Goodbye Jury Trials, Hello Digital ID: 10 “recommendations” from the Crime and Justice Commission
Kit Knightly

The Times Crime and Justice Commission was established last year, with its mission statement being to…
consider the future of policing and the criminal justice system, in the light of the knife crime crisis, a shoplifting epidemic, the growing threat of cybercrime, concerns about the culture of the police, court backlogs, problems with legal aid and overflowing prisons.
And today is that long-promised glorious golden day where they reveal their findings. The white smoke has gone up and we get to witness the result of their long hours of toil.
How are we going to fix everything?
Let’s take a look at the complete list, with some helpful annotations:
1. Introduce a universal digital ID system to drive down fraud, tackle illegal immigration and reduce identity theft;
Digital ID for everybody! It’s going to solve every problem! We’ve talked this to death, it was always going to be in here.
2. Target persistent offenders and crime hotspots using data to clamp down on shoplifting, robbery and antisocial behaviour;
That’s about surveillance. “Data” means your private data which they will get from social media companies.
3. Roll out live facial recognition and other artificial intelligence tools to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the police;
Again, FRT was always going to feature. I’m not sure what “other artificial intelligence tools” means, but the vagueness is likely the point. “Efficiency” is the word doing the heavy-lifting in that sentence, intended to capture the pro-MAGA, pro-Musk UK crowd.
4. Create a licence to practise for the police, with revalidation every five years to improve culture and enhance professionalism;
That’s just throwing something out for the “other side”. So far it’s all just more powers for the police and courts, this adds some faux accountability framework into the mix to make it look fair.
5. Set up victim care hubs backed by a unified digital case file to create a seamless source of information and advice;
Same as above, with some extra seasoning for the digital identity sales pitch thrown in.
6. Introduce a new intermediate court with a judge and two magistrates to speed up justice and reduce court delays;
This is about replacing trial by jury, and that’s all it’s about. It’s something they’ve been wanting to do for years and keep making excuses to try.
7. Move to a “common sense” approach to sentencing with greater transparency about jail time, incentives for rehabilitation and expanded use of house arrest;
Not sure what this means in real terms, but any use “common sense” in this kind of document should always raise an eyebrow. As should the idea of “expanded use of house arrest”.
8. Give more autonomy and accountability to prison governors with a greater focus on rehabilitation and create a College of Prison and Probation Officers;
No idea what this means yet. Could be about more prison-based work programs (a la private prisons in the US), could just be fluff between important parts.
9. Restrict social media for under-16s to protect children from criminals and extreme violent or sexual content;
Again, very predictable. And, again, very dishonest. As we’ve said a thousand times, “restricting social media to under-16s” – in practical terms – means everyone on social media has to verify their age. So bye-bye online anonymity.
What’s surprising about this is, despite this report supposedly being written for the last year or more, it chimes in exactly with the topical political discussion around Adolescence. I suppose that means one of three things:
– The report was re-written at the last minute to hit topical talking points.
– It was all orchestrated ahead of time to sell an agenda.
– It’s all a coincidence.
…and we’ll never know which.
10. Raise the minimum age of criminal responsibility to 14 to take account of new developments in neuroscience.
And we end on a flat note, because I’m not sure what the broader implications of this would be yet. Could be more soft-sounding padding to water down the tyranny, could be something darker. I guess we’ll find out.
*
So, list completed, let’s review. how are we going to fix everything?
We’re going to replace jury trials.
We’re going remove online anonymity and legally limit access to social media
We’re going introduce facial recognition technology.
And we’re going to implement mandatory digital identity.
Yes, to the surprise of absolutely nobody, the report’s much-anticipated list of “recommendations” amounts to “we should do everything we’ve been planning to do for years”.
Now, some people might argue “it doesn’t matter what this commission recommends, they aren’t officially in power”. And that might be a fair point if being “in power” really meant anything.
Besides, the Lord Chancellor has already said that some of these recommendations will likely be made law in the near future.
Shall we try and guess which ones?
Many thanks to commenter ImpObs for bringing this to my attention.

I so loved being searched and magnetize and radiated in even entry a court.
The Masonic Court and Masonic chosen Jury is so real.
Just look at OJ, Amber / Johnny Depp and Alex jones trail was absurdity frilling.
Digital ID will help it become more real.
My passport was which was 3 weeks out of date was recently refused as it was not valid.
They must have some really nice new digital ones?
So the time is approaching when lovers of the pseudo-real alt-official version that Russia is fighting for traditional values and the salvation of its people, against the “Western Cabal”, will finally understand on their own back what they are actually supporting, that is: what is the situation in the Russian infosphere, while they experience it as a violation of their rights (by the “Western Cabal”) under the pretext of “spreading Russian/Putin propaganda”.
That’s cool.
We are on the verge of the digital revolution (total global population control). Russia, China, Rothschilds, Rockefellers/USA want to gain as much power as possible in the future world. That is what war is all about. They need resources to defeat their opponents. The rest is a derivative of this process.
No, no, no and no, Your Majesty. “They’re in feuding” (in an attempt to take precedence in the technetronic age or whatever) is all you need for a solid foundation on which to sink into irretrievable confusion. But it is your inalienable right.
Regarding “other artificial intelligence tools”
We’re probably looking at “Predictive Policing Technologies” AKA Pre-crime software, complete with it’s inherent dystopian problems
Peter Thiel’s Spy Tech firm Palantir already partners with the UK Gov embeded in every government department from local gov upwards.
Palantir was developing pre-crime software way back in 2012, when it was secretly using New Orleans to test its predictive policing technology
Back in 2021 Peter Thiel’s Palantir and an AI-company linked to Dominic Cummings combined have won public sector contracts worth over £100 million
Comparrisons to the dystopian science fiction film “Minority Report” abound when researching this subject.
So, no mention of the push to use the information to target Pedophiles.
Are we assuming that given the soft ball approach to the likes of Hue Edwards, they’ve lost one of their more ‘credible aims (mwhahaha) to be included in such a document?
the remarkable virtues of jury trials were expounded on with great perspicacity by W S Gilbert, and his observations are scarcely less relevant these 150 odd years later
here he describes the instructions given by the court officer to the panel of valiant citizen jurors
“And when, amidst the plaintiff’s shrieks, The ruffianly defendant speaks Upon the other side, What he may say you needn’t mind. From bias free of any kind This trial must be tried!”
Precisely. As a member of ordinary decent citizens of our country and constitution, I have the right to condemn anybody to 20 years of hard work and prison notwithstanding any bs from any Court assessor. This is my right!
I’m guessing, if you had been an ordinary decent citizen of England, Scotland or Wales, you might prefer the criminal blasphemy and blasphemous libel laws to be re-instated.
Northern Ireland may suit you better though – the wrong turners there still have them.
Thank goodness you have no such right. Who are you, or who am I, or who is any one person – be it King or peasant – to presume the right to arbitrarily sentence “anybody” to any particular term or form of punishment.
FWIW, a jury trial has often proven the least acceptable form of trial. It was usually “ordinary decent citizens” who sentenced blacks to death for crimes whites committed in the US South. Anyone who trusts his life to a “jury of his peers” is walking a thin line between fairness and unfairness.
A jury trial is like democracy: as horrendous as it is, it’s probably the best humans have been able to come up with. Which doesn’t speak well of humans. For me, personally, I’d sooner trust my life to a jury full of crazed lunatics than a jury full of “decent citizens.” At least the crazed lunatics would not be bringing a grab bag full of societal platitudes into the Court Room.
This nameless gentleman, who lives in China and speaks with a strange accent to my ears, claims to be Canadian. Now he is on the trail of the mystery of who the Canadians are.
It can at least be said that they are an extremely young nation in world history, which, like the USA, is fed by an ever-changing stream of immigrants. In this respect, one can hardly speak of a people in the ethnic sense.
However, I would also apply this to the Swiss, even though they had a purely European history, at least until recently. Rupert’s Land was named after a prince who didn’t know whether he was German or British, which wasn’t a flaw because Germany didn’t even exist yet.

