation.
The FBI has been particularly criticized in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks for targeting vulnerable individuals and not only luring them into fake terror plots but actually equipping them with the organization, money, weapons and motivation to carry out the plots—entrapment—and then jailing them for their so-called terrorist plotting. This is what the FBI characterizes as “forward leaning—preventative—prosecutions.”
The FBI has also repeatedly sought to expand its invasive hacking powers to allow agents to hack into any computer, anywhere in the world.
Suffice it to say that when and if a true history of the FBI is ever written, it will not only track the rise of the American police state but it will also chart the decline of freedom in America: how a nation that once abided by the rule of law and held the government accountable for its actions has steadily devolved into a police state where justice is one-sided, a corporate elite runs the show, representative government is a mockery, police are extensions of the military, surveillance is rampant, privacy is extinct, and the law is little more than a tool for the government to browbeat the people into compliance.
This is how tyranny rises and freedom falls.
The powers-that-be are not acting in our best interests.
Almost every tyranny being perpetrated by the U.S. government against the citizenry—purportedly to keep us safe and the nation secure—has come about as a result of some threat manufactured in one way or another by our own government.
Think about it.
Cyberwarfare. Terrorism. Bio-chemical attacks. The nuclear arms race. Surveillance. The drug wars. Domestic extremism. The COVID-19 pandemic.
In almost every instance, the U.S. government (often spearheaded by the FBI) has in its typical Machiavellian fashion sown the seeds of terror domestically and internationally in order to expand its own totalitarian powers.
Consider that this very same government has taken every bit of technology sold to us as being in our best interests—GPS devices, surveillance, nonlethal weapons, etc.—and used it against us, to track, control and trap us.
Are you getting the picture yet?
The US government isn’t protecting us from threats to our freedoms.
The US government is creating the threats to our freedoms. It is, as I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, the source of the threats to our freedoms.

Excellent article, this one.
The same is true for domestic agencies in other countries too, including that of India (particularly by Intelligence Bureau). At times, sections of police force is used to do the same thing in other countries (like India) that FBI does in US..
I am not citizen of the USofA and I have not been in that country for about 20 years. A few years ago, for some reason or another the FBI wanted to get hold of a Russian guy they didn’t like, who went by the name of Vinnik. He was the co-founder of a cryptocurrency exchange that wasn’t even located in the USofA. So what did the FBI do besides having him extradited by their satraps in Europe? They simply stole the whole exchange and ran away with all the depositors’ assets. That’s how I had about 0.3 bitcoin stolen from me by the FBI (tantamount to US$ 10,000 at today’s rate).
I agree completely, but the FBI’s criminality is far worse than what the Whiteheads describe. The FBI has been directly involved in political assassination – the murder of numerous targeted political dissidents, such as Black Panther and civil rights leaders (Fred Hampton and Martin Luther King, Jr., for instance) and helping the CIA cover up their responsibility for the assassination of JFK.
Hmm.. I don’t believe this has ever been the case. The US government is a defacto criminal enterprise, and so are all the other governments modelled after it (politicians in suits, “presidents” with autocratic powers, armed police wearing the same style police hats regardless of country, judges, fake democracy hiding corporatocracy/ feudarchy and waged slavery).
The behaviour of the FBI is entirely consistent with the behaviour of the criminal psychopaths that comprised US “law enforcement” from its inception.
The fact that entrapment is not only not illegal but considered justified is entirely consistent with the Old Testament mentality of the thugs who comprised the first members of this so-called nation.

This has been ongoing for years. I listen to an irreverent podcast that calls this the “60-day cycle,” i.e., every 60 days the Fibbers convince some useful idiot to commit crimes so they can swoop in and “save the day.” More than anything else, this is a Fibbie fund raiser.
The more one is informed of bureaucratic (governmental) malfeasance, is the more one becomes aware of the criminality of government. It doesn’t seem to matter which angle or charitable-perspective one adopts to view the/a government, the conclusion always ends with the same result, viz. Governments are CRIMINAL enterprises.
