Family of 9/11 victim vows to keep fighting for new inquest after UK Attorney General denies them a second time “The Attorney General’s failure to correctly apply the law for a second time is beyond negligent: It is a cruel obstruction of our rightful pursuit of the truth about Geoff’s murder.”

International Center for 9/11 Justice
We at IC911 are profoundly disappointed to report that the UK Attorney General has once again unlawfully denied the Campbell family’s application for a new inquest into the death of Geoff Campbell on 9/11.
The following is a statement released today by the family. A PDF is available here.
Please donate generously to their campaign on Crowdfunder so they can appeal the Attorney General’s decision. Your donation will be returned if not enough funds are raised for them to go forward.

From the family of Geoff Campbell:

We are saddened to announce that for the second time the Solicitor General for England and Wales, acting on behalf of the Attorney General for England and Wales, has refused our application for a fresh inquest into the death of our beloved son and brother, Geoff Thomas Campbell, on September 11th 2001. (Read the new decision.)

The Attorney General’s first decision, issued in June of last year, was so legally indefensible that our letter notifying her of our intention to seek judicial review and our statement of facts and grounds compelled the Solicitor General to withdraw that decision last September.

It turns out the Solicitor General withdrew the decision not for the purpose of conducting a more thorough, objective, and legally sound review of our application but rather for the purpose of concocting a new set of rationales for denying the application.

Our case for a fresh inquest is made on two separate grounds. The first is insufficiency of inquiry at the first inquest. The second is the existence of new evidence not heard at the first inquest. Under the law, a fresh inquest must be ordered if either ground is satisfied.

In response to our claim that there was an insufficiency of inquiry, the Attorney General’s new decision asserts that it was reasonable for the Coroner to rely on the evidence presented by the Metropolitan Police. This evidence included just two pages of narrative summary of the events of that day, one page of information about Geoff, and brief testimony at the perfunctory 99-minute inquest held for ten British 9/11 victims on January 29th 2013, where only three minutes were dedicated to Geoff.

The new decision fails, as did the previous one, to get around the fact that the Metropolitan Police presented no evidence or even assertion as to the cause of the North Tower’s collapse and thus the cause of Geoff’s death — and yet the Coroner’s conclusion states that American Airlines Flight 11 caused the North Tower’s collapse. It is difficult to imagine a more clear-cut case of insufficiency of inquiry.

As for the response to our claim that there is new evidence not heard at the first inquest, the Attorney General’s new decision abandons the demonstrably irrational reasoning set forth in the first decision and now relies on the sweeping, unsubstantiated assertion that the evidence we presented in our 2,500-page application is “not credible.”

The Solicitor General’s only basis for this assertion is to cite the reports issued by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology and to claim falsely that they represent “the clear consensus view” on the cause of the Twin Towers’ collapse. First, whether the NIST reports represent a consensus view is irrelevant to a correct application of the law. Second, new evidence that contradicts the conclusions of a government report cannot be rendered “not credible” merely by the existence of that report. History is rife with examples of government reports later being proven wrong.

Furthermore, the Solicitor General admits he did not conduct a substantive review of the new evidence. The decision states: “The Solicitor does not consider this case justifies the instruction of his own experts to address the expert evidence.”

In an attempt to justify summarily dismissing the new evidence, the decision states that the Solicitor General “was unable to conceive what additional benefit Al-Qaeda, or indeed any other malignant actor, would gain by planting explosives” and he therefore considers the hypothesis we advance to be “fanciful.” The Solicitor General is apparently oblivious to the known use of secondary explosive devices in terrorist attacks and to the documented intent of Al-Qaeda operatives to destroy the Twin Towers. He also illogically fails to consider the reasonable premise that terrorists would seek to inflict maximum death, damage, and terror.

Ultimately, the Solicitor General’s cursory dismissal of the new evidence is a gross misapplication of the law. For a fresh inquest to be ordered on the ground of new evidence, the law requires merely that we want the fresh inquest and that new evidence exists. The perceived ability of that evidence to alter the conclusion of the first inquest is irrelevant.

After seeing the first decision withdrawn, we expected the Attorney General to correctly apply the law this time around. Her failure to do so a second time is beyond negligent: It is a cruel obstruction of our rightful pursuit of the truth about Geoff’s murder.

We will continue to do everything in our power to reopen Geoff’s inquest. We thus intend to seek judicial review of the Attorney General’s new decision, and we are confident it will be quashed in the High Court.

Unfortunately, having to respond to yet another denial of our application is depleting our resources. To keep going, we must raise £60,000 ($76,000) for barrister’s fees and court fees by March 1st. Our application for judicial review must be filed no later than April 3rd.

We have set up a fundraising campaign on Crowdfunder, where we invite supporters to pledge what they can. If we raise enough funds by the deadline, we will go forward; if we are unable to raise enough funds, we will return all pledges. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has donated to our effort thus far.

Geoff was murdered 22 years ago, and his inquest was held 11 years ago this week. We have been fighting to reopen his inquest ever since and we will keep fighting until the end.

The collapse of the two Towers caused by OBL and two civilian airplanes, shocked the earth and foundation of Tower 7 which thereby also collapsed. Fixed.

Enough of your conspiracy theories. I believe what my government is telling me, and you only want to make revolutions and take over the power of my government.

Worth taking a look at Craig Murray’s blog piece which details the numerous hurdles one needs to surmount to actually access his appeal via video link on the 20th & 21st of this month. They are incredible to say the least; you must be in England or Wales only, only the applicant can view proceedings, ie nobody in the room with you, no copies or recording made and not a..owed to repeat what you’ve seen.