The UK already has an established practice of a streamlined legal system in Northern Ireland. The “Diplock Courts” were a system of non-jury courts established for what were termed scheduled offenses (ostensibly terrorism related offenses) established in 1973 which were never discontinued entirely but became optional in the 1970s. Norther Ireland was also a testing ground for novel policing techniques, one being the systematic tracking of household consumption of utilities etc. to track movement of individuals, something that would be a bit bleeding edge in the mif-1970s but should be routine today (but much, much more capable….).
What we’re witnessing in the US is an attempt to create what’s called a ‘dual’ or ‘parallel’ state where the ruling party or clique (or whatever) creates institutions alongside existing normal institutions. This is accompanied by a seizure of the mechanics of power — the police and justice systems, anything that exerts direct power over people. For those people who don’t pose a threat to the state life goes on pretty much as before — taxes are paid and collected, government and courts work just as they always did with just a few annoyances (obviously due to outsiders) to interfere with their lives. Behind this, though, the parallel state operates very differently; it essentially has the power to do anything to anyone declared an enemy of the state and since it also has power to decide who is and isn’t an enemy of the state it essentially reserves the prerogative power of life and death over anyone and anything that it chooses. Since it lives outside the normal constitutional system there’s no checks on it — you can be pulled off the street and incarcerated at any time for any reason (“Night and Fog”). Its a very effective deterrent mechanism — most people don’t need more than one warning to behave themselves, particularly if one or two of the people they know have already fallen foul of the system.
Although we associate this sort of thing with Nazi Germany (or maybe Soviet Russia) its turned up in a lot of other countries. Its just too good a deal for the power hungry to pass on. Where “We, the People” fit in all this is to never, never, assume “It can’t happen here”. The slide is inexorable and starts almost imperceptibly so it pays to be paranoid.

“Homer Groening was born to a German-speaking Mennonite family. He served as a pilot in World War II, flying a B-17 Bomber … which included the bombing of Paris (in contrast to the bombing of Germany, this is of course unforgivable).”
“Dad never referred directly to his war experiences, at least not with me. He was of that generation that didn’t blab about their feelings. I thought he was indestructible and that no real harm would ever come to me while he was around. I was about 14 when The Exorcist came out, and I wanted to go see it. But Dad wouldn’t let me, saying there was too much ugliness in the world without paying money to go see it at a theater.” —Lisa Groening, daughter
“He was a hell of a nice guy. A great sense of humor. A great sense of empathy. Everybody will say—and it’s absolutely true—that he was one of the nicest guys that you would ever know. Except, like many of my friends growing up, he had killed people. He talked about the fact that there’s no way he could ever perform an act of violence, but during the war he did.” —Ted Mahar, friend and former Oregonian film critic
Now you just have to reconcile all this with the statement of his son Matt, who was influenced by cartoonist Charles M. Schulz (squad leader on a .50 caliber machine gun team in Europe in WW2): “Garfield is very universal. By virtue of being a cat, really, he’s not really male or female or any particular race or nationality, young or old.”
Incidentally, I have been able to add to my list of “Jewish inventions/popularizations” (next to Marxism/communism, interest, neo-conservatism, liberatianism, feminism, uni-sex “denim pants”, rubber condom, contaceptive pill, “LGBTQ movement” (Hirschfeld), lipstick & nail polish, nuclear bomb, strategic carpet bombing and so on):
“Fashion designer Rudi Gernreich, who in the mid-1960s created the first topless swimsuit, which he called the monokini, is credited with introducing the modern thong in 1974. when he designed a thong bikini in response to a ban on nude sunbathing by the Los Angeles City Council. In May 1946, Parisian fashion designer Jacques Heim released a two-piece swimsuit design that he named the Atome (‘Atom’) and advertised as ‘the smallest swimsuit in the world’. Popular fashion brands such as Calvin Klein selling men’s thongs.”