Worse still, GOVERNMENTS without exceptions appear to be the enabling criminal enterprise divisions of and for, the larger and more destructive, self-appointed ‘elites’, who create their system of RULES, quaintly known as ‘laws’ to keep the rest of us constrained. Sadly, even though we’ve been well aware of this BS for centuries, we still conform.
By coincidence, I glanced at the controlled opposition site, Democracy Now and found this interview with journalist, James Risen, taking about his recent biography of Frank Church, “The Last Hnest Man” which therefore must mean that James Risen can’t be honest 😉 because he refuses to join the dots to show that FBI and CIA assassinated JFK, MLK, RFK, Malcolm X etc. This attached is an excerpt from the Democracy Now interview…
JAMES RISEN: Yeah, yeah. I mean, when the Church Committee was created, it was originally just going to be what they called the CIA Committee, and they were just going to investigate the CIA. But Frank Church and others on the committee very quickly realized they had to investigate the FBI. And Church and others later admitted they never would have been able to investigate the FBI at the time if J. Edgar Hoover was still alive. He was so powerful. He had been able to pressure and blackmail and intimidate everyone both in Congress and in the White House ever since, you know, before World War II. He was probably the most powerful secret figure in modern American history, and he was able to turn the FBI into like a Gestapo organization, especially in the post-World War II era, when he began the whole communist redbaiting witch hunts, and then moved on from that in the 1960s to harass the civil rights movement and the antiwar movement. And so he had this long history of constant harassment of anyone who opposed him or opposed the status quo in the United States. And he did it in a way that he had intimidated everyone in Congress, who believed that he had blackmail material on them — whether he did or not, they all believed it — and so no one was willing to take him on, until — or even investigate the FBI in any meaningful way, until he was dead.
You can have a good career as a journalist criticizing the Deep State as long as it’s in the distant past or far away.
I am surprised that this article does not delve more deeply into the origins of the FBI. This organisation was created for the monster Edgar J. Hoover, who was fully immersed in blackmail, propaganda and sexual impropriety. He happily accepted paid holidays at Mafia hotels resorts and race courses – all the whiles claiming that no such organisation as the Mafia even existed.
Clint Eastwood made a hagiographic film extolling the flawed genius of EJH, played by Matt Damon.
Apparently, EJH was casing the joint in Pearl Harbor just before the Japanese attack. How prescient. Who would have thunk it? The whole Pearl Harbor business could in fact be likened to a form of FBI entrapment in that FDR followed the McCollum memo to the letter: 8 steps to take to provoke Japan to attack. Day of Infamy indeed.
EJH was next door neighbour to LBJ which certainly aided their collusion in their attacks on the Kennedys. Incredibly, EJH wanted to smear JFK as a homosexual which perhaps says more about his own fantasies. With such a monster at its helm, how could this FBI ne anything but evil incarnate?
“crime enforcement”.= assitive criminal tutorial. If the victim does not commit the crime on his or her own, the victim is given help as needed, i the devil model I call it. All the help and encouragement needed is supplied until the sin is committed. but after that hell to pay.

Chris Morris made a good film about this called ‘The Day Shall Come’.
It’s loosely based on the story of the Liberty City Seven.

Repeat over and over again. It’s spiritual warfare- Good versus evil, manifested in man from generation to generation…
According to certain occult research, the battle of our age against evil was already won in the spiritual world in the latter part of the 19th Cent.
But such occurrences have a large time span, with everything gradually coming into being, and, just as gradually, fading away.
So the ‘dragon’s’ defeat didn’t mean that pure goodness reigned all over the earth the day after.
I reckon the countless demons which were kicked out of what might be called, ‘higher realms’, came straight for us down here, and they have yet to be rounded up.
