To those people who argue that AI songs are generic, lacking originality and are totally boring I say, where have you been for the past 30 years? The music industry has been circling the bowl ever since the 90s. Bands and songwriters are more like musicologists these days writing music by numbers and creating formulaic dross. I hope AI accelerates the end of the music industry as it exists today and leads to a desire for new music genres and artists who are unique and express genuine human feelings and emotions.