Hungary Hit by Possible Biological Attack Involving Foot-and-Mouth DiseaseClaims of a potential bio-attack emerge just days after Peter Marks issued a veiled threat about engineered pathogens on national TV.According to Reuters:
They burried the carcasses into the ground somewhere, now there’s some slidge oozing and bubbling up out of there. They completely destroyed those farmers as it’s said they would need around 3 years (without income) to get their stock back on track. Just sheer coincidence comes in handy for the “let’s stop farming for the environment” agenda…
You ultra-radical right wing conservatives want to live in dirt and animal deceases to the neck for profit.
We leftists saviours want to save our nature, our Constitution and our planet. Clean green air and clean green water in a clean green world is OUR goal
It’s been going on for months – in Slovakia, Czech, Hungary. One “positive test”, and 3,000 animals go into the incinerator. Goodbye, milk and beef. That this comes on the heels of ‘vaccines’ for the livestock will come as a surprise to no one.
Mr. Knightly: I’ll keep you posted how this system is working out. See, it’s already in place in the US. With one added special feature: in the US we’re in the process of doing away with trials altogether. A declaration of guilt by All The President’s Men is ipso facto proof of guilt. Punishment awaits every accusation going forward. And as an added bonus, nobody but the President’s Men can make accusations.
“4. Create a licence to practise for the police, with revalidation every five years to improve culture and enhance professionalism…”
To be fair, the police appear to need all the help they can get. No wonder they go after old folks for sending “mean tweets.”