And it’s no good saying, “Pah! I have no time for such ‘spiritual’ nonsense”.
We’ve all seen the demons by now.
Im neutral. Wait and see who wins the game and then jump up into the winners camp.
I always win………………………………LOL.
This is why silence is golden.
Don’t speak to law enforcement and don’t interact with them.
Law enforcement isn’t your buddy.
Simple response, “I don’t answer questions.”
Simple counter-response:
“Then you’ll have to come with us down to the station, sir.
And not all of my colleagues are as pleasant as I am”…
Still, one tries…
They cannot arrest you without probable cause. Refusing to answer questions isn’t a crime or probable cause. We have the 5th Amendment that means we have a right to remain silent.
If they arrest without probable cause then they are sued, and you and your lawyer get a pay day. Most lawyers will take on a case like that where their fees are paid out of the reward, plus their cut.
This is why I said don’t interact with them. They will pretend to be your buddy, and don’t fall for that charade.
You’re quite right about not interacting with them, but when they decide to interact with you, things are rather different nowadays.
Definitions of what they can, or cannot do have become very blurred during the last three years…
Oversight doesn’t work any more, because the employers of the overseers don’t give a fart about the 5th Amendment, or any other Amendment.
The people who make the rules today are not good people.
Those who drafted the Constitution wouldn’t believe what’s going on today.
I don’t disagree.
However, as you said, this is a people problem at the core. As long as the majority of people are amoral, of poor character, and unethical, then the guards of government have little to fear.
The guards of our government are the problem, not the form or foundation of the government.
We the People are the ultimate oversight. We were explicitly warned by the founding fathers that eventually we would have to face tyranny again. As stated by Franklin, “We have given the people a Republic. Lets see if we can keep it.”
There are still many people that can find decent lawyers that sue Law Enforcement and get their justice. The problem is that this is a very long road to hoe with no guarantee that justice will be had. Decent lawyers are in short supply.
Agreed that the founding fathers would be very disappointed to see what our nation has become.
This tyranny is why we have a Second Amendment. Eventually we will all have to make a choice.
Thank you.
I’ve been bullied by a policeman. It’s not a pleasant experience.
Almost everyone has. Not really a unique experience.
The Zio-Neocons are running full throttle under the “Biden” administration. Every apparently rightwing aggressive operation that they have attempted has failed in a disastrous way. The Ukraine fiasco under the current NATO-Russian War certainly will be the latest one when the undeniable truth actualizes. If you realize that the real governing body of the USA is the Fed under the BIS, and should be included with its subservient 3 branches of government, one should ask oneself “are they really that consistently stupid, or are they intentionally sinking the USA into the mire?” The seizing of at least $300 billion in Russian central bank assets has vastly accelerated the collapse of the dollar’s primary reserve status which a former French president in the 1960s referred to as an “exorbitant privilege.” Even current President Macaroni, literally an ex-Rothschild banker, has petitioned the President of South Africa to be an observer to the August meeting of the BRICS, which is rumored to put a serious nail in the coffin of US economic hegemony.
Despite its centuries long, egregious history of moral defects, the USA is still an obstacle to the Globalists. All the false flags demonizing the owners of firearms have failed to result yet in confiscation. The obvious Sandy Hook hoax, in which not one child died, was a prime example. It appears that “white supremacists” will now become the “Jews” of the NAZI run 1930s Germany.
I wonder if some kind of poll has ever been conducted or a statistic compiled showing the attitude of the majority of Americans toward these kinds of state sanctioned activities.
I suspect the majority approves of these tactics – which is why they not only continue but even increase over time.
The most powerful method of voting ever conceived is silence.
They are always going after average Joe. The innocent little man’s pocket money. Always.
You go into a narrow road with 5 bucks and when you reach the end of the road, by somebody’s magic trick you have only pocket wool left. Thats how life is for you and me.
It’s not just ‘vulnerable’ individuals they target.