I doubt there will ever be 9/11 justice.

At least not in this corrupt world.

Christopher Bollyn solved the question of who the true culprits were, and SWAT-trained undercover police officers were sent to his house. They assaulted him, taking him down, fracturing his elbow and tasing him while he was on the ground, then trumped up charges against him. Concerned for the safety of his wife and children, he left the United States and took his family to live in Europe.

As for the perpetrators of 9/11, they’re currently free and busily engaged in genocide…

Nothing is more futile and, frankly, phantasmagorically injudicious (I wanted to say stupid) than attempts to seek justice from the perpetrators of the crime.

I know people who are forever filing convid lawsuits against the government, who engage cops in efforts to practice a sort of natural law, who do all sorts of things that are bound to fail from the outset. These 911 reviews fall in the same category.

Does anybody sane think that the murderer will confess to his crime, sentence himself, and then hang himself?

The establishment is corrupt, it’s an enemy, an entity in the employ of parasites behind the scenes to control the plebs. Where they do serve the people, it’s incidental, to keep things running. It’s preposterously naive to think that anything of substance can be achieved through the system.

Instead of pursuing these futile efforts, people need to figure out how to free themselves from the yoke of the hierarchical system that’s been suffocating humanity for hundreds of years, irrespective of whether it’s called this -ism or that -ism or this -acy or that -acy.

Admittedly, that’s no easy task, but gotta give it a shot!

The law is a farce.
There to protect the establishment and connected groups of corrupted souls.
The jab Democide and the Covid scam is evidence enough, that the rules of engagement have changed.
Your government wants you dead.
Don’t therefore expect them to apply any law that has an outcome that’s detrimental to them.

Paul, indeed it’s a farce, and imo, no further proof is needed than the fact that you need to raise what I can only describe as exorbitant sums of money to even get somebody to open your letter and consider your case. This family is seeking to raise 60 grand just to move to the next square on the board and have probably spent more than that to get this far, to get a big fat NO ! I believe one term used is Lawfare, a battle played between people with very deep pockets. But sadly 9/11 is totally off limits as far as truth and justice are concerned

That kind of settles it, doesn’t it?

A cover up of that scale clearly shows that the mass published history of 9/11 is false, and they have a lot to hide.
It also settles that the UK is the worst poodle, even in stiff competition from present Canadian or German leaders.

Of course, there isn’t going to be another inquest. They got away with bullshit the first time, so no more chances. Remember they are all in on it, Governments, Judges, Media, and their deep-state controllers. To get a high position at any of the above you have to be a coward, criminal, or a psychopath. This is mass murder we are talking about and as we search for the chemical attacker our leaders are there in plain sight.

EH?? You are attributing the demolitions to “Al-Qaeda”? SERIOUSLY? Mind-boggling. You think Al Qaeda had access to nano-thermite, or to the towers’ inner structures?

Not to mention the idea that the explosions were a “secondary” reason for the destruction of the three WTC towers. Secondary to what? Plane impacts with two of these towers?!!!~ 😾

And the records of an audit that showed trillions of dollars deficit (that Donald Rumsfeld just didn’t know what could have happened to) in building 7 of the World Trade Center that no plane ever hit. Watch the Secret History of Al Qaeda at Corbett Report dot com. 5 hrs long but worth it. The pawns were purposefully allowed free reign in and out of the country. They had to get the public willing for war, right? They had to create an enemy for people to fight. While at the same time covering up the theft of trillions.

I figure that the ZOG governments of this planet, which includes the UK, will admit that 9/11 was 100% a false flag, inside job, run by Israel, the Deep State US “intelligence services,” and traitorous elements of the US military, will publicly admit this to be the truth shortly after MbS announces to the world that he ordered the murder and dismemberment of Jamal Khashoggi in Turkey and apologizes. It appears to me that at least most of the conservatives and libertarians in the US regard the above as a fact, just as a large segment of the population now regards the “vaccine” as a bioweapon to be avoided. Does it really matter what Big Brother and his minions spew forth?

There is an interesting shift in UK at the moment.(Apparently, EU too)

Up until recently the “ROP” was protected from criticism by the media but more and more anti slam comments in UK papers are being allowed and even encouraged by columnists.

This is all fueled, of course, by the actions of some of the new arrival’s behaviour but I wonder if we are seeing the next phase of the agenda ?

The mass importation of muslim asylum seekers was always going to be controversial but the extent to which it has been facilitated by UN mandate and the 2018 Global compact for migration begs the question.

Are we gearing up for a manufactured holy war ?

The decision will have little to do with the officials officially delivering the decision, rather international threats from Israel, the USA and other dodgy parties who know full well what will happen if the truth were officially acknowledged.

Yes, the slimey slugs are WAY outnumbered. Just because they often have billions doesn’t mean they will always wisely use those billions in their objectives of killing as many people and other life forms as possible. We could have an ARMY of wise, humanitarian lawyers that decide to make a huge TON of money taking away their billions. Like the billion dollar lawsuit that was recently won against Monsanto. It is time to make money doing GOOD instead of EFFED UP nasty corrupt shite. There is plenty of money, resources and land to go around to keep everyone in clover. We just have to change how it gets used and always keep human rights in mind. Good groups and organizations exist. It takes alertness to ensure they don’t get infiltrated by parasites that prevent them from achieving worthwhile aims.