“Officer,” they’re laughing at you, not with you.
We civilians should back up our Police in these situations. Otherwise we will soon get the military on the streets.
You refer to us as civilians. You have already accepted that there is a standing army. Once upon a time we were citizens.
Does it really matter if the armed psychopath that uses force against you is a member of law enforcement as opposed to a soldier?
The phrase posse comitatus comes to mind – and no, I am not a lawyer.
There is a heaven of difference between Police and Army. Army is lawless. Police is civilisation.
Those lines become blurred very quickly in a serious civil unrest situation.
Why is it police forces throughout the world are becoming increasingly militarised? Types of uniforms, body armour, weapons, crowd control and restraint techniques.
Is it because that will help them catch a burgular, car thief, mugger, sex offender or a corrupt politician/bureaucrat? The crimes the public actually care about.
No, it is because it will help the controllers minions control, incarcerate or eliminate you, should you one day decide to express your dissatification with your lot in life.
I agree, but with one proviso – militarised should not be conflated with military.
The individuals engaged in those respective tasks are very different in all sorts of ways.
The police are specifically tasked with deploying those weapons/techniques against their own populations. I’m not convinced that the vast majorithy of soldiers would do the same, whatever their orders.
That aside, your comment is spot on imo.
I am unsure if the military would turn on their own populations.
Previously, for developed countries, I would have said no. However, since Covid-1984 and the many people who became enablers and voluntary enforcers I am less sure.
Also, in the case of the UK there was the heavy British army presence in Northern Ireland. The Catholic and Protestant civilians living in N.I were for the most part UK citizens.
Anyway, to avoid that potential conflict of interest – if that is the right term – soldiers from other countries could be deployed probably under the auspices of the UN. Each country exchanging its soldiers.
Then there are the persitant rumours fuelled by the likes of John O’Looney, who claims to have concrete evidence but never presents it, that the fighting age male migrants are a UN trojan horse military waiting for the orders to be deployed at some point in the future.
I don’t believe the military, certainly in the UK at least, would turn on their own population.
You make a good point re NI but none of the soldiers depoloyed there were actually from there. So although technically they were all UK citizens, they weren’t the same. Add to that, rightly or wrongly, there were various groups indigenous to Ireland engaged with the military in low intensity conflict. Therefore, the circumstances were different – anybody could have been a ‘hostile’ in that environment. Not excusing it and I do have some sympathy with the concept of repelling what they saw as an occupying force.
Your point about exchanging soldiers is a valid one. I noted that in France, during the jilet jaune riots, police were bussed to different cities for riot duty because the authorities knew that the local police, deployed locally, would not go in hard against the people who were their families, friends, neighbours etc. But that’s the police. The Army is comprised of disparate individuals from all areas of the UK. The military mindset is to protect the country (rather than police it).
Prima Facie I think John O’Looney et al have a point. I have a number of friends in the security industry who have noted that amongst the illegal immigrants flooding in, there are distinct groups who appear to be separated out, taken straight to former military bases and given ‘special treatment’. That is not highlighted by the majority of the media. Most of the illegals go to hotels. This is highlighted by the majority of the media. If I were going to smuggle in an army, the best place to hide them would be amongst people who look just like them, but aren’t them.
Given that we know the govt (aka the taxpayer) is paying for the boats (actually collecting them once they arrive and returning them to France for the next lot), this is not beyond the bounds of possibility. We know, for instance, that the Black Watch have been actively engaged in providing training in crowd control to certain Albanians (although I’m certain that is used as a catch-all descriptor) who have later climbed out of dinghies oming ashore here. There are a lot of former military people, many well-placed in the security industry, who fully expect the gates of those military bases to open one day and truck loads of fully kitted out UN ‘peacekeepers’, complete with blue berets and automatic weapons, to come trundling out to ‘help the govt solve its public disorder problem’. If our soldiers are all in Ukraine learning about the Russians, then Erik’s vision of military on the streets could come to pass – just not in the way he expects.
Having said that, I doubt O’Looney has concrete proof of anything. At least not what I would call proof. People can be mistaken. Observations can be misinterpreted. However well intentioned, people can overplay what they believe to be true. Doesn’t make them wrong. It just means they can’t actually prove it.
Your observation that the police in France were bussed in from other regions was the same playbook used during the miners strike in Britain.
The Met Police were deployed in the northern mining towns to avoid the local plod facing a backlash in what were tight knit communities. The give away, apart from hiding their epaulettes, was that the Met rank and file wore and still do wear white shirts and not the light blue ones of other forces.
With regards to JOL, I remember him saying in a video that he had ‘inside’ info to prove his claim.
You probably saw the following video about the crates that were allegedly delivered to a B&B. The owner claimed to be an anonymous whistleblower and that her B&B was a “small B&B/hotel” yet she stated it could house 250 residents. That is not small, it would be considered a large hotel.
If the story is true and I doubt it – since she said approximately where her B&B is – it would not be difficult for the authorities to figure out who she is due to the size of the business and it being located in a village between London and Bristol. A village with a 250 person capacity B&B? What? Close to Heathrow Airport, perhaps!
https://odysee.com/@hipsterious:3/More-Evidence-that-Migrants-are-UN-Troops
I remember that audio. I thought it sounded like a man rather than a woman, behind the filter. Given the pronounced Bristol accent, I always assumed the hotel would be closer to Bristol than London, but who knows?
Like you, I didn’t give much credence to the story for the same reasons you outlined – how hard would it be for the authorities to go down their list of chosen hotels and find this one? Particularly if they’d just had several crates of weapons delivered there – that would be an even smaller list. That aside, the alleged method of delivery of these crates doesn’t ring true. We may both be wrong on this, but I would have thought a slightly more covert approach would have been used.
If O’Looney’s proof is someone on the inside telling him stuff, then that’s not proof. That’s anecdotal evidence. Without corroborative evidence, it’s simply information being passed on. I have received similar information but no actual evidence, let alone proof. The way things are these days, though, I think it would be foolish to take anything off the table out of hand, but we must be careful that we don’t blindly accept everything we’re told. Much like the Flat Earth psyop, this looks like it could have been a distraction to trap the unwary into going down the blind alley of foolishness. Their ongoing programme of full spectrum dominance demands they control, or at least maintain a presence within, both sides of the narrative so such stories are constatnly being planted in the ‘alternative media’ arena.
I remember the miners’ strike and the police tactics. I was young and naive then (weren’t we all) and didn’t fully grasp the implications at the time, but it became clear to me in later years what a cynical, albeit effective, tactic it was. That same tactic, writ large and using foreign troops, would be equally as effective, I think. I hope it never gets to that point. Even a medium sized force of heavily armed men with no empathy can do a lot of damage in a short period of time. Ultimately, they would lose that fight but the country would be torn apart in the process. Not something that anybody wants to see happen – at least nobody sane. I cannot escape the nagging feeling that some sort of civil war would play directly into the hands of those who currently rule over us.
I read somewhere, I think in the MSM, that during the miners strike the alphabet spaghetti agencies were monitoring all UK landline (pre-mobile) calls. They were listening for keywords and one of those was ‘strike’.
Since the whole country was talking about the strike, the system became quickly overloaded. It seems like a good anecdote, but whether true, I guess we will never know.
Back to the B&B story; it had more holes than a sieve, such as the owner’s claim that security guards were posted to the site but clearly not to guard the weapons, since she planned to move the 70 odd crates to a garage that she owned. Honestly, remarks like this give troofers a bad rap.
Perhaps, these stories are seeded as misdirection, and as you mentioned previously, the real action is occuring on former military bases and weapons, if any, would be stored there and not at a privately owned B&B where the owner still had access.
As to a civil war, I think the US is the obvious choice. 300 plus million legal guns, close enough one for every man, woman and child without including the illegal ones and a hugely polarised populace. If the US falls, then everywhere else will be easy to bring into line.
I agree that civil war is ideal to bring about ordo ab chao, however, it can easily spiral out of control, especially if elements of the military with hardware decide to go rogue and no longer follow orders. A risky strategy.
I also heard about the monitoring fiasco. It reminds me of people registering frozen chickens, chicken nuggets, chicken drumsticks etc when we were told we had to register our domestic chickens. It crashed the site. Not sure whether it’s back up now but overloading the system does seem to be an option to bear in mind as we go forward.
We’re on the same page re the B&B crates of weapons story. We may find out the truth, we may not. Ultimately it doesn’t really matter. Such tactics create ridicule by association – mention crates of weapons at military bases; someone will equate that with this story and write both of them off as obvious conspiracy theories. The same rationale is alleged regarding movies – “You believe in what? No mate. You’re thinking of that film …” All it buys is time, but maybe that’s all they need whilst finalising whatever it is they’re doing. Or it could all be nonsense.
As for civil war, it seems to be the aim everywhere. It looks like France is on the verge of tipping over – certainly in the cities. The Italians aren’t too happy either. Given the way in which the German economy has been eviscerated, it wouldn’t surprise me to see them go too. The US would be the big one of course.
I agree that such things can spiral out of control, but when have the parasites ever run a completely successful op? Everything they do has massive holes and if it weren’t for an owned, compliant media, they would never have got this far. That doesn’t seem to have deterred them though. I suppose they now have no option but to throw the dice and push on.
Interesting that you mentioned France being close to “tipping over”.
Some of the riot footage from Paris in 2023 at the time of the pension reform demonstrations looked staged – a set piece away from the peaceful union organised demos.
Watch this video if you have a spare hour. The ‘rioting’ took place near the Opera. Instructive in showing the machanics of creating the illusion of unrest, with minor bin fires in several locations (there was a refuse collection strike at the time).
Also, note in the MSM footage at the start of the video, the shop Lancel where the action took place outside is boarded up, yet no other shops which were adjacent or on the square were (with the exception of the Opera which had scaffolding around it for renovation).
The following day the boards had been removed from Lancel, as can be seen at the end of the video. Set piece theatrics in a cordoned off area (Place de l’Opera) with controlled close-up tight framing film footage then disseminated for global distribution.
Bingo – how to create the illusion of unrest.
As a quick follow up to my (currently pending) response to your last, it was amusing to watch how quickly the actual protestors in Paris cottoned onto the black clad agents provocateurs in their midst and started attacking them, to the point where the police had to rescue them and escort them back to their transport behind the police lines.
You’ll probably see this before my initial response!
If only that were true.
In the same way that investment banks in the 80s screened for, and hired on the basis of, psychopathic/sociopathic tendencies, the modern police force – sorry police service – screens for high ageeability and conformity, rather than intellect and moral robustness.
Having been recruited, today’s (lower intellect) copper is subjected to a barrage of ‘training’ from organisations such as Common Purpose (Google Marxist change agents for more info), ‘guidelines’ from the College of Policing and a host of other special interest groups and quangos. They are then further indoctrinated by groups such as Stonewall, before finally being massively restricted by insane rules, regulations and just plain orders handed down from politically appointed Chief Constables, backed by spineless politicians and institutions at the centre.
When the police won’t even attend a burglary these days, when they carry out blatant two-tier policies, when they prioritise thought crime over actual crime, how can you assert that they represent ‘civilisation’?
Not forgetting of course that laws are largely wielded, by the police, to serve the law makers rather than the subjects of said laws.
Perhaps in the dim and distant past, you could have made such a case. But now?
The Army, on the other hand, whilst having its fair share of sociopaths (largely infantry/SF), is a different animal altogether. Despite this current drive for all things LG BLT whatever, most soldiers are not in any way politically motivated or indoctrinated, even if they are ostensibly directed according to political whims.
The training, motivation and lifestyle of soldiers is completely different to that of police persons (got to be politically correct!). The emphasis is on self discipline, teamwork, loyalty, hard work and outcome focused activities. Also, soldiers have more important things to worry about than who sent what tweet, who said what hurty word etc. Having peope shoot stuff at you tends to concentrate the mind and put things into perspective.
I would argue that the police are far more ‘lawless’ (in the common understanding of what law represents) than the Army has ever been (a few wartime atrocities aside). The police have shown themselves to be petty, uneducated, frightened, order followers in ways the Army, as the more de facto order followers, could never be. A lot of that comes down to the quality, intent and direction of the orders, of course.
Finally, you are comparing apples and oranges. The respective roles of the police and the Army are very different in all respects.
To be clear, both organisations are agents of the state and, as such, depending upon who is controlling said state at any given time, can be wielded for good or ill. Also, both represent facets of the violence, over which the state maintains a monopoly. I would wager though that if the Army were ordered to treat British citizens in the same way the police have, the soldiers would not stand for it. Nor do I believe they would take up arms against the British population, whatever orders they may have been given. I strongly suspect that that is one of the reasons Starmer wants to send them off to get killed by the Russians, but that’s a different conversation.
Therefore, I reject your premise that the Army is lawless and the police represent civilisation.
Notwithstanding my reply (currently pending) to your further comment on this, lower down this thread, I still can’t decide if you actually believe what you’ve written or you’re simply trying to provoke debate.
On the one hand, in some posts you rail against the shit that is being heaped upon us from ‘above’; whilst on the other you come across as a poster boy for totalitarianism.
This is definitely a mystery.
He is playing devil’s advocate some of the time and sometimes being sarcatic.
Although, on the police issue, based on his previous comments, he is big fan.
*sarcastic* shame the edit button died a miserable death.
I forgot – accidentally on purpose I suppose – my yearly reading of 1984 and Animal Farm. This might be the right time to read Kafka’s The Trial.
Even our illiterate US President has read The Trial. Oh did he ever like it!
Is this a joke of some sort? Or does it bear some relationship to reality?
Howard will have to clarify for himself if he chooses, but I’m guessing he’s being facetious.
I can’t imagine Trump reading The Trial (or Kafka in general) unless a condensed version was printed on a Big Mac container. 🍔 🍟 🤔
Perhaps there’s a point to be found here. But we’re still left with the fact that this five letter word is now uttered with disgusting frequency. In any case I prefer to use (for the leader of the free world) a more respectful title – our president for example or the trumpazoidal one.
It sounds like you still believe these actors and role players wield some actual power.
However, implying that this one is “illiterate” means that he surely has no real power if can’t read what he signs, correct? Even if you meant it as a figure of speech, then it still suggests that you meant he is incapable of running even a bath.
Your last resident was a senile, bumbling idiot, – assuming that he was not acting the part. So, once again, could he have any real power? He wouldn’t even have known, let alone remembered what he was signing.
Surely by now, the clown world of incompetent and embarrassing politicos paraded on the Western world and domestic stages should tell you that the controllers are 1) mocking the public and 2) want you react and help them initiate their plan to bring about a systemic downfall.
I do that !
Not every year, though.
Every five years makes the chill more real.
Two things about the story that many miss. It’s Julia that suggests that bomb attacks on Oceania may be the work of its own government and this hadn’t occurred to Winston. Also, they inhabit a mass media and surveillance state but it’s imposed upon them. There’s no mention of citizens (civilians) paying for it.
Of course we all subsidize our mind control one way or another.
Unless I’m mistaken the citizens of England support the BBC whether they want to or not.