They have the same mindset as internet scammers: They go for everybody, and rely on a fair percentage falling for it, ‘vulnerable’ or not.
I’m sure they don’t see themselves as criminals either. It’s just a job with a salary.
Perfect, I could not have done this article better myself. Only we lack the last part, what are we gonna do about it? Nothing! Ok, so let me do it.
How are we gonna change this situation in America and in our government? The sheeple must wake up from their sleep, pull out the two big bananas in their ears, and do something about it.
As I and McCarthy told you 50 years ago, pull out all the Commies under your bed, follow them to the border and boot them back to Kuomintang and Gulag.
Tell the Commies they must make regime change operations and democracy inside their country, before they can return back to America.
If you can dream it you can do it..Only this way we can change America if we really really really wannit. https://youtu.be/T04FsNh7Lg0
The most insidious entrapment is done by our minds, constantly worrying about this or that. DROP IT and feel the freedom of your heart.
Satanic influence
Satanic? Nah. Just intellectual self indulgence and ignorance.
The British created the template (from the East India Company’s Secret Committee) for the CIA in the wartime Joint US/UK OSS, which was modeled on MI6. The British also “helped” the USA create the FBI, modeled on MI5.
When you realze there are no enemies, no immediate threat, that these entities are only created to preserve the Kabal’s parasitic model.
Precisely, the root of the tumor is in London.
How else would they keep their jobs?
Build into the FBI is part of the problem: the dual task of controlling ordinary interstate domestic criminal spice AND going after ideological foreign spies.
These two can be mixed and matched depending on the installed leadership of the FBI, Trump being a case in point.
Some example from the torchbearer of Freedom in the world!
FBI entrapment, manufacturing terrorist incidents, and grooming young people to become terrorists, is not Machiavellian. Machiavelli was no fool and never would have recommended actions like this which completely undermine the power of the Prince since the Prince is now in the US responsible for commissioning large scale criminality even with minors.
I think the current tranny grooming is not designed to build actual violent domestic terrorism, but rather that the next generation will semi-hibernate in confusion in their safe spaces until the glop shots finish them off. The actual “violent terror actors” are, for the most part, multiple personality MK ultra victims designed via torture from early childhood by the CIA and black project military.
And many of those victims are now fed a nice steady diet of multiple anti-depressants and anti-psychotics, which have the side effect of suicidal and homicidal ideation/actions.
When I read an article on just how many adolescent “mass shooters” were either on those “medications” or in process of withdrawal from them, I did not find that shocking at all. Chilling, indeed, but not shocking as of course our owners would push pills that produce just these results. And of course the brainwashed public still considers those drugs as “mental healthcare” and rushes out to take more of them or have their kids take them. While the commercials on the boob tube for EVERY ONE of those drugs mention suicidal thoughts or actions, they do NOT mention homicide. Wonder why that is, eh?
That’s because most of their parents are on the same drugs. They are just too busy to pay up the mortgage than to shoot up the local school. I will not deny that for school shooters in the USA, “anti-psychotic” and SSRIs play a role, but my research indicates that MK Ultra trauma based mind control plays a far bigger roll.
I am 76 years old. When I was growing up the only school shooter I ever heard of was one in a tower at the U of Texas, and his autopsy revealed a brain tumor bigger than a golf ball. In more rural areas, kids would bring their .22 rifles to school to go hunting afterwards and either lock them in their cars or lockers. Not an issue. Times change.
I agree with the mind control too. Add in some drugs and it’s that much easier to manipulate an already troubled youth to pull the trigger, once you have made sure he or she is armed up as well.

“The Prince” an interesting book, offering relevant insight into the scenario of political correctness on the surface, with ruthless ambition underneath.
It’s the story of what a person has to do in order to remain in the good graces of the ‘elite’, and the fear of not remaining in those good graces.
Forget Machiavellianism. It’s the spirit of satan that makes men lie, steal and kill.