Unlike others, I’m assuming this is irony. Hint: irony doesn’t go over well in this forum.
Its because irony has truth in its content, and most people really dont like to be reminded.
You have two thumbs down now and with mine its three. You did hurt my feeling Howard.
No way. A good piece of irony goes down really well with me.
Sir, I’m an American! I have been given permission by my President himself to hurt anybody’s feelings I like! (Except his, of course – for that I could end up in beautiful El Salvador.)
TWO WORLD WARS AND HITLER:
Written by a good friend of mine. Just published.
Another sad indication of 50 years of truth-bending by Governments and the media, now laid bare:……….
A radical re-interpretation of events between 1914 and 1945, this book is a scholarly revision of the history of Nazi Germany that is sure to open the eyes of many thus far reluctant to face the truth. Deeply researched, well-sourced, evidence relates the true origins of the world wars, Corporal Hitler’s meteoric rise to supreme power thanks to Britain and the United States of America, and how in 1939 the world was once again and very deliberately taken into the abyss. The book does not, like so many histories about Hitler and the world wars, tinker around the edges of modern history. It is a unique re-writing of the history at a level that is clearly understandable not merely to the academic with a wide level of expertise, but to ordinary readers with no more than a general interest in the subject matter. Told here for the first time, the astonishing truth about British and American secret agents encouraging, facilitating and funding Hitler’s rise to power is sure to attract a substantial readership. Everything you thought you knew about Lincoln’s killing was a myth, and they crow about eliminating depts but, given the missed opportunity of telling the truth, who needs continued liars in charge of future education?
I expect more dept heads to roll.
If ordinary people can read and understand it, I refuse to read it. Only if my government order me to read it, I will do it.

No mention yet of the anti-white, anti-British two-tier justice system on which these totalitarian policies will be built. No naming of the tribal identity of the racist, anti-Christian globalists and banksters controlling successive WEFUK governments of occupation, busily building for many decades their perverse NWO tyranny across the West.
Fuckin A
The “common sense” approach to sentencing is a bit worrying. One man’s common sense is another man’s stupidity. For example, to some lunatics, it’s common sense that there are 8326 available genders. And these lunatics are currently in government. Therefore, is it “common sense” to jail tweeters of hurty words for 5 years, while letting diverse stabbers off scot free?
Yes, the courts (and justice system including police) in the UK and here — the States — are in a shambles, an outright joke. On the gender issue, this ruling just in from the States:
https://nhjournal.com/judge-rules-school-can-ban-xx-protests-over-males-in-girls-sports/
Sayeth the “Judge”:
“Because gender identities are characteristics of personal identity that are ‘unalterable or otherwise deeply rooted,’ the demeaning of which ‘strikes a person at the core of his being,’ and…”
Wait a second!?! I thought gender identities were supposed to be “fluid?” Isn’t that a hallmark of the entire “gender” science? If identities are “fluid,” then they definitionally can’t be “unalterable” or “deeply rooted.” Nor can they strike a person at the core of “his (sic) being,” because, again, being “fluid,” these identities don’t have a “core.” They’re presumed mutable, and can change at any given time.
Very poorly reasoned ruling from the “Judge.” Where do they get these people? They’re everywhere.
Worry not, Trump, Bukele and Orban are on the case. The Trifecta ready willing and able to stamp out all identities but male and female. Humans be damned – only penises and vaginas count from now on.
No longer are there 8 billion humans on planet Earth. There are X-many penises and X-many vaginas. It’s strictly back to Adam and Eve.
Biology be damned, eh?
Ah, I thought you might tack on the bumper-sticker dogma first espoused by conservative “fundamentalist” Christians, but eventually adopted by all “based” social conservatives triggered by the suggestion that gender may not be an entirely binary attribute:
“God Made Adam and Eve, Not Adam and Steve!” ⚥ 🤔
Ultra radical. Ultra radical conservative fundamentalist Christians!
I thought it was “Adam and Bruce.” I like the symmetry of Adam and Steve better though.
Generally speaking, identities are assumed; one’s biological sex is innate.
Since humans have X and Y chromosomes, isn’t it a bit presumptuous to place everybody into a rigid classification system? Doesn’t that make one’s biology just a tad ambiguous?
“Doesn’t that make one’s biology just a tad ambiguous?”
Not really. Our biology is quantifiable and objective. No one born with penis and testes is nor ever will be a woman, no matter what their feelings may be.
“Raise the minimum age of criminal responsibility to 14 to take account of new developments in neuroscience.”
What new developments in neuroscience? Are they still experimenting on children and trying to pass this off as somehow beneficial to them?
Are these the same people who want to: 1) lower the voting age 2) have youngsters make irreversible decisions about changing their gender 3) have youngsters agree to vaccination without their parents’ consent or even knowledge? But their brains don’t know right from wrong until they’re 14?….
Mind-controlled politicians have brains less capable of ethical reasoning than 14-year-olds.
Aren’t they our chosen leaders, chosen for us by the chosen people? Or am I mistaken?
Thomas Massie isn’t, so Trump and his superiors want him gone.
Are they the chosen chosen, or the chosen chosen chosen, then?

When the outsiders come inside, are the insiders outside? Or are they just pretending?

If a migrant doesn’t have an ID how does the ID stop / reduce / control
Then you give him one.
Every time you meet an immigrant without Digital ID, you jab him three times with Mrna graphene vaccines, photograph his iris, his face, record his voice, his DNA. Over.
He is now inside AI and will be data collected 24/7 from our 10-30m high masts, our satellites, our QR and IoT system. I find this very logic.

Although that seems to be the situation right now, even without a licence regime in place.
Also, the evidence seems to suggest that the police no longer find such orders unreasonable – they appear to be leaning right into them, in fact. No coercion or threats necessary.

Something I still don’t understand. It’s the same thing I keep not understanding so I apologise in advance. I get it, flooding Europe with third world migrants who, quite predictably unleash themselves on us stabbing, raping, looting was to create a problem so that the solution, which was the point of such measures, can be proposed.
But let’s say we will somehow stop that solution from being implemented (I’ too black pilled to believe we can do that) are we supposed to just keep living togther with them like that?
If I say we need a solution to reverse that, which doesn’t involve digital IDs, but simply looking at people and easily identifying them as migrants, (as most of the time you can tell by just looking) and deporting them right back to a place of their choosing, am I just being nasty racist?
Are we really just supposed to accept that now we have people living with us, who congregate into their own areas, absolutely unwilling to “assimilate” into our way of life, who hate and despise us and our culture, who decide wether they hate or love us, just by looking at us?
Yes.
Why? Would they accept this in reverse? (Assuming you’re answering my last question)
No. They would not and will not accept it in reverse. “Gringo Go Home, but take me with you.”
Just en passant, their salary for an ordinary boring 8-9 hr/day job is 3-5 USD/hr, give 500-700 USD/mth plus a lousy healthcare system.
They can get the double in West + good healthcare. They dont like you but the money.
So we have to accept floods of men raping, murdering, turning streets into shitholes you’re not safe to walk around coming in, because it benefits them?
Ehh some of our employers benefit from their cheap labour yes? So yes. https://youtu.be/ibWkp7OFB_A .
So it’s justified because 1. It benefits them and 2. It benefits some empoyers? Are you really making this point or am I just misunderstanding?
This is like saying I should accept being mugged because the mugger needs my stuff…
Oh, and also: why is it ok for them to do it but not for us?
Because you are wealthy, and they are not.
I’m wealthy? Ok… So it’s my fault that I have a job, and because I make enough to get by month-by-month, I would have to accept criminals making a crime ridden shithole out of the city I currently live in, where, as of now, you can safely walk around anywhere, any time?
I’m wealthy? Ok… So it’s my fault that I have a job, and because I make enough to get by month-by-month, I would have to accept criminals making a crime ridden shithole out of the city I currently live in, where, as of now, you can safely walk around anywhere, any time? All because some leaders of some other countries caused havoc on some other countries?
“some leaders of some other countries caused havoc on some other countries?”??.
Some of your fellow countrymen invited them in. Some of your politicians and employers.
“Because some corrupt politicians and employers want to benefit themselves you now have to accept it”
It’s an astonishingly dumb point to make.
Again, just because criminals want to benef themselves, I don’t have to accept crime. No, I don’t.
Or if we go with this “logic” then we can turn this around and say many of my countrymen didn’t want them to come and didn’t invite them. So I don’t have to accept them right? 🤡
You’re on the wrong site. Have you tried Reform.co.uk?
Have you tried to ever engage with someone using a little more than reactionary leftist bs? I asked a sincere question. I asked it because I expected intelligent people to give me an answer so I can change the way I’m looking at this.
You’re obviously not that person.
Is your comment kind of a creeping irony? Or are you serious? Are you so out of touch with reality and so in touch with current racist memes that you actually believe “we,” the whites, really truly have ever invited non-white migrants to assimilate into our white culture? Well, whites haven’t and never will.
See, it’s like this: we whites can illegally invade non-white countries and make life so difficult for the people that some just want to escape – but they can’t bring their non-white ways here. Get it?
I offer the Palestinian people as evidence that people desperately want to remain in their homeland no matter what. People – especially poor people – do not willy-nilly decide to pick up and go.
Now there was an exception to this rule: the Cubans who migrated to Florida after Castro took over Cuba. They did assimilate very nicely. But then, they were the descendants of the Spanish, relatively free of indigenous Cuban blood, and were well off financially. They fit right in. Marco Rubio for example certainly doesn’t fit the typical American Hispanic stereotype, does he?
“Whites” don’t illegally invade other countries. Wealthy people who still believe “conquest” and invasions into other peoples’ countries are a valid way to acquire wealth.
I support the Palestinians, but they’re not the ones coming, young men, without families are coming and they’re turning beautiful countries and streets into crime ridden shitholes.
You can walk down those streets and collect them, send them back.
*valid way to acquire wealth do that.
(Forgot to finish that sentence)
Two things alone say otherwise regarding whites and conquest: Pope Alexander VI’s 1493 Doctrine of Discovery and James Monroe’s Monroe Doctrine, refined in 1845 by John O’Sullivan into the concept of Manifest Destiny.
It’s not enough to say only the elites supported and profited from the conquest of other peoples. All the citizens of the nations which undertook to conquer and exploit other peoples profited.
So some literary work from hundreds of years ago? Seriously? That refutes my point that “whites” in general can’t be blamed for the actions of neocons and self serving criminals in politics?
Well, let’s get real:
EVERYONE, absolutely everyone who had the military might went conquering throughout history. Of course this benefited the entire tribe or nation.
And yet the question today is simple: Do you support conquest, for whatever reason or not? I, for example, don’t. You and hypocrites like you who love pretending only whites conquered because they were the most recent successful conquerors, ironically do support it while lecturing about morals.
During colonial times they used the “we are superior race” as a justification, and you use the “whites destroyed their country” justification. Only they did that hundreds of years ago, when moral standards were different, but what’s your excuse in 2025?
No, the destruction of MENA was done by psychopathic criminals, to serve themselves and their own goals, not to benefit the everyday westerner. No one was asked to vote on it, they just did it. Innocent people by the millions suffered because of it and suffer to this day.
Now, the same psychopaths flood Europe for the same self serving reasons and you support it. Because it makes you feel righteous. And I’m called racist by people like you, because I’m against it. Because I don’t take blame for something I don’t support and wasn’t done for my benefit.
At least we were talking about solutions to end those wars and help those people reclaim and rebuild their countries. I would accept certain sacrifices, cuts, price hike, whatever. Not because I take blame but because we humans help each other.
But no, you guys just want to see Europe burn, if you can pretend you’re the anti racists standing on a moral pedestal, while it happens.
Ahem, sending them back by “simply looking at” them? – No!
It’s not about skin colour or facial features. It’s about whether or not they are refugees (i..e. did they come with their entire family or just young single men), and about whether or not they can be integrated – language, personal beliefs / mindset, employability, etc.
There are many people from foreign countries living in our western countries who have gotten well along well enough with the domestic population. No trouble there.
But it’s when you let in primarily young single men, brainwashed with an anti-women, anti-European culture belief sysem that’s when we have trouble at home.
But those are the people I’m talking about. I wasn’t talking about skin colour. I was talking about how groups of young men hanging around the streets where you would tell your kids and wife to avoid those streets. Of course there are decent people, again, you can just tell these two groups apart simply by looking at them…
Okay. I misunderstood, then.
The idea that people must accept all this is called “White guilt,” and it’s a thoroughly, sick, perverted and unnatural way of thinking.
Well, I’m not the one promoting that way of thing.
There are, naturally, white criminals and gangs. If they hang around a street, you would call that area unsafe for your children to walk down on. You would determine this just by looking at those people. So it works the same way even if they’re not white.
People keep misunderstanding “by looking at them”. Obviously you’re all so infused wirh “anti racism” that you can’t see past it. Just like those who believe whites are some superior race, so let me be clear:
White criminal gangs of youth can be identified just by looking at them. If you have kids, family, you wouldn’t want them to go near any place where such gangs hang around. Again, I’m talking ablut whites. And if this works with whites, it works with other races.
No, I don’t think race defines a person, I didn’t just mean skin color, I meant using your brain. Migrants are obviously brown, but so are many non-whites who have integrated, because they wanted to integrate. They came to educate themselves, get a job and live a peaceful life just like any normal person of any race.
But those are not flooding Europe, young men are who shit on top of our way of life and turn our countries into shitholes.
Should’ve expected npc type of reactions, apparently even on this site, and should’ve made this clear, I apologise.
Do they still have jury trials? I thought everybody just plea-bargained.

No, BMA did not control the medics (BMA is a union), but they did not help. GMC controls medics.

We have the same kind of puffed up, propaganda commissions in Australia.
War crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes of social injustice,
crimes of deceit and manipulation and of course, crimes of pharmaceutical assault.
Yep, psychos in suits, uniforms and white coats are the REAL criminals who should be identified, tried and locked up for a very, very long time.
History is Exhibit A.B and C.
An excellent account of how to transform a democratic and sovereign country, one with a Constitution based on Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights, and rights that include a jury of peers, into a Totalitarian Police State. This is a further movement away from the right to do anything, as long it is not illegal towards permission to do nothing unless it is officially allowed. Tyranny awaits.
So will police officers now have to use the same violent methods against protests leftist, ethnic and green, as they have been doing against patriots and anti-vaxxers? Will they be jailing those who pray in public to Mohammed, as they already do to Christians?
I wonder if it would be “antisocial behavior” if we told them to fuck off and stick the digital ID up their arses?
You could easily do that, but the locals would eventually send you back to where you came from so you could practice your trade w/the like minded locals, other than productive issues, I don’t see a problem here.
Of course it wouldn’t be antisocial behaviour. What a ridiculous idea.
It would be hate speech.

This means that they will be requiring prison officers to do stuff that the political power-grabbers do not want to be associated with themselves. Why else would a government moving all power to the center then start moving some power to the prisons? Because that power will be doing stuff to prisoners that the politicians want to be able to say “it is not nice, but nothing we can do about it”, in order to keep their citizens away from rebelion. I suspect that it will involve making money off of the prisoners, either using them as slaves, as medical lab rats, something not nice.

And so I will beat the same old drum.
Your digital ID will be in the same format as a PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE, COMPANY DIRECTOR, all Legal Documents, BANK ACCOUNT, V5 and Title Deeds.
Understand not once on any of those documents is your true name used. In other words they have your legal person(corporate) ID. To which the Crown is the trustee. MR JOE BLOGGS is a fictional legal person to whom the crown is responsible as trustee. They therefore need to trick you Joe Bloggs taking responsibility from the crown onto yourself.
The police can only charge your fictional legal person, and the court can only cite your fiction to appear in court. You have never been asked to defend yourself in any legality created by the government.
If you commit harm or fraud, that is different.
Its a simple task of asking all the above for full disclosure into the Registration process and use of legal person identity. The answer will be in their silence.
“Same old drum”?”Simple task?” What this Same Old Drummer never discloses here at Off-G is the hundreds or thousands of legal cases before courts in which this Sovereign Citizen/pseudolaw orginating ca 20 years back in the USA is wrongly relied on.
Because all over the Anglosphere, you can read how pseudolaw gets handled by judges/magistrates for what it is, namely misunderstanding and magical thinking. This means that the Internet is replete with the text of court judgements.
You would think that if Rickypop et al were so successful, they would actually quote reams of successful legal judgements at court.
But his/its tone reminds me so much of my local Pseudolaw guru where I live. Or of the Common Law sherriff I know, wearing his dinky little self-designed Court Sherriff uniform.
The ex-lawyer in Melbourne, Serene Teffaha, whose trust fund for fighting a Scamdemic lawsuit was poached by the Victorian government just before she was de-registered in 2022 or so had clients whose children were pedophilia victims. These women, says Serene on her Telegram channel, were wrongly persuaded to use Pseudolaw at court and promptly lost their children to the abuser.
Pseudolaw is a gift to the Cabal

Off Guardian has published extensive criticism of China. In fact, OffG is one of the few alt media sites which rejects the good guy/bad guy narrative, instead accurately taking the position that BRICS is controlled opposition, collaborating with the WEF globalist cabal.
Despite this, Antonym inexplicably continues to post comments calling them China apologists on virtually every article. All it takes is typing “china” into the search to prove this entirely inaccurate.
You are right. Both OffG and Antonym are not among the worst scumbags.
BS: the criticism ratio of North Atlantic seaboard vs Yellow seaboard is ~ 100 to 1.

Chinese kids are now being taught about today’s genocide in Gaza. British and US kids only learn about a past genocide called the Holocaust. Interesting contrast. Another is that, while Chinese who criticise the Chinese government risk punishment, it’s criticising Israel that gets Americans into trouble.
Shoplifting is fairly easy to tackle but it does need stores to not only employ personnel but treat them sufficiently well that they’re motivated to defend the store against criminals. Here in the US shoplifting is also rampant with increasingly intrusive technical solutions being proposed to reduce it but the bald fact remains that those stores that are adequately staffed with an adequately paid workforce have low shoplifting and shrinkage rates. As for knife crime, we don’t really have that much here because we can buy guns (that includes criminals, of course) but its well known that having adequate numbers of police patrolling, responding to crime reports and arresting miscreants goes a long way to keeping the overall level of crime down. (In the UK some dissident cop writing under the pseudo name David Copperfield published an illuminating book called “Wasting Police Time” some years ago where he described even then the deleterious effects of overwhelming bureaucracy and and emphasis on targets and ‘preventative policing’ combined with the minimal amount of actual ‘boots on the ground’ policing.)(Well worth a read, even if it is a bit old.)
Crime, like other social ills, usually has well known causes. I lived in the UK for many years, several in an area where “If it wasn’t nailed down it got immediately nicked (and if it was it just took them a few minutes to pries it loose)” so this problem isn’t new, in fact if that was 40 odd years ago I can’t imagine what life might be like now. I’m pretty sure that if technology didn’t solve the problem in the past then its unlikely to do it now, all its going to do enable the mass collection of data and so promote the chasing of yet more low hanging fruit (since its a lot easier to bug people about harassment, real or imagined, than go after real scallies).
What about shoplifting by the shop? Aint they gonna do something about that too??
In my area they put the milk the longest distance down in the supermarket, to make busy parents with children walk the longest way to get daily dairy products.
The idea is to make them buy impulsive products on the zig zag road to the end of the supermarket and the zig zag back.
When we reach the cashier, the plastic bag cost 1 usd to buy ‘due to the environment’. ‘(production price of a plastic bag is 1/100 usd).
The bottle machine gives 1/2 usd back for big empty plastic bottles, 1/4 for small. However, it is not unusual the machine jump over payment of a single bottle and then write on the screen “its yr fault because you did it too quick after the previous”.
The machine is calculating that no one bother to go back and interrupt the employees of the whole supermarket for 1/2 usd.
Just a few items that our government employees also could take care of.
